I am new to AZ but my son has lived here for 12 years and he told me I was going to need a pest control company. Blair, the owner, cold called me in person about the time I was moving in to a newly constructed home in Gold Canyon. He explained the issues I would most likely find in my neighborhood and the services he provided. I asked him to follow up with me at a later date so I would have some time to study my options. He called again on July 6th, showed me signs of cricket and Black Widow infestation both inside and outside my home, and quoted a very reasonable price for initial treatment and follow up; what's not to like! His main technician, Sam, was out the next day a little ahead of the estimated time window. Sam treated my home and yard, inside and out, and within a couple of hours dead crickets and spiders started falling out of the walls. Blair and Sam are very professional; both take pride in what they do; I'm impressed! read more

I was having a problem with scorpions outside of my house and as soon as I found one inside I knew I needed to do something about it. I have small children and dogs, so I knew I needed a company that uses safe products. After thorough research (even researched via the Arizona Department of Agriculture - Pest Management Division), I knew using Canopy was the best option. They are locally owned and operated and use organic products that really work, as I have not seen any scorpions or other bugs since the very first time they sprayed and my dogs and kids are happy and healthy. Their technicians are very polite and friendly and always show up on time and I can always get someone on the phone if needed. Overall I am extremely happy with the level of service Canopy provides and I will be using them exclusively for all my pest needs and definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. read more

Greentech Pest Control is amazing! Their management is beyond friendly, customer service is fantastic, and their techs are thorough. Any time I feel like I need a re-service, they come to my home for free, and they come in a timely fashion. Any special requests are always satisfied (spraying extra in one place, choosing to do interior & exterior versus one or the other, setting up extra sticky traps, etc.). The owners of the company are very down to Earth and know how to keep their customers happy. I am very content with my pest control company and I am always finding every opportunity available to share with my friends how wonderful they are. To top it all off, their prices are better (or at least very comparable) to most of the pest control companies out there. read more

These guys are the best. They are professional, polite, and respectful of our home. On their initial service call they explained what they were going to do and what they were going to charge. We have used Canopy for 6 months now and they have done what they said they would do and charged us exactly what they said they would charge us. They have never attempted to sell us any additional services. Their monthly service is comprehensive. They have responded promptly to all our service needs; very easy to work with. I only wish Canopy Pest Control provided other household services as well. We would use them for everything. William Adamaitis read more

We have been using Canopy Pest Control for over a year. Their technicians are always very professional, polite and courteous. They explain the service they are performing and what products they are using. Kyle performed our bi-monthly service yesterday and he spent a lot of his time in our backyard to ensure all the areas were taken care of. We are in a new build area with lots of bugs and critters and I can honestly say since we have been using Canopy for our pest control needs we don't have any bugs anymore. My husband and I highly recommend their company. read more

We Moved to Gold Canyon 19 months ago and had many services come to us and give us their spiel. There was just something about Canopy Pest Control that we liked. They are family-owned and really care about their customers. We are very happy with their service. Every technician is personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. Today we had Sam who had a smile the whole time he was here. Also if you have an issue they will come back out at no charge to you. I am so happy that we went with Canopy Pest Control! Stephen is very polite, professional and always makes sure he explains to us the service he provided. He was prompt and on time as scheduled which we appreciated. Canopy Pest Control has been servicing our new home now for the past six months and they are one of the best Pest Control companies we have ever dealt with. Their online billing process is very easy to understand and is very thorough to explain the types of products they used when servicing our home. I will never go with any other pest control company. They are unbelievably polite and kind when they come for the service. We no longer stumble upon the occasional scorpion in the house and they only spray our outside. With two toddlers running around and exploring, I have a secure peace of mind that my boys are safe from pests in our back and front yard. I confidently tell other pest control companies soliciting that I am very happy with who we currently use and I am not switching. read more

Just made the switch from another Pest Control company to Canopy. Isse Sadi was the Tech that came out to do my initial service. Isse was very hands on and very informative. Isse pointed out many things that had never been serviced with the other company. As much as I'M SCARED of and HATE BUGS he showed me just how many were out there. Aside the minor setback of the hose Isse was able to get the remaining part of his job done. I look forward to Isse serving our home again. read more

If you decide on this company do not use Cameron. He is not only the biggest story teller I have ever heard from a grown man, but he is not dependable and lazy. I contacted him regarding rats and he finally showed up two weeks later. His hands are dirty and doesn't care if he leaves it behind on something. He damaged my ac filter and didn't tell me. I ask him to set traps in my backyard and attic but he refused. He moves things and doesn't put anything back. read more

We always receive excellent service and know that if there is an issue they will take appropriate action. We've been long time customers! If were having an issue at any of our homes and we reach out they call back in timely manner and get out to the property and handle the problem! read more

Been using Canopy on a monthly basis for a little over a year. We have had scorpions and though we still see one every now and again we feel they've made a huge difference. We'd definitely recommend them. The techs have been professional when we have been home and have seen them. When they come and we aren't home, they leave us a note and we get pics via email of where our home was treated. We never need to worry that we've been missed. read more
