We have been using Sonoran Pest for YEARS now. I feel bad not having left a review sooner because they are awesome! We have some rental properties, and our own home, and Sonoran comes out almost always same day, or next day when we have a major issue. Most recently, we had a swarm of bees move into our attic through a gap in the corner of our house. I text Jeremy on Sunday, and he had Hunter out here Monday. We have two small kids and some bees got into the house. They took care of the swarm to keep us safe, and we didn't have to wait days or weeks. We also have Sonoran come out to do perimeter sprays to keep crickets, roaches, whatever else, out of our houses and their solution is very effective, and lasts. They are very affordable and well priced. We had a termite issue and they referred us to another company who did great work. Every pest issues we've had, Sonoran has taken care of very quickly and is always available when we need them! read more

Have been using these folks for over five years, now. We have had the same monthly technician the entire time, so he knows our property well. Despite issues in our area, we are so happy we don't ever get scorpion visitors in our home! Zero hesitation to recommend this company. read more

Sonoran Pest Control - Jeremy making sure our perimeter is taken care of on a 110 Degree day!! He's the best!! - Pest Control Near Me

Your pest company usually goes pretty unnoticed aside from a slip in the door or an occasional email. Today I was reminded of why I choose and have maintained served with Sonoran pest for years, and will for years to come. I requested to have an extra service done, and while they could easily have added $350 to my invoice, Jeremy gave me guidance that saved me money and taught me more about the little critters in our area. I am so grateful that in a time when ALL SMALL BUSINESS will struggle, integrity meant more to them. They are a GREAT CHOICE. read more

Great service. Jennifer was super pleasant on the phone & Jeremy got a tech out pronto for our little black bugs that come around this time every year. Very fairly priced & they were at my business In under an hour! Super impressed & will use them again! read more

Bret and his guys are top notch and their service shows it. You wont find better people to work with. They know their craft. They buy quality materials and then go out and do the excellent service. I'm thankful to be working with this awesome company. read more

I have been using Sonoran Pest Control for two years now and HIGHLY recommend them. At the beginning of the summer, I was sucked in to use another company who had come to my door to offer me a "neighborhood" package. A few months later after starting to use this other company, I almost stepped on a scorpion in my house without shoes on and later that night I found another one. I called them the next day and to my surprise their lower price DID NOT include spraying for scorpions even though that was a specific question I asked. To include this service, it was another $18.50 on top of the $40.00 I was already paying AND they were going to charge me a $25.00 service fee for them to come out since they had just sprayed two weeks earlier. I called Bret at Sonoran Pest Control and explained the situation. I told him I should have never used this other company because when I had been using his company, I NEVER had any scorpions in my house. Plus the cost this other company with them spraying for scorpions was way more expensive than what they were charging me. Plus the customer service with his company has always been top notch. He understand peoples concerns and really cares. If you are looking for a pest control company, I HIGHLY recommend Sonoran Pest Control. I will NEVER go with anyone else ever again!! read more

These guys were recommended by a family member who's been using their services for years. Called and left a message and Bret, one of the owners, immediately called me back. These guys are down to earth and very honest with their recommendations and information. Bret was super friendly and full of great information, which was helpful considering my girl had just been stung by a scorpion. He gave me his number to call anytime with any questions. Mike took care of the work on my property and was equally as great. These guys have a great service going and are a pleasure to work with. Not once did I get a pitch for an overpriced service I didn't need. We got straight to the exterminating with more planned for the future. I look forward to seeing more of the scorpions' food dead in my yard! Definitely recommend if you want straight forward, family owned business working with ya. read more

I've been using Sonoran Pest Control over the past 2 years. I live in a desert environment and we had scorpions everywhere. I used the Kill Zone product at my house and the scorpions are near gone. I've only had to kill 2 all year outside. In previous year I was killing 2-3 a week. This product and this company delivers quality, and as long as I am living here, I'll continue to use their services. A++ Company! read more

Mike Ward is so knowledgeable and super nice! Did a thorough spray of our rental home inside and out, and we are using them for monthly service. If you see a snake or bees he wants you to call him right away! Great service and I highly recommend. read more

Overall a very good company. If you aren't using this company for your pest control services than you're doing yourself a disservice. Jeremy is a good knowledgeable and honest person. They take care of business. They do what's best to protect your home. NO upselling. They advise you on exactly what they need. I HIGHLY recommend this company. read more

We moved out to Rio Verde Foothills and needed a pest control company. Found Bret who lives in the area and have been using him and Sonoran since. Great service from a great guy. read more

By far the best customer service I've experienced. Sonoran exemplifies professionalism and accountability in their service. Their employees are courteous and apply their work with integrity. A must use company to protect your home against unwanted critters!! read more

Great service, I called and had Jeremy come out the next day to service our new home in Scottsdale! We're moving from California and we know that there are some extra critters in Arizona, not so much in Scottsdale, but nonetheless we were pleased with the service from Sonoran Pest Control, and we have signed up for monthly service from them, great company, highly recommend! read more

Jeremy has come to our rescue once again. Our new travertine tile courtyard and our paver walkway are being undermined by critters. We've tried various ways to discourage their destruction but they got really bad last week. Jeremy came up to discuss the problem and researched an alternative method of getting rid of the varmints. I know he won't give up until he rids our home of these guys! Also, about 3 months ago we had a bee swarm that Sonoran Pest Control came out to deal with. They were there within 2 hours of my call. With Jeremy and SPC, who could ask for anything more? Thank you, thank you, thank you. read more

