The post is a little premature, but I thought I'd share my experience anyway. I had my first spray with Canopy today, 7/27, and it left me feeling confident and comfortable in their service. Not only was the individual, who was on site, punctual and courteous but he showed efficient and dynamic work ethic. The young woman at their main office, who scheduled my appointment, was also a pleasure to work with; I had set up an appointment for "x" day without checking my calendar first and, of course, I had a conflict of interest. Called the day before services and they politely and expeditiously had me rescheduled. The rate I received was also very competitive, beating at least 3 other services I had quoted prior the calling Canopy. I have been a customer for a few years, this company has always been great to work with, excellent customer service, when I call with any questions they are always happy to help, when they say they can do treatment between regularly scheduled appointments if needed, they mean it, don't charge for it, and happily address concerns / problem areas quickly. They have a convenient auto payment option, client portal to view statements and info. The technicians are great, shout out to Kyle who is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I moved to my new house in a new neighborhood in Mesa, there was a guy walking around the neighborhood trying to sign up people for service. I inwardly rolled my eyes, but figured give them a shot since I moved from an place that had developed a problem with scorpions. Soooo happy I did. They have been great. Not only did their treatment kill the leftover scorpions sneaking around but I had ants invade, and I mean invade, my home after further construction in the area. Canopy was here to do a special service within a day. Ants were gone that fast too. Literally, that afternoon, no ants. Blair, the owner, cold called me in person about the time I was moving in to a newly constructed home in Gold Canyon. He explained the issues I would most likely find in my neighborhood and the services he provided. I asked him to follow up with me at a later date so I would have some time to study my options. He called again on July 6th, showed me signs of cricket and Black Widow infestation both inside and outside my home, and quoted a very reasonable price for initial treatment and follow up; what's not to like! His main technician, Sam, was out the next day a little ahead of the estimated time window.
