I've been a loyal Bullock customer for years & have 2 accounts. Today Anthony Gonzales sprayed outside all over my yard for my regular spray. He also reminded me he wanted to spray my Arizona Room because it was locked! Thank you Anthony! I have 4 entrance/exit doors leading to my upper & lower levels in my home, plus the door to my Arizona Room. Little buggies sneak in the door cracks of course. However, it's been months since I've seen even 1 little critter thanks to Bullock being on the ball. I get an email & txt days prior to my services from whoever is coming to my home detailing the date and time they will arrive. I don't need the indoors done except a few times a year due to their dedication. I really like one of Bullock's policies; they will come back free of charge between my regular sprays as many times as I need! That has come in handy several times, even if I only see 2 bugs; that's more than enough for me! I have a large dog that they all know and pet. I don't have to shut him in a room or tie him up. I also like that my payments are set up on "auto pay!" Their prices are great, & the employees are super! Someone almost always answers the phone, or gets right back to me. I've moved several times & Bullock has accommodated me each time taking 1 stresser off my plate. Last summer I cleaned a neighbors weeds and realized I had a spider bite. It just happened to be the day my house was set to be serviced by Bullock. The employee looked at my finger & told me to go to a medical facility asap because it was a Black Widow bite! OMG! I went to my Urgent care, was taken straight to a room for immediate help. My Dr gave me a shot, 2 perscriptions, & vital care instructions! He was also grateful to Bullock, as I'm a Kidney patient and anything & everything can be life concerning. As far as I feel about Bullock; they saved me from complications or worse. Talk about 1 on 1 personal customer service! I'm truly grateful & there's so much more I would love to write complimenting Anthony and the entire Bullock crew. Bulwark Exterminating is the absolute best bug-hunting company I've ever used. I've been a homeowner for 35 years and was a "Gotta Be A Name Brand Company" to do anything around my biggest investment (my home). After being gouged financially for years, my family came home from a trip to open the microwave to heat some Arby's sandwiches to find an ant farm with hundreds if not thousands of ants crawling around. EEEEEEEKKKKKK. I called the bug-hunting company I was using and was told they could be there in a week. WHAT THE F*CK? I called a friend and he told me about the best bug hunters which turned out to be Bulwark Exterminating. Sam came out within the hour and put his bug-hunter's uniform on (which looked a lot like "GhostBusters" and put an end to the pesty critters. Sam found all sorts of critters in my garage and the perimeter of my home. Sam did such a good job that I got the theme sound to "Ghostbusters" stuck in my head for days (don't you just hate that?). Sam came back 2 months later (this past weekend) for a follow-up to ensure the pet/grandchildren's safe chemicals were indeed working. We couldn't be happier with Bulwark. I recently switched from another pest control company in the area after having a big scorpion problem the past few months. Since switching to Bulwark I am finding plenty of DEAD scorpions outside which is what we want! One thing I love about this company is that I can have the same technician each time that can get to know my house and my concerns. (With my previous company i had someone new every month and some did a much more thorough job than others.) Jacqueline Bond has been our technician and she is always fantastic about listening to my concerns and she even took the time today to walk around with me and show me some trouble areas that she recommended caulking so we don't have so many entry points. She also sprayed those areas well but I appreciated the extra time she took to show me what I could also do to help prevent the scorpions from getting inside. The great service we just received from technician Curtis Hansen is one of the many reasons I will continue to be a Bulwark customer. Following some substantial rainstorms, I began encountering scorpions inside our home. Julie in Bulwark's Mesa office could not have been nicer or more accommodating and scheduled service for my next day off from work. Our service was scheduled between 1-4pm and at approximately 12:45 I received Curtis's text notifying me that he was on his way--perfect! Without prompting, he donned shoe coverings before entering our home and throughly treated the necessary areas--basically, everywhere. I can't imagine using anyone else as they are 100% responsive and keep my home and yard free of bugs, pests and now weeds. My new service tech is Jacqueline Bond. I called to have Bulwark come out to fix a spider problem we were having. They did such a GREAT job with all of the roaches, I was hoping to have the same results with spiders..... Davis showed up on time, in uniform, and slipped on booties before entering our home, very impressed at the get-go.... Then he went through our home, spraying were needed, and was explaining everything to me as he went along..... then went around the outside of our home, and did what needed to be done there.... He went as far as to remove old spider webs and took care of them also.. Then sent me pictures.... Have had really great service from this company at two different homes. My current experience was with Axl, he has serviced my home. After treatment a hive of bees decided to make a stop at my home. I called Axl my tech and it happened to be his day off. I was impressed that he answered his phone and stated he would swing by. He explained the bees migrate their hives and would most likely move on without interference. He went to inspect home and was right the bees moved on. Never any issues with them keeping to their schedule and keeping in contact with me with updates in the service process. We have used Bulwark Exterminating for 10+ years. This Spring we made the decision to try their mosquito service. BEST DECISION EVER!! Our backyard has been mosquito free all summer... Today, our tech was J. Cruz. He was so kind letting us know he was on his way and then introducing himself upon his arrival. Javan Olson with Bulwark is very professional when he comes to treat my house. He always arrives within the time frame I was scheduled. He always has a smile and is very considerate of my dogs and cat. He lets me know what he treated and always checks and replaces if needed the scorpion traps in my garage. Recently I had a rat problem. Javan came right over and set up some traps and then he came back to check the traps. We did catch the rat the next day and he came back to dispose of the nasty critter. Great response very knowledgeable and friendly. I called on a Friday they had me scheduled Monday. They treat bugs and rodents at the same time. They did not need to come out and inspect the rodent situation separately from the bug situation. As some other places require before treating. They just said we'll take care of it :) When I initially called the person was very friendly. It wasn't some call center passing me to some other department and it wasn't a scripted sales pitch.
