Yesterday was the day I talked my husband into letting me get an exterminator to come deal with our crickets. I am SO OVER the crickets. I found three places here on yelp and Bulwark was the first one to call me back. Never have I ever been so excited to pick up an unknown number. I told the nice lady on the phone all about my problems and she explained to me Bulwark's process, gave me $50.00 off, and set me up for an appointment between 7-11 am this morning. Like. Less than 24 hours! Samuel Decker showed up bright and early, around 7:10. He also walked me through Bulwark's process, throughly investigated my home inside and out, and most importantly, LISTENED to me. You know a lot of folks don't listen, they are too busy thinking of what they want to say, but Sam is not one of those folks. I showed him the places where I see the creepy crawlies most often and he explained to me where and how they enter my home and how he plans on stopping them. Sam is a dog dad, he understands that I need to make sure the chemicals they are using are safe for pets. He told me all about the chemical composition (chrysanthemums!), how quickly it dries, and how we are bigger than bugs and have different bodies so we would have to drink A LOT of it and we wouldn't do that because it tastes yucky. Sam sprayed my home, took down the spider webs I hadn't even noticed, gave the ants some take out food to carry to their queen, put down traps near points of entry, talked as he worked so I would know why he was doing what he was doing, and said he'll see me in 60 days - but to reach out if we see anything in the interim; they cover breakthrough bugs. Sam asked me if I had any exciting plans for the weekend and I told him "YOU are my exciting plan." Thank you Sam and Bulwark for the quick and professional service. Joseph Beas came over for a re-treat of my home after I saw too much activity for my comfort. He called ahead, he was right on time, patient to hear everything I had to tell him, paid attention to even the most minor concerns, and thoroughly treated everything that I mentioned. This place is one of the best there is. No hassle free callbacks if you see anything. The price is bi monthly and it breaks down to about what you'd pay a random guy off Craigslist for single services. The difference is you get what you need, they treat based on what you're seeing. If you need total yard coverage, you get it, if you need your house thoroughly sprayed, you get it. I had a major scorpion problem (found 50 in one year) at my last house prior to using these guys, and while scorpions are only killed via being sprayed directly, Bulwark eliminated their food supply and they eventually moved out. Nick Riley, while he isn't my normal tech, he came out for respray and was as thorough as you possibly could be. Extremely satisfied with how he treated me. Wanted to compliment the service provided by Nick Riley. He is, by far, the best tech we have had, and we have had numerous from Bulwark. Nick is always polite and provides great, comprehensive service. Sprays the perimeter, dusts irrigation boxes, and dusts the eves (something that I have never seen other techs to do from Bulwark). Since I work from home, I don't always answer the door when the tech rings. Other techs we have had, when they think we are not home, do a quick spray and leave. Taking only 5-10 minutes. (I even called to complain about one tech). Nick, on the other hand, always does a complete service, even when there is no evidence that anyone is home. Hopefully Bulwark will keep Nick around, as he is a keeper! read more

Good service, terrible follow up. Promised a end of year inspection. Never received any message to schedule appointment, technician showed up and tagged us as unavailable. Then they billed after the fact like a contract was signed to continue with the warranty. I called to explain the issues and they said they would address the miscommunication but did nothing to help. Told them I wanted to close the account and now they are trying to pro rate service I never even used. Terrible company, stay clear. read more

My initial service person was awful. If it weren't for Andrew Masi, this would be a very different review and rating. Initially, the provider did not do anything he was supposed to on the first visit and was rude when I asked about him doing what I was told on the phone. They then rescheduled me with someone else and that person was a no show. My third try was assigned Andrew. He did a great job and was very thorough and friendly. I haven't seen any more since he came and I was seeing them daily so I really appreciate his work! read more

On 2/12/2019 We had S John D. who came to spray our home. He was very professional and quick with the service. He did pointe out to me something very interesting I was very appreciative he told me about. I had been getting these tiny white little flies in my yard and was not sure why. I just moved in my home 7 months ago and I thought the side of my yard had these unique flower bushes growing. Well John was awsome at pointing out to me as nice as they look they are actually weeds..i said oh ok that great to know and he educated me on that those are what might be attracting the flies and also a home for other little pest such as scorpions and suger ants we do not need. He was very awsome with the service and very kind,100% professional! . I would like to have him again as my spray person I if I can I felt very comfortable working with him and him taking the time to educate me on something that can help with keeping my house clear of pest was above and beyond.Your services are wonderful and work really really well. That is why I have had your services for 8 years! You guys are time and time again amazing with your services and always there for me when I have some scary little monster in my house, I do not want to handle such as scorpions as well !
