Had a technician come out today for our first appointment and I couldn't be more impressed! Our technician explained all the different options and what would be best for our current needs in our area. I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. I'm terrified of scorpions!! He put me at ease. Thank you again Insectek. Had the service for almost a year. Tech is always on time and courteous but whatever they sprayed didn't matter. Brand new build and got two spider activities and now garage is infested. Had to cancel - were they spraying water? What the heck? I guess they will argue with you and pretty much find excuses. Saying I live in an open field when it's a gated community with developed asphalt and houses all around me like .25 -1 mile around me. I told them to ask Aubrey and other techs if I live in an open field. They didn't. They rely on Google Maps for a 2024-2025 built community. read more

We've been using Insectek Pest Solutions for over 5 years. When I first contacted them and was told they provide service on a bi-monthly basis rather than monthly, I was skeptical. If you experience any problems in between service, they will come promptly and handle. Based on that, I scheduled the service. I also like the fact that they contact you the day before service with a specific arrival time(not a window) and text when they are en route. They thoroughly spray around the house and yard as well as clearing spider webs on the house. After finishing, a report of what they've done and found is sent to you. The technician is very professional and personable and will answer any questions while on site. The cost of the service is a few dollars more than we were previously paying, but the results are far superior....no bugs, no critters, no pests of any kind in or around our house.
