normal bi monthly service, tech was Dallon who did an outstanding job! Asked if we had any issues, listened, and paid special attention to those areas, He was very thorough . I would like him to be my regular tech. read more

Stephen texted he could come earlier, if it was okay with me. I appreciated that he could. He introduced himself at the door, as is a standard practice of all technicians from Orange Pest Control. He asked me how things have been, and fortunately, no pests have been an issue. Orange Pest Control is very people-centered. Stephen also explained that if it should rain later today and evening, the pesticide used would still be active. I've been a customer of Orange Pest Control for many years, and find them a reputable and trustworthy company. Stephen represents the company well! read more

Dallin came to my rescue and I'm so grateful! I had a fly infestation outside due to my grass and he was able to identify and pinpoint the issue. He offered several solutions and assured me we would get this under control. I truly appreciate all your help and will take all your guidance. I've been a customer of Orange Pest for some time and I only have positive things to say thank you again. read more

We noticed termite activity and they responded swiftly. The technician not only thoroughly explained the problem and the service but also worked quickly the day of the visit. He wasn't trying to upsell and just explained pricing which seemed reasonable with the warranty. read more

I have to pay to have my services scheduled. I was not made aware of that at the beginning. Deceptive.

Always a positive experience with Orange Pest Control team members. Shaun Bowman arrived on time, ready to get to work. Asked if I had any concerns that needed to be addressed and got busy. I appreciate the friendly interaction and the thorough job Shaun and others who continue to take care of my home and property. I highly recommend this quality local business. read more

We have been using Orange Pest Control since before we moved to Mesa in June 2025. They have been very helpful and even came back to respray when scorpions were sighted near and in the home. Each tech is professional and does well for our home and yard. read more

We noticed signs of termites in our living room and got 3 quotes from local pest control companies. One gave a price over the phone and did not come out to the house. The second said they do not drill, just spray. Finally, the owner of Orange Pest Control did a thorough inspection, said they use Thermador, and gave us a great price. Of course, we went with Orange. Scheduling was easy and two weeks later, Stephen G. came to the house on time, explained everything he was going to do, and got right to work. He was very friendly and careful around our furniture. He meticulously swept, drilled, and sprayed around the entire house. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You won't regret choosing them. We will be using Orange Pest Control exclusively for our future pest control needs. read more

We had termite activity and quoted their removal and treatment to several pest control companies. Although everyone had a different approach or solution, Orange best met our needs with warranty duration, treatment method and price. Their solution was one of the least invasive and we've seen immediate results. We will report back at 90 days but so far, so good. Would highly recommend! read more

Extremely expensive with NO, nada, zero guarantees. Just call and ask yourself, you'll see they are pricey.

Fast and professional service. Bees were gone quickly and Max was very friendly! (Just remember to close the gate next time )

Was able to get an estimate on termite treatment very quickly. Scheduled for following week. Ryan was very informative and got the job done in a timely manner. read more

If you have bark scorpions, you need to get Orange. We had tons when we moved into our house and very rarely see any since we started monthly service. The best part? There haven't been any scorpions inside our house this year. Additionally, if you ever find scorpions or other creepy crawlers, just call the company and they will send someone out to spray again at no additional charge. Overall, highly recommended for anyone in AZ with bark scorpion problems! read more

Waited the 2 hr window, but after calling, they said it would be another 2 hours. Needless to say I cancelled appt.

Ethan S. kept me in the loop and explained what to expect after the initial treatment. Make an appointment was also super easy. Definitely would recommend. read more

We called Orange Pest Control after seeing 2 scorpions this week, following 35 years of zero sightings at our house. We wanted to halt this problem asap. Orange specializes in getting rid of scorpions. We called them and reached Abby, 480-593-4850. She was friendly, patient, and answered our many questions (it's our first pest control experience.) She explained the process and the range of options to best serve our situation. There was no contract. They sent a certified, licensed rep, Max, the same day, who assessed our premises, then took appropriate action. We showed Max the 2 scorpions we found (deceased and flattened with a flip flop). He identified them as bark scorpions. We feel the services at Orange are a good value. We like that they are a local, independently owned business, not a corporate 'chain'. Hiring them gave us peace of mind. So far in dealing with Orange Pest Control, they present as knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable staff, no pressure, who seek to do a genuinely good job. We recommend them. read more

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The person on the phone was amazing, and Dallin was exceptional at his job. We've had a few pest control services in our life, and Orange is definitely the best! read more

I don't know how Orange Pest manages to hire so many customer service oriented employees, but so far everyone has exceeded my expectations and Dallin was no exception. He explained everything thoroughly and listened patiently and answered any questions I had about the rodent traps that he helped set up - even explaining why he choose the locations he did. read more

I have seen great results with Orange Pest! The workers are always friendly and thorough. JACE went above and beyond and helped me get my umbrella out of the pool after a storm. :) Five stars for quality service, especially for the price! read more

Wanted to go ahead and remove another star as after I gave a truthful review I was called and texted to see if I would remove my experience. No apology, no rectification of the situation or even asking if I had another exterminator. (I do). It was unsettling that a business would not attempt to rectify a situation and just ask to remove a review. read more

Tyler came out to estimate last week and I was very impressed. He answered all of my questions and took time and care checking and creating a plan of attack for my problem. I sought out quite a few estimates and pricing is comparable all around. If you think you may have termites, give Orange a call! read more
