I had a really great experience with Insectek Pest Solutions from start to finish. They responded back really quickly to any questions I had and sent the contact over electronically. Who wants to deal with pests? Certainly not me and thanks to the guys at Insectek I don't have to. They came out same day after my initial call! and put me on their schedule for bimonthly service, all for a cost that is significantly lower than what I had paid in my previous home. They are prompt, courteous, and the only pests I've seen are dead ones so their service is on target. If you have a pest problem or just want to avoid ever having one, these are the guys for you. read more

Very attentive. Reached out on a Sunday and heard back within hours. Service has been excellent.

Insectek is the best! On time if not early with great employees who are knowledgeable and polite. You can't go wrong with Insectek.

We've been using Insectek Pest Solutions for over 5 years. When I first contacted them and was told they provide service on a bi-monthly basis rather than monthly, I was skeptical. If you experience any problems in between service, they will come promptly and handle. Based on that, I scheduled the service. I also like the fact that they contact you the day before service with a specific arrival time(not a window) and text when they are en route. They thoroughly spray around the house and yard as well as clearing spider webs on the house. After finishing, a report of what they've done and found is sent to you. The technician is very professional and personable and will answer any questions while on site. The cost of the service is a few dollars more than we were previously paying, but the results are far superior....no bugs, no critters, no pests of any kind in or around our house. I highly recommend Insectek Pest Solutions. read more

No one wants to see termites. I contacted Insectek Pest Solutions and they responded promptly to provide us a quote to treat our home. After a few days of growing termite tunnels inside our home, I was able to get a quick response from Insectek to treat our inside sooner than our outdoor treatment. Thank goodness for Kole who took care of treating the area and the activity ceased. The peace of mind knowing the problem has been addressed by professionals was comforting. Today Chris arrived and completed the outside treatment of our home. He was also thorough and explained his process clearly. I encourage you to give Insectek a call for all of your pest needs. read more

We have had insectek since we moved to AZ 3 years ago, and they have been amazing. So many businesses these days continue to keep raising their prices while the quality of service diminishes, but insectek has been an outlier in the best way. They are reliable, friendly, affordable, and effective. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs insect prevention services read more

After trying a few companies, we have decided to settle on Insectek. Our property has issues with outdoor roaches and Insectek actually exterminates in accordance with best practices/by the book. Additionally, their technician, Angel, was super polite and thorough. He explained to me his methods and what to expect. I'm starting to feel hopeful about eradicating (instead of just controlling) for these nasty pests. read more

I've been using Insectek a few years now and I recommend you check them out if you're in the market for pest control. On time, courteous, they communicate (!!) when they are on the way/complete with service. I see them walking the property, not just the house line, and they take care of concerns that may pop up. I have them for regular service and termite protection. What they do works - don't have any issues with bugs! read more

We have used Insectek for MANY years! We have always had good service and the team members both at the main office and the ones in the field are great. From the first time we had them out to treat for German roaches (which were gone within 2 weeks of the treatment) to having treatment done for scorpions and crickets we have always had great results. Aubrey was our tech today and the treatment was so thorough and done with such a great attitude. We could not have asked for a better tech! Also, I needed to call the office on a different issue and Jennifer listened to my question and assisted me with information needed. We have recommended Instectek to friends and family and will continue in the future. read more

I've been using Insectek for over 4 years and I couldn't be happier with their customer service and reliability. Being a veteran it is important for me to support businesses that do honor vets. The value of their service far exceeds my expectations. Matt has been servicing my home from the start and he takes the time to ask me my needs and pest-related issues. He along with Insectek goes above and beyond to take care of my requests in a timely fashion. They are in constant contact with me via text and or email regarding appointments and any other pest-related issues. If you are looking for a proven company with exceptional customer service and superior reliability then I would recommend Insectek. read more

Wow. The service: 5 Stars The staff: 5 stars (if I could give 6 stars I would)! The price: 5 stars They didn't try to oversell me. The tech who comes out couldn't be any nicer or more helpful! And talk about responsive? He always texts me before coming out and if I'm not home (which is usually) as soon as he's done, he texts me and lets me know what he found and what he did. EVERYONE should hire this company and NO, I'm not a paid spokesperson or friend of the company. Just a really happy customer!!! read more

We needed termite exterminators, and they provided a quick and affordable inspection and removal.

I've been working with Insectek for a while now and it is way different than the other pest control companies that I have worked for previously! They have quality products, an amazing office staff with fast responses, the office is even very knowledgeable on pest! We have had InsecTek for 4 years now and their service remains 2nd to NONE (4 years ago we were new to the area and had tried 2 other companies which we quickly dismissed for poor service). I cannot recommend this company more strongly, you will not be disappointed. read more

I had a quick response with reasonable rates quoted for my extermination job. The technician, Nolan, went above and beyond. At my request, he popped off the removable toe kick baseboard under my sink, sprayed under it, and then replaced it when he was done. 5! read more

Hands down InsecTec is the most professional and reliable service company that I've dealt with. I have had the same tech for years and not only is he thorough in the work he does, he hasn't missed a day in years! InsecTek always notifies me of my appointment a day or two before the service and lets me know exactly what time they will be here. Matt has never run behind and gives me a call if he's running early. When he arrives, he always rings the doorbell to ask if there is anything that needs attention. The guy doesn't cut corners and doesn't miss a spot. Well today, my neighbor sent an email to ask if I had a good pest control company. After a glowing recommendation, she gave InsecTek a call. Would you believe they scheduled same day service. Now that's a company that really cares about it's customers! read more
