It got to the point that I no longer felt comfortable in my own house. But since we started using them, I have only found one live scorpion and one dead scorpion inside (in 2 years and they came back out to respray when I found the live one!). We have had several different technicians in those 2 years, but all have been very great. Kole sprayed for us today and he is very personable and thorough.
