Started my contract with them in June. We had an Airbnb guest report seeing a cockroach. They came. Said it was a 5 week aggressive treatment and I would need to close my Airbnb 5 weeks. First trainer resulted in a free roaches. And after 5 weeks They gave me all clear despite flaking on their last appt. I moved in an Airbnb guest -- they reported seeing dozen of cockroaches. And fled. These folks came back out. And we now have hundreds in the traps. I thought after 10 weeks we were headed in right direction. My Airbnb is still closed. Today they flaked in their appt. I went to condo. Dozens of live roaches. And at least 50+ in traps. I called them to question the missed appt. Angela told me today that they were done. Their contract guarantees removal and so do Angela text. She recommended I litigate to resolve. I called another company. Will post their reports later. Along with the weekly updates from green homes. Going from a few to 100 weeks later hundreds. Everytime noting in their report the cleanliness of my condo. Careful. If you're not there. Door lock data shows they stay 6-9 minutes. read more

Had some property($$) touched while a worker was out doing a job at my home. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Really happy with my service, technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing was also much cheaper than other places.

Wow! This company was so professional from start to finish. Hyrum came over to check our retreat center for alledged bed bug bites from a guest. Hyrum checked all 17 beds, couches, blankets and was so knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and so grateful that there was NO bed bugs!! P.S. The free inspection was a bonus. read more

I am so unimpressed with this company, and the actual service was terrible. I called about being over charged for services they didn't do, next the technician that came out without any notice to spray as he kept filling his backpack with water from my hose then using it & refilling it. I was told I would get a call back. Two days later I called and had the pleasure of talking to Karen SO unprofessional she could careless about anything I had to say & just wanted to cancel my service so I did just that. I recommend if you're looking for a home pest control company go anywhere else. read more

They were amazing with successfully and permanently removing a wasp nest! I called and they made time to come out the same day which I very much appreciated! I'd definitely use them again in the future. read more

Company repeatably billed a credit card I no longer would like used. I called for Months about this to no avail. Then when I spoke with Jennifer she claimed they did not have my cc# on file ?? What? When they text you about an upcoming appointment, they give you a date and then you must call for a the 3 hour window time like the cable company . There are too many pest control companies for this type of service. read more

They took my level of anxiety down from a 10 to a 2 with one phone call. They were able to treat my house within 3-4 hours from initial call. Professional, informative and educational. I would highly recommend. read more

Quick and Efficient. Brenden was super friendly. Would use this service again. It was easy to schedule and Brenden addressed all our concerns about safety for our pet. Cost was a good value. Will use again if results last at least sixty days. read more

Green Home Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Great service, professional, and very knowledgeable. Incredibly responsive and thorough in making sure any pest activity is taken care of. I don't generally have "visitors" between monthly services, but recently encountered a scorpion in my garage. They were right there addressing the issue, inspecting the home inside and out, treating and making sure I was again, pest-free. From scheduling to treatment services, they work with your schedule and truly go above and beyond to make sure customers are at ease and pest-free. Thank you, thank you thank you :-) read more

I requested an inspection estimate for pigeon 'proofing' My roof around the additional solar panels I had installed. I settled on an Alfred upon date/time. When that time came and went and no one had showed up nor did I hear from them, I started trying g to contact them. No luck. About a half hour after a text message I sent regarding my appointment, I received an excusatory text saying 'they forgot to schedule with the inspector'. I had already taken half the day off from work for the alleged appointment. They suggested coming by the next day. And what, am I supposed to hope they DID in fact schedule it and take more time off from work? I suggested the following Saturday, but didn't heat back. After seeing some of the other reviews, maybe in my circumstance, it was a blessing. read more

Very awesome people! They are very responsive and helped with our property in a timely fashion. Very appreciative.

