I was in the restaurant biz for 30 years in Florida; home of huge palmetto bugs, termites and German roaches. Talk about a nightmare. So I went through many pest control companies over the years. My main complaint was I would call them Pest Out of Control Companies. You just can't go around spraying cracks and crevices and think you're controlling the pest. I FOUND TRUFORCE. This is a company that yes sprays but also talks to you. Why are you having infestation? What is different that now you have vermin? They checked my home for entry ways. Yes I'd like to spray Agent Orange but I've got grandkids and pets. They are not controlling my pest. They are managing my home AGAINST infestation. And that my friends is what I found when I found TruForce. Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable.... And timely. This is a company that must have a HANDS ON OWNER.