Big shout out to Sonoran Pest Control and to Jeremy who has been coming to my home for around 17+++ years. It's not every day that you have the confidence and the trust that we have in this company to come into every room in our house and protect my family and grandkids from harmful critters (including scorpions). Thanks Guys!!!! read more

We purchased a new construction home and had issues with wolf spiders. It only took a few treatments with Sonoran and haven't seen any spiders in 9 months. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Brett and Jeremy are the best!!! read more

Sonoran Pest Control is by far the best pest control service I've ever used in Arizona. I've been with them for about 8 years now and I would recommend them to anyone that needs pest control service. My neighborhood is known for scorpions and Bret's team has eliminated them from the inside and outside of my house. Not an easy task in our area. Great employees, professional and personal service. If you need pest control look no further than Sonoran Pest Control! read more

I could easily write a long review for this family owned and operated business. They were on-time, superb at taking care of my pest-y issues and followed-up the next day. I found huge value in working with them. Highly recommend. read more

This company is the best! The technicians are well informed, polite, and very thorough. The management is extremely professional and is always willing to answer questions. (I even sent a photo of a (dead) bug that I found in my house and Jeremy got back to me within minutes to tell me what it was!) I have had other pest control companies who would treat the house in 5 minutes and spend more time in the truck filling out their paperwork than treating the house for pests! Plus, these other companies were ineffective in ridding my house of scorpions. Sonoran gets the job done!! And even better...they are competitively priced! This is the ONLY company to use!! read more

I so appreciate Danny's kind, patient and knowledgeable service in our new home. The company's willingness to schedule my service late in the day was convenient for my work hours. Overall, I am very pleased and will definitely call them again! read more

I would recommend Sonoran Pest Control to everyone in the Scottsdale area. In the past with previous exterminators we still had issues with scorpions. We hardly ever see one now and we don't have to worry about our dog around the poison they use like our previous ones. HERE'S THE BEST reason we like them. We've had a TREMENDOUS bee problem in our pool ever since we lived here (10 years)! Our previous exterminators told me, "There is nothing you can do." I tried everything to get rid of them. Tons of them constantly buzzing around our pool. My husband called Sonoran Pest Control on Thursday. Within a half hour the owner came. He sprayed our pool area and they are pretty much gone except for some "die hards" that won't give up! So he told me to spray them with dish detergent and water, which is really working! He SOLVED OUR BEE PROBLEM! So, I guess there IS something that can be done! Oh, and by the way, when we asked him what we owed him, he said NOTHING!! Great company and great owner! read more

Where do I start? With Bret, Jeremy, John, the awesome phone/customer service! They are what this company is about. Giving the best customer service possible while at the same time making sure we are free of those desert critters we all seem to run from! We have seen only 2 scorpions in 7 years.....and they were outside. We have had very few bugs, spiders, etc. inside our home. All the spraying is done outside! Bret, his family and crew have been servicing our home since 2007. I would not have anyone else. Bret is always quick to respond to my SOS calls. Bret or one of the crew members always gets the job done. Jeremy is amazing. Always at my home on schedule, professional and eager to help. I have had bee problems. One call and Bret has someone to my home within an hour or two. John was amazing when he came recently. I cannot say enough about this company. There is no finer people....and no desert critters, bugs or bees. At my house. Who could ask for more! Thank you Bret and everyone at Sonoran Pest Control! Treva B. read more

Just moved here and have been using Sonoran for a few months now. Really like this company. Bret is great and makes it clear that customer service is a top priority (after making sure that the bugs are taken care of). Our regular service tech, Jeremy, is great too. Very nice and always explains the product he is using. (i.e. In the summer months, the concentrations of the products are higher since the bugs tend to be more active.) They tend to stick to spraying the exterior of your home, unless you have an issue with the interior, and then they will take care of the inside too. We are currently renting a house and had Sonoran come out the day after we moved in. Two weeks later, I encountered some scorpions outside on our patio. I called, and they came back out that morning to spray again - no hassle, no extra charges - they just took care of it. Haven't seen any critters since and I hope that it stays that way. Great company that we will continue to use! read more

We moved to North Scottsdale/DCRanch area from the West Coast in 2007. My husband, myself and our 4 very young daughters were quickly introduced to scorpions that summer and were not happy. We were very fortunate to meet Jeremy with Sonoran. Close to a decade later and still working with Jeremy, we will never change services. His responsiveness and professionalism is beyond. He has set a standard that can not be duplicated by any other vendors...and he has the scorpions under control.. we have very few to none. read more

We have been using this company for about a year. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our service tech is friendly and reliable. He is willing to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. We have not seen a scorpion since they began to spray. They send newsletters with helpful information and make doing business with them a delight. Highly recommend this company. read more

We had an issue yesterday that needed immediate attention. Bret, the owner of Sonoran, responded quickly and had someone at our door within a few hours. In a time where it's often hard to even get a return phone call from someone, Bret proved to us once again that he will never take our business for granted. We have used his monthly service now for several years and Jeremy, one of his top techs, is professional, reliable and smart. I have passed Bret and Sonoran's name on to many people and will continue to do so! read more