OH MAN! Arizona people, you're so lucky that you have this pest company as an option to work with. I live in Los Angeles, and unfortunately could NOT get their services (being so far away) but I can tell that they do truly care about their customers. I spoke with their representative Elvis who spent some time to help me navigate my options for pest control alternatives to harsh chemicals. Even though he knew that he could not service our building in LA, he took the time and was thorough and detailed with his advice. He truly helped me and I am so grateful that even though he can't make money off of me, he is nice enough to care about a strangers health and well-being! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Side note... Before I called Green Home, I truly felt lost since Terminex and these other companies only solutions are to use harsh treatment methods that require us to leave the house for 4+ hours just to spray roach killer. I felt uncomfortable with there "take it or leave it" solution so when I ended up calling Green Home (and specifically Elvis), the conversation I had was so relieving! read more

Super pleased with how the company owned up to their mistakes and did what they could to make it right. It always feels good when a company works with you and doesn't just toss you aside. Thanks for the call Angela. read more

Great service. Quick and on time. Good advice. We are dropping Terminex and hiring them.

Like others, I found this company through Living Social. The deal was pretty good. The treatment they do is pretty standard. They all seem to use the same chemicals and techniques. You can sign up for a program of regular treatments and receive some discount, or just call when you want and pay full price. We are on a "program". Their office staff and technicians are friendly and efficient. They can just show up and do the outside and you don't have to be there, but I prefer to be there so I can point out trouble areas (e.g. ant mounds). If you have a larger yard the technician may not find them on his own. I have been satisfied with the service thus far. read more

After having several near death experiences with scorpions in my home it was time to call the professionals. Honestly, I dread calling around and getting quote after quote from various businesses as my patience and attention span run thin. Choosing Green Home was easy as they were my first call and Elivis, understanding my sense humor when I said I would burn my home down if another critter got in, not only laughed at my joke, but was professional, patient and informative without being "salesy" or using "scare tactics" like you would expect when these types of businesses want to up sale you. Within 20 mins, Brandon was at home and completed the job in under 45 mins. He too was respectful and even shared his worst horror story with us giving us the chills (and a good laugh). It was my only experience with them, but I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. read more

I want to give a great big thank you to Nate and Green Home Pest Control. Nate is very knowledgeable and super nice guy to deal with on my pest control problems. I would highly recommend Nate and Green Home Pest Control for their fantastic service. They work well with your schedule and help you out when you have specific issues. Thanks again! read more

They do a good job inspecting your home for pests and/or termites and give a detailed explanation of options.

Whatever they sprayed didn't work. We still had very kind of bug and spider that we had before in the house. We called the company to tell them the issue and they said they couldn't guarantee their work because we had used a Groupon to pay for the service. I smell a rat! Beware. read more

Just had my second service with Green Home. The time the technician spent on our house was incredible! I even saw him clearing spider webs from the eaves of the house. A job I truly hate. And he spread a different insecticide on the front lawn where we're having a specific problem. So great! read more

Always great service and we almost never see anything bug related, they have been our go to pest control company now for 3 years in two homes and always great. read more

IF YOU HAVE A FLAT ROOF DON'T EVEN BOTHER. At the beginning our experience with them was great. After $1200 and one year of them setting traps, cutting panels in illogical places and sealing the rats in my roof our rat problem has not been worse. They obviously no longer wanted to work with us when they deactivated our account without having the decency to tell us they us that they can't help. They say their work has a warranty on exclusions but quickly terminated the relationship so they don't have to follow up. They frequently sent the technician to my home without the necessary tools, even when asked to bring them. If you're issue is simple, they are probably great but other wise you may want to find another company. read more

