I had another pest company approach my front door this morning... right after Tyler left spraying my yard. There was no way that I would ever change pest control companies. Bulwark texts you when they are coming and they show up promptly at the time they say they are coming every time. It allows me to keep the dogs inside while they spray. Tyler always rings the doorbell to let me know that he's hear and asks me if I have any specific concerns. Who does that these days? I never do, but if I ever do, he addresses that promptly and then checks back to see if it got resolved. Tyler really cares about his profession, his results, and his happy customers. I've been using Bulwark for nearly 3 years now and I truly appreciate their Technicians. I have had several technicians throughout the year, however I'd like to recognize Joseph Beas. He services my house today as we have had a couple of scorpions in the house in the last month. We have a fairly new house and haven't really had any issues in the past. He asked several questions around what's changed and ultimately we got to what we believed was the root of the problem! He reassured me if there was anymore that came up to call them back and they would come back to spray. Bulwark has been fantastic to work with! We have been with Bulwark for the past 16 years and they are the most reliable company around. We are on a monthly service and normally don't have a pest problem because of that, however, when it gets warm, some issues crop up. We call Bulwark and they schedule us immediately. Our technician is Eric B. and he is fantastic! When we had a cricket issue months ago, he came out immediately and treated the area. Every month, he always remembers to treat that area so we won't have to encounter that problem again. He's always personable and always greets us with a smile. He also makes sure to check with us if any new pest issues have arisen since the last visit. I would not hesitate to contract with Bulwark. We just had our home sealed to keep the scorpions out by Bullwark Pest. Our technician was Brandon Humphreys. He worked diligently for 2 days. He screened all our vents, sealed around windows, repaired all the holes near the foundation the builder left behind. He weather stripped and sealed all door entries so we no longer see daylight through our doors. It was a long hard 2 days but we are confident it will help with our scorpion problems. Brandon was hardworking, patient, prompt and friendly. He explained a lot of things to us also. He went above and beyond to make sure our pests stay away. We are grateful for all he did. Eric came to my home for my yearly termite inspection and let me tell you he totally put my mind at ease. Briana Bedell, of Bulwark Exterminating, just completed the most thorough pest control service I've ever seen or heard of. No nook or cranny was ignored on the exterior of the house or in the garage, where I've had issues with Black Widows. I watched her establish a five foot barrier around the entire perimeter then spray every inch of the exterior base and the bottom of the backyard wall. The interior wall socket covers that abut the exterior wall were removed and internally sprayed with powder. When Briana was done I almost felt sympathy for the bugs, almost. We have scorpions. I was trying to contain them myself until about 2 years ago when I saw one in the house on the bathroom ceiling. We've been using Bulwark ever since. I'm a little detail OCD and actually keep a chart of sightings. And since we've used Bulwark, specifically, Tyler Motley, these have dropped dramatically. From a maximum of 50 sightings (I hunt with a blacklight sometimes) per year to 3 in the past 11 months!!! Tyler Motley does an excellent job of creating a perimeter around the house and entrances. I've been a customer for many yrs & the last few yrs have been very questionable. I was planning on today being my last service call because I was so fed up with the poor service. Today Dallin Mortensen was my service tech & for the 1st time in a VERY long time a great job was done!! Usually the techs are here for 5 min (yes I have timed it) or less, rarely ~10 min. One time I didn't even see that the tech had pulled out the hose to spray. Dallins work & service ethic is very refreshing & appreciated. I love Bulwark Exterminating & Eric Beascochea is the best!!! I am always referring family and friends to Bulwark because we never find any bugs around our home...until this morning... I found my first bug in the house in a couple of years. Then coincidentally while driving to work I see Eric's picture on the side of his vehicle as it pulled up next to mine at a red light! Its been two months since Michael S. last came to my home to spray and the house has continued to be virtually bugless. No scorpions at all a huge plus. 1 or two small spiders and a beetle have made it through the barrier but that is all. Michael does a thorough and professional job. He is always smiling and courteous asking about any concerns I might have. He brushes the entry and patio areas to get rid of any webs and sprays the thresholds to all doorways and reinforces the barrier around the house. I won't say I've had my issues - but I've had the same issues with any pest control company. Just have to be diligent and not be afraid to call. Really needed pest control!! Nathan came out and was very helpful, plus patient while I wrangled my dog so he could treat my place. He answered all my questions, was quick, courteous and professional. The treatment was effective really quickly. My house is older and not sealed up tight from the outside, so I was surprised at how well the treatment works to keep the bugs out even though there's some spots that are a little more vulnerable to the outside. I had to call Bulwark and ask them to do an additional barrier around my house for scorpions.( Tis' the season as you know.) I called and they were out the next business day and sent Dallin Mortensen whom I really appreciated because he was not only thorough but answered any questions I had about those nasty creatures from hell.
