Great experience. My wife and I were super concerned after seeing a mud tube pop up out of nowhere from our kitchen ceiling. So searched termite experts in east mesa and came across termite division. Mickey was great. Easy to get ahold of and came out later that evening after we got home from work to inspect the house and property. Prior to him coming I checked the foundation for mud tubes. And did not find anything. But Mickey was able to find one right by the threshold of one of our outer doors that I had missed. And he found spots in the ceiling that we didn't see and in another room. So he was very thorough. And He's used covers over his boots when he walked though our home, which my wife super appreciated. After determining there was termites he was very confident that he could get rid of them. And settled our anxiety about having termites in our home. We have never had termites so we thought it was the end of the world. It made us feel better when he told us that it's likely a minor problem and that he was 100% confident that he could get rid of them. When it came time to discuss treatment options and pricing. Before we even got started talking about prices he asked that I search average costs for whole home treatments in Arizona. Just so I had an idea of cost. I was very pleased that he was able to work with us and come up with a reasonable price that was below the average cost for a whole home treatment and warranty. Both combined were well below the cost of just a normal treatment would be based upon the search. I really appreciated his transparency and how he came up with his pricing. We were able to schedule the treatment two days later and he arrived right on time. He did the treatment as discussed (spot treatment with foam to 3 areas/room, liquid pesticide around the parameter and bait trap around the parameter) and he made everything look clean and even patched the holes in the ceiling where the termites had eaten through. I'd say he went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And his confidence that the treatment was going to work was very reassuring. I would highly recommend Mickey and termite division for your termite problems. read more

Mickey & David were awesome. Very knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood the reasoning behind their plan of attack on the termites! Thanks again guys, definitely recommend to anyone with a termite problem. read more

We contacted The Termite Division after getting a few different termite quotes, and the difference was clear right away. They took the time to do a thorough inspection and explain exactly what was going on, instead of giving a one-size-fits-all price. What stood out most was how detailed their treatment options were. They broke down the pros and cons, costs, and coverage so we could actually choose what made sense for our home. Pricing was competitive with other companies, but the level of detail and transparency was far better. If you're comparing termite companies and want clear options instead of vague quotes, I'd highly recommend reaching out to The Termite Division. read more

They have a 5 Star rating for a reason. Called Mickey for service on the recent discovery of termite tunnels. Mickey immediately came to my home; gave me a fair estimate and David came out the next day. David physically walked me through the procedure, and I received a map where the traps were inserted. I'll be calling them back next year for a check up. read more

Prompt response, plus they send pictures of their work. Their pricing is a little below competitor.

I contacted Mickey for a long overdue termite treatment around the exterior of my home. After consulting with other companies and obtaining many quotes, I decided to go with The Termite Division for the professionalism and knowledge, time taken to educate and inform, patience, administering the treatment I felt most comfortable with, and for continued follow up on any questions or needs. The value was great and payments flexible. Thank you Mickey for being so attentive, working with me to make this attainable, and leaving me knowing I'm in good hands! Highly recommend. read more

I called on a weekend and got ahold of Mickey. He scheduled a time for the following week to look at my property and give me an estimate. I didn't think I had termites, but after friends told me they were bad in AZ (and I hadn't done anything to my house in the 10 years since it was built), I figured I'd dodged a bullet long enough and it was time to do something. Mickey texted me before he arrived, was extremely thorough, explained my options and I decided to move forward with the preventative bait trap treatments. David quickly came out, installed the bait traps underground and walked me through where they were and how they worked (I can't even see them and probably never would have thought they installed anything if he didn't walk me through what he had done). I didn't have a lot of questions, as I had done a lot of research prior to calling them, but if I did, Mickey & David are the 2 guys I know I'd want to ask. The entire process was fast, easy, and hassle-free. I really appreciated their responsiveness, knowledge and efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing termite services. read more

Extremely friendly and professional. We had the owner visit our place and talk over the cost. Later David came over and treated the property. He was really nice to talk to, informative and professional. read more

I spoke to Mickey after receiving many quotes for termite service, and speaking to many different companies. Based on my research, The Termite Division was planning to do exactly the job that I wanted, with the chemicals that I wanted in the timeframe that I wanted at a very competitive price. When comparing all of the options side by side, the Termite Division came out on top. But what do I know? I'm just a guy on Yelp trying to figure out who provides the right service for me. People say a lot of things, and many companies look the same when you don't know the business. Once David Reynolds, the General Manager, showed up at my property, I knew that I had made the right choice. We spoke for quite a while about the process, the chemicals used, the concentration, the plan for drilling, the time the job would take, and what I should expect. He performed the work exactly as I expected, with the chemicals that I wanted, without cutting corners. All at a price that was less than the other companies. After speaking with David, and watching the work that he was doing, I knew that I had made the right choice. When the job was done, Mickey the owner called me personally to review the job and ask if there was anything else that could be done. That was a nice touch, and closed out the experience on a high note. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for termite service take advantage of the research that I did, which was verified by the experience that I had, and just go with The Termite Division. read more

After doing some research on termites and various treatment options, I finally called for quotes. First company simply texted a blanket quote without ever looking at the property. It was ridiculously low and a red flag for me. Mickey came out that afternoon, looked over the property and explained their approach. Very knowledgeable and professional presentation. Dave came out to do the treatment within two days. He explained what he was doing and went into even further detail regarding the infestation. Very friendly and professional. He even fixed a broken gate for me! I highly recommend this company. Their pricing is competitive. Both Mickey and Dave were a pleasure to work with. read more
