One a week in the house for the first six weeks and over a 100 killed during that time on the property black-lighting at night. I was not happy. But once Aaron started the monthly service I noticed a considerable decline month over month with none making it in the house. I've been using them for almost 2 years. None have been in the house in a year and a half. Rarely do I even see one while actively black-lighting for them at night. Aaron is very friendly and with his experience and knowledge he knows how to focus the treatment based on your needs. I've seen the company upgrade their equipment and chemicals so it's nice to see the owner putting back into the business. Overall I'm very happy and have recommended them to others.

I had been a customer of Arizona Best pest control company before it was acquired by Green Mango…read more Since the transition, the service experience declined significantly. I often had to call to find out when my service was scheduled, there was no clear arrival window, and my service frequency changed from monthly to every other month during peak scorpion season without clear notice. When I decided to cancel, I emailed my cancellation request. Green Mango responded asking why I wanted to cancel, but before the cancellation issue was resolved, I discovered I had been billed under a monthly subscription model for a period in which no technician came to my home and no service was performed. Customer service was unwilling to remove the charge or transfer me to someone who could address my concerns, and I was told to wait for an email review. This experience reflected poorly on the company. The lack of communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to promptly address a billing dispute demonstrated a disregard for customers' time and trust. I cannot recommend Green Mango based on how this situation was handled. I will also be following up by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General regarding this matter.

As a realtor, I truly appreciate his communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. But from a daughter's perspective, what stood out most was how respectfully he communicated with my parents. He took the time to answer their questions openly and thoroughly, never once making them feel as though they were asking too many questions or that their questions were dumb. That level of patience and respect means so much. When it came time for the scheduled treatment, Cody arrived promptly, right on time, and was courteous, friendly, and professional throughout the process. The scheduling was easy, and communication with the company was excellent from start to finish. I greatly appreciate Cody and the company he represents. It's refreshing to work with someone who combines professionalism with genuine kindness and care. I will absolutely be using this company again and would highly recommend them to others!

The people were very nice, however I hired them for their "Weed(s) Control Program" because the ad…read moresays a 6-month guarantee for a weeds-free yard and that they stop existing weeds. They came out and sprayed, but left the current weeds (which are huge) standing..no pulling, cutting, or removal, so my yard still looks completely overrun. If this is a spray-only service, that needs to be made very clear because "weeds-free yard" sets a totally different expectation. For $195, I expected the existing weeds to be addressed in a way that actually results in a weeds-free yard, not just an application with the weeds still there. Why am I paying almost $200 to go out and have to collect the weeds?

Recently we discovered some new trails inside a closet and when we looked at the original report, we realized the garage wasn't treated so now the activity is on the other side of indoor the garage wall. Looks like we now have to start all over with a complete treatment. The front of the house did not have the holes drilled into the cement (just into the soft joints) like they did the back patio. Since this is near where the activity is, I'm wondering if that's what caused the issue to return. The people were definitely pleasant to work with; I just didn't realize we would need to start over with such an expensive process so soon after the first treatment.

Thank You for the Outstanding Service, Casey!…read more Dear Manager's I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your technician, Casey. He has been absolutely amazing -- always taking the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I truly appreciate. My oldest daughter, Shenandoah Barajas, and her husband, Armondo, were the ones who originally referred me to your services, and since then, many members of our family have also become loyal customers -- all thanks to the great experience we've had, especially with Casey. I was particularly impressed by Casey's kindness and attention to detail, like using shoe covers inside my home out of respect for our no-shoes policy. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. Thank you again, Casey, for your professionalism, respect, and excellent service!

Disappointing Service After More Than 6 Years as a Customer…read more I've been a Green Mango customer for over 6 years and, up until my most recent service in October 2026, I had always been happy with their service. Unfortunately, this last experience completely changed my opinion of the company. The technician arrived at my home, sat inside the company truck for over 20 minutes, got out, left paperwork indicating that my home had been serviced, and then left. The problem? I have exterior security cameras that record 24/7, including a Ring doorbell camera at my front door. After reviewing the footage, I watched the technician pull up and sit in the truck for over 20 minutes. He then got out, walked to my front door, left the paperwork, returned to the truck, sat there for another 8 minutes, and drove away. My cameras clearly documented what happened, and I saw no evidence that the service I was paying for had actually been performed. I called Green Mango the following day and canceled my service. They apologized, offered to send someone back out to redo the service, and said a manager would call me. I declined. I simply asked them to credit my account for the service that I believe was never performed. I told them there was no need to reschedule or have management call because, at that point, the trust had been broken. After more than 6 years of being a loyal customer, this was extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but leaving paperwork indicating that a service was completed when the available video footage appears to show otherwise is unacceptable. Trust is earned, and once it's broken, an apology isn't always enough. Unfortunately, Green Mango has lost me as a customer. I hope management takes this complaint seriously so other longtime customers don't have a similar experience.

Said the reason my floor looked damaged was not termites, but likely a mice chewing through a water line and creating wood floor damage. For only $10,500 they could fix the problem by removing all my attic insulation and installing their insulation product. To top it off, they require full payment up front. I had three other companies come to my home and each confirmed active termites and said I have no rodents in my attic. There are old indications they had been there at some point, but no active issues. Most mentioned that insulation related scams have been occurring a lot and they are getting asked to do second opinions. Ultimately, my problem was resolved for $350. Don't want to assume I was intentionally being mislead, maybe it was just an inexperienced tech. Either way, the company uses poorly trained folks or they are trying to mislead people into expensive solutions, both are unfortunate.
