We had our monthly service and I wanted to say Issac is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and got the job done beyond our requests. I am so pleased with his service. He did the following: Entire perimeter heavily sprayed, water activated granules placed in bushes and yard, and spider webs taken down from eaves! Additionally, entry points and window wells treated heavily to ensure a more secure barrier during these summer months! I was then billed for this unwanted and unnecessary service. I called to explain again that I had moved and had already canceled, but I was still billed anyway. The dreaded day came when the tubes showed up at the house and we needed to scedule the professionals. We needed to have a termite treatment done and it was so overwhelming how many companies are out there that promise to do the right thing. We had multiple companies come out and settled with Bulwark. Mike was extremely thoughtful and thorough as he walked the entire house. He found many more areas than the previous companies and took the time to show us the process for removal. Unlike the other companies they didn't have to drill all over the garage or add boxes to our walls. The scheduled service day came and Jamie promptly showed up and got to work. Have had really great service from this company at two different homes. My current experience was with Axl, he has serviced my home. After treatment a hive of bees decided to make a stop at my home. I called Axl my tech and it happened to be his day off. I was impressed that he answered his phone and stated he would swing by. He explained the bees migrate their hives and would most likely move on without interference. He went to inspect home and was right the bees moved on. A few years ago we found termite tunnels in our house and it freaked us out. But Bulwark came out and treated it very effectively and they came back for follow up checks regularly. We have them do our annual treatment every year. It's a little pricey but it's definitely worth it! Live here in the hood for 6 years. The whole block is scorpion infested. We've had issues with scorpions the first 4 years here. In the fourth year we didn't see the results from these guys. It takes time and effort. You gotta pay for the monthly visits. After a couple years our home had ZERO scorpions. None. We avg. about 1-2/day, to none. In a neighborhood that has an infestation problem this is hard to achieve. I go out all the time with my weapon and nothing to kill. They're super communicative. Today they sent pics and said "due to high call volume in the area for scorpions, we went heavy today". Save your money. Idea is to create a barrier with their work to ensure pests don't get into the house. Despite their visits and my husband's nightly scorpion hunting, still 2 scorpions in in our Chandler house in the last 2 weeks. I don't know what they did with the 5 minutes they were here for each visit but it was not effective. Spoke with a very disrespectful Tyler on the phone today when I tried to cancel. Placed on a long hold and he disconnected. Go with another option. read more

We have been using Terminix and have to say in a nut shell, they suck. I went on Yelp and did some investigating and found Bulwark Exterminating. I had a call back almost immediately and they came out that Saturday to spray the entire home. William Bowlby came out and spent the better part of 2 hours spraying the entire outside inside and then setting up traps in the garage. Then we had one of the worst rain storms in our history on the following Monday. After a short call, William was back out here that same week and redid the entire outside of our home. I could not be more happy or impressed with the level of service we have received from this company. Thank you for making me feel like my time and money actually means something to you.
