He has a longstanding trusted business for a reason and now I can speak to that first-hand (even though this was not a club I wanted to belong to). David and some of his crew members have been extremely responsive to our situation and while we have not yet caught the rodent, we have a solid plan in place to do so as well as a plan to make sure the house is safe from any rodents moving forward. We looked up the website and the information on it aligned with our needs. We chose the 5 yr warranty and set up the appointment for the following week. When the appointment day arrived, the termite tech arrived at the scheduled time and he started with the outdoor inspection followed by an indoor inspection. He came up with a plan for treatment and he trenched the perimeter of the home. He was all done in less than 4 hours. The treatment is in the ground and it can take up to 90 days for termite trails to stop. The work was thorough and clean. The information given throughout the process was easy to understand. We give our highest recommendation to this company.

We've had this company come out on and off over the last 9 years that we've lived in Gilbert.  I…read moreremember one particular year we paid for the annual service and they came back several times to solve one particular issue in the house.  The technician was very tenacious about solving the problem (the repeat visits were all free during that year) so I always respected the company for that and felt they were very honest.  I don't mind paying for quality work. We once even had a very expensive treatment that I want to say cost $1000 or or so for a trench around the house.   But come this recent issue we've had I just feel I'm being hit with the "caught living in Gilbert tax."  Just because I live in Gilbert doesn't mean I'm a CEO and loaded.  I'm well below the median and just can't afford this company any more.  They didn't seem to care about loyalty on our part coming to them year after year. I don't like that they aren't open on weekends so guess what?  Someone is taking time off work (burning vacation time, yay!) to meet with the tech.  The tech came out looked at the problem spot we wanted treated and offered $350 with no warranty just to treat one spot.  Didn't do anywhere near the inspection I expected (and another company had just provided that we didn't know from Adam). I can go to Bug and Weed Mart and buy what I need for a fraction of that cost and have no warranty doing the work myself.  It's not hard to dig or drill a hole. We called another company and their quote to treat the ENTIRE property WITH A WARRANTY was only $150 more.  Guess what we did next?  We went with the new company. If money is no object and you're aren't concerned with receiving a complete inspection when they come out then go with this company.  If you want to shop around there are other equally good (or better) companies with a much more competitive price.

Of course you average my 5 star reviews (which is the same with old time Responsible clients), it gives this company a higher score rating because my 5 star reviews were for nearly a period of 10 yrs before the takeover. I bet if they only scored the reviews from the past 2 years, at best it would be a 1.5 star, not the 4+ star review. I'm glad I have my own pest control guy and he's top notch. Of the 9 reviews I've done since 2013, 6 were 5 stars (before they merged or were bought out by a larger company). You average that with the one 2 star and two 1 stars, my average review would be 3.7 stars. Let me tell you, they are not a 3.7 star company rather a 1 star. Look at all the reviews in the past 2-3 yrs. Take an average of those reviews instead and it will give you a better reflection of where the current company is. Then you make your decision to use them or not.

Based on my research, The Termite Division was planning to do exactly the job that I wanted, with the chemicals that I wanted in the timeframe that I wanted at a very competitive price. When comparing all of the options side by side, the Termite Division came out on top. But what do I know? I'm just a guy on Yelp trying to figure out who provides the right service for me. People say a lot of things, and many companies look the same when you don't know the business. Once David Reynolds, the General Manager, showed up at my property, I knew that I had made the right choice. We spoke for quite a while about the process, the chemicals used, the concentration, the plan for drilling, the time the job would take, and what I should expect. He performed the work exactly as I expected, with the chemicals that I wanted, without cutting corners. All at a price that was less than the other companies. After speaking with David, and watching the work that he was doing, I knew that I had made the right choice. When the job was done, Mickey the owner called me personally to review the job and ask if there was anything else that could be done. That was a nice touch, and closed out the experience on a high note. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for termite service take advantage of the research that I did, which was verified by the experience that I had, and just go with The Termite Division.

So searched termite experts in east mesa and came across termite division. Mickey was great. Easy to get ahold of and came out later that evening after we got home from work to inspect the house and property. Prior to him coming I checked the foundation for mud tubes. And did not find anything. But Mickey was able to find one right by the threshold of one of our outer doors that I had missed. And he found spots in the ceiling that we didn't see and in another room. So he was very thorough. And He's used covers over his boots when he walked though our home, which my wife super appreciated. After determining there was termites he was very confident that he could get rid of them. And settled our anxiety about having termites in our home. We have never had termites so we thought it was the end of the world. It made us feel better when he told us that it's likely a minor problem and that he was 100% confident that he could get rid of them. When it came time to discuss treatment options and pricing. Before we even got started talking about prices he asked that I search average costs for whole home treatments in Arizona. Just so I had an idea of cost. I was very pleased that he was able to work with us and come up with a reasonable price that was below the average cost for a whole home treatment and warranty. Both combined were well below the cost of just a normal treatment would be based upon the search. I really appreciated his transparency and how he came up with his pricing. We were able to schedule the treatment two days later and he arrived right on time. He did the treatment as discussed (spot treatment with foam to 3 areas/room, liquid pesticide around the parameter and bait trap around the parameter) and he made everything look clean and even patched the holes in the ceiling where the termites had eaten through. I'd say he went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And his confidence that the treatment was going to work was very reassuring. I would highly recommend Mickey and termite division for your termite problems.

For several years after moving here I tried everything (all the DIY techniques to no avail) but we still had to put on ceadercide repellent, etc. everyday to avoid getting bit. That is a pain in the butt and always on mind if need to put on more after a few hours for prime time in early evening, etc. Ever since Skyler started treating our home I nor anyone in my family no longer get bit and before we were getting bit constantly. It's like these biters no long exist in and around our entire property, front and back. We never ever have to put any type of repellent on and do not have to bother with all the gimmicks. I wish I found Bills Pest Termite Control and Skyler several years ago when first moved here. One thing about that is though, I now have proof to compare just how effective their treatment is. Total game changer, and there has been no harm to all the wildlife that visit our yard everyday. I have used other pest control for mosquitoes, etc. in another state lived in before and helped a little but would still have to put on repellent. I did not expect the treatment to work as well as it has due to past experiences, just hoping to at least lower the numbers of bites, etc. But Skyler at Bills Pest Termite Control has completely obliterated these biters, they no longer even seem to exist on our property, even after all the rain recently.
