Great service provided by Travis and Ceaton. Travis set up our house with netting at both alcoves and wiring around the edges to prevent birds from landing of the edge. I was waiting on this man to come and complete the services he start on my home today, from last wee. Text him to see what time he would be coming, no answer, so after an hour, I called. He told me I knew nothing about his work, to keep my money and never call him again. All this because the last time I was waiting on him, and he didn't show or call, I told him him that if he scheduled to come and couldn't, he should let me know. After all you're home, waiting and wasting your time or going to work late. Apparently I'm supposed to know what he can and cannot do on certain days. He was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Ryan came out to deal with my roof rats in December. I'm doing this review late because I kept forgetting to complete it. I spent around $350 and was reassured the roof rat problem would be taken care of after several rounds of setting bait stations with poison that they would take back to their 'nests' then setting regular traps in places that my pets wouldn't be able to get to. Ryan came back 3 times to empty the traps then said they should be gone. I asked well shouldn't we find where they are coming in at and stop them? He said he doesn't do that and I should find an outside company to do that. I found the same traps he used on amazon, two for $12. I bought some of those because my house still continued to have roof rats, even after he came out. I now set them myself and have a friend empty them and am looking into having another company take a look at sealing the entry placed up. read more

Ryan with Absolute Pest Solutions is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We had issues with rats getting into our air vents and were disgusted and terrified (understandably). Over several months of this we had gone through many other pest control workers and had no luck getting rid of the rats. We were referred to Ryan with Absolute Pest Solutions and contacted him and he came out to our house THAT SAME DAY. He was very knowledgeable about pests and pest control, explained the removal process in a simple way that we could understand, and he got right to work. Ryan came back once a week to check on our traps and was very responsive and respectful. The rats are now gone for good after just one month of service with Absolute Pest Control.
