I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. I'm terrified of scorpions!! He put me at ease. Thank you again Insectek. We look forward to continuing our service in the future and have put in a request to have our same tech that was out today as our regular technician.

Had a pre-emergent weed service today and the tech was at my house for 5 minutes tops if anything less than that. I have a huge front yard and backyard. We have been using this family owned company for about 3 years. We decided to have them come every…read moremonth because of all the nasty scorpions we were having. We were happy to find that the price is competitive and there was no contract. The business is literally family owned and we have gotten to know all of the people who come to spray. They freely give advice and have a lot of experience. They are friendly and always on time. If you want they will send you a text letting you know they are coming so you can let them in to spray inside if you like. They also accept phone calls pretty much any time (I feel like they give you their personal cell). We had a problem with scorpions invading our house all of a sudden a couple of years ago. They came out 3 times in 1 month to spray and only charged us once. They seem to be genuine good people making a living. I felt more comfortable giving this business my money versus some big name company that sends a different person every time and doesn't get to know you. I would definitely recommend this company for pest control if you live in the northwest valley.

After using their service three times, I have nothing but positive things to say about this…read morecompany. It started with a bee problem, and Tyler came out to take care of it. During that visit, he mentioned they also offer bird prevention services, so I asked for an estimate and scheduled another appointment. Tyler did an excellent job installing bird spikes and mesh to prevent unwanted nests. He did mention that birds might relocate to another area, and he was right. When that happened, he returned for a third visit to address the new issue. Tyler is a true professional. He knows what he's doing, works carefully and thoroughly, and always cleans up after the job. Update after 4 months of service for mosquitoes and no-see-ums (biting midges)…read more "I am amazed at how well the treatment has been and continues to work on our property. For several years after moving here I tried everything (all the DIY techniques to no avail) but we still had to put on ceadercide repellent, etc. everyday to avoid getting bit. That is a pain in the butt and always on mind if need to put on more after a few hours for prime time in early evening, etc. Ever since Skyler started treating our home I nor anyone in my family no longer get bit and before we were getting bit constantly. It's like these biters no long exist in and around our entire property, front and back. We never ever have to put any type of repellent on and do not have to bother with all the gimmicks. I wish I found Bills Pest Termite Control and Skyler several years ago when first moved here. One thing about that is though, I now have proof to compare just how effective their treatment is. Total game changer, and there has been no harm to all the wildlife that visit our yard everyday. I have used other pest control for mosquitoes, etc. in another state lived in before and helped a little but would still have to put on repellent. I did not expect the treatment to work as well as it has due to past experiences, just hoping to at least lower the numbers of bites, etc. But Skyler at Bills Pest Termite Control has completely obliterated these biters, they no longer even seem to exist on our property, even after all the rain recently. If they happen fly in on our property that is the end of them. My family and I are in total awe!!!"