Refused to guarantee their work from the Groupon despite still seeing pests less than 2 weeks after their initial spray. Upon contacting the company, they told me they "do not guarantee" their Groupon sprays, and largely use them in order to attract suckers (er, sorry, "customers") to their much more costly bi-monthly service. EDIT: The owner, Jon, contacted me directly within hours of this review going up -- apparently there was some miscommunication and they DO guarantee their Groupon work, which is great -- I am scheduled for a respray very soon. I am temporarily changing this review to a 3-star, and will amend it further based upon what happens during their second visit. However, I am already impressed at how Jon explained the situation personally over the phone, and I look forward to seeing how they correct the ant problem I'm facing. EDIT 2: My problem was handled, and my ant problem went away. HOWEVER, even the technician expressed some surprise that they were coming back for a second spray without me having to pay, even in spite of the fact that the issue was not resolved on the first visit. (This is a little telling.) I'm still considering Green Home for a bi-monthly service in the future, but it's concerning that both employees (but not the owner) expressed similar sentiments about resprays for persistent problems not being a normal part of their guarantee. Still, I have nothing but respect and admiration for how the owner Jon handled my problem, and I have no doubt that any future problem I may encounter will be handled quickly and efficiently as well. Thank you Jon. read more

Absolutely love this company. They were quick and professional when they came to the house. The gentleman told me exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer all my questions. These guys are scam artists. Let's start from the beginning. We started getting an unusual amount of beetles on our back porch. We called around and decided on Green Home. On initial visit Philip came over and looked like he was tunneling to the center of the earth. He had goggles and a mask we couldn't even recognize him. He talked to my wife for 45 minutes about bugs and how he was an expert and he will wipe them out after spraying whatever he had in his tanks. After the bs car salesman talk he sprayed in our bathroom and entry points coming into the house and the back porch. The actual spraying took less than 5 minutes total. Day after he left the bugs quadrupled. We called the office and the dispatcher said it's normal the first week after initial visit and they should decrease. A month later on the next visit it was totally infested that we could not even go into our backyard and every time someone came inside any of our doors the bugs would be on their hair or clothes. 4th of July came and a family member suggested we try raid. We did and every single one of the bugs died and we had a significant decrease in the bugs. I am convinced they sprayed some type of pheromones to attract the bugs not make them go away so we have to keep paying them $50 every month. These guys are scam artists and still trying to collect $250 for one month of bug hell because of them. If Philip comes to your house don't open the door and definitely don't let him spray anything. read more

We have had this service for a year now....very happy with it. We came from California and we were very worried about scorpions. Our tech gave us lots of info on scorpions. He sprayed inside and out. I've signed up and used this service for the past year and few months owner or manager very nice and customer friendly but there is a scheduler you g female that schedules appointments I called on 8/17/21 to ask if I can get an extra treatment scheduled for next month now as we were having infestation issue of cockroaches and scorpions she flat out refused to schedule and asked me to call back next month?!?! I insisted that the owners had assured us that if we needed a retreatment or extra treatment to just call and schedule it. I asked to speak to her manager she said there's no one there and that she's the scheduler and it goes thru her. I was so upset that she is a) treating an existing customer with such disrespect b) was not willing to resolve the issue or bring in a superior to talk to me about told her I would take my business elsewhere she said "fine" I hope the owners of this business realize that this person young female working on 8/17/21 as a scheduler is loosing customers for you with her attitude. Very disappointing An update to this issue owners and manager reached out and apologized as I was told that is not their policy the scheduler was wrong I felt that the only way I could reach the owners was Thru a review as I was being blocked by her to talk to supervisors or manager. I thank you for your response and I am glad issue is being resolved as I don't want any other customer to go thru what I did. I will be resuming my service with this great company read more

We have used them for a while now. I have found that at least 2 times we have had them back because the ants or little bugs in back yard show up again within a week or 2. Two times now they have not shown up for appts. They said they send us a text but we do not text. I made sure they know that now. We have them come every two months and have not had a problem with them trying to charge us every month like some people have. The office help has always been friendly but one worker came out and apparently we had a misunderstanding because he left after doing just the back yard. He came back but refused to answer me when I talked to him. He is not going to service our house anymore. Overall the staff are friendly but the spray seems weak. read more
