We've been monthly customers for almost 5 years(after I stepped on a scorpion in my bedroom). We have never had to do a call back, the techs and customer service representatives are always cheerful, polite, and communicative, and we have never seen another scorpion or bug inside our house. read more

I have been with Insectek for a few years now and they have been very reliable, do a great job communicating all around, and have had zero issues with pests. They have never missed an appointment. The day before an appointment I get a text reminder, I get a text when they are on their way, and a follow up letting me know they are done with an explanation of what they treated or things I may notice based on the season when necessary. I switched to them because I had a scorpion problem my prior service could not seem to take care of, I have not seen a scorpion since I have had them first come out to my house and have had no other issues with pests. read more

Been using this company for a very long time and they are the best. Very, very, friendly. They are so helpful and courteous. They care about your house and will wear shoe covers every time they come in even its for a second. They will come back any time in between appointments if you need more area serviced. Scheduling is a breeze and they are always on time. Payments have improved greatly through their online portal which is a great improvement. Overall, I would not consider changing companies due to their professionalism, organization, and price. Very happy customer! Thank you. read more

We have been using Insectek Pest Solutions for a couple of years with great results! Before we started using them, we had a major scorpion problem. It got to the point that I no longer felt comfortable in my own house. But since we started using them, I have only found one live scorpion and one dead scorpion inside (in 2 years and they came back out to respray when I found the live one!). We have had several different technicians in those 2 years, but all have been very great. Kole sprayed for us today and he is very personable and thorough. The cost is very reasonable and 100% worth it for the peace of mind I have now. I would recommend this company to anyone! read more

We have utilized their service for over three years. They have the best customer service and the techs (Matthew)do a fantastic job.

I am so thankful that we came across this company! We have gone through 3 or 4 other companies for routine pest control in the past 7 years and just recently did we find the winner...Insectek! The technicians are all very kind and answered all of my questions. They are extremely timely and professional. Very happy!! read more

They're professional and do a great job. Kole is our guy and he always goes above and beyond. During a recent visit I personally had him skip our home office room because I was on a work call at the time, we later found a pest in there because I did that, and he came as soon as he could and treated it for us. read more

Milan did a great job servicing our house. We are very pleased and would recommend this company to everyone!

Always ask me if any issues since last treatment. They address the issues and go the extra mile to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. Once completed they let me know the results of the treatment and if there is anything I should be aware of or watch. Very happy with their service. Always on time. Monthly service went well. Technician showed up on time and well prepared. We used to have a scorpion problem but now rarely see any.

Great service. I appreciate attention to detail. Automatic payments, automatic treatments

I called a few companies about rodent control and their communication was amazing. Got all of my questions answered immediately via text, they were very transparent with their prices as well as their process. Day of treatment I got a reminder text for our appointment time and the tech showed up right when he said he would. During the process the tech was very polite and patient with my mother in law (who the treatment was for) and he answered all of her questions and showed us everything he did and would recommend. I didn't know this company offered contracting services to help close up any openings that rats could get to. He wasn't pushy at all (like an upsell) and was very understanding with our decision. Thank you Insectek read more

Matthew, the professional Insectek Technican was at the home today. He could not have been more spot on as a technician as his attention to detail was pretty amazing in as much as I was at the office and had him on video. For the most part each Insectek Tech is extremely respective of our property and the results have been positive. read more

When it rains it pours I was dealing with several issues regarding my health and my family members health when my husband walked in the house and said we have termites. I got quotes and interviewed several different companies. Terminex, Blue Frog, Blue Sky and Green Mango. Some of them used scare tactics to try and get my business. Some didn't return calls in a timely manner. When all was said and done I felt most comfortable with Insectek. They listened to my concerns, were very knowledgeable, great with communication and punctual. Thank you Gabe!!! read more

We have used Insectek for over 10 years!!! That should say enough in itself! The customer service is exceptional, they know what they are doing. The monthly cost is very fair for the high quality service we always receive! We will always be loyal Insectek customers! read more

Always good service, very friendly. Kole does great work. We are happy with the service that we get from Insectek

We've been a customer of Insectek for 2 months now and have been very satisfied with the office staff and our field technician Matt. When I first called to inquire about service, all my questions and concerns were answered with patience and professionalism. I have had nothing but positive experiences when I had to call the office for questions or to change my appointment date. Matt has been out to the house twice. Each time he begins the appointment by asking several questions about insect activity we have seen. He has taken the time to walk the perimeter of the house with me and points out any areas of concerns he may see. If I have any concerns Matt ensures he addresses all my concerns. At the end of each appointment, Matt always asks iif there is anything else he can do. Matt has been very patient and professional and is a great service tech. read more

Insectek has been great! We have used other pest control companies and Insectek is always responsive, reliable and true to their mission. Their service technicians are respectable, knowledgeable and collaborative. Truly A1 service. read more

I can't say enough about Insectek! I called on Saturday...the way too realistic AI scheduled my appointment for Monday 4/1/24. I received a call from Jennifer on Monday, who was super helpful in providing multiple plan and service options. All were a much better deal than anyone else we had spoken to. Ty showed up at the scheduled time, took the time to explain what he saw at our property, went over what his plan of attack would be, and let us know what to expect. There are a gazillion exterminators in the valley... We're just lucky that we called them. They're responsive, helpful, prompt, and super-friendly! Customer service and satisfaction are huge with me, and these guys have made me a permanent customer!!! read more

Great service, always on time and addresses issues presented. They lay down fresh bug traps and go over what was found. Highly recommend!

The service from Insectek is always great. we've been using them for several years and have no complaints. The techs do a great job of not only spraying, but checking for other pest indications. Thanks to my neighbor's recommendation, Insectek has been the best pest control company we've used. We used another pest control company when we first moved in to our house 8 years ago because we have scorpions. We noticed fewer scorpions in the house over time, but we still had active scorpions in several rooms of our house; mostly on tiled areas. Then I decided to spray on my own for a couple of years and that was no better or worse than the previous vendor, but did save me a little money. Flash forward to the hellish summer of 2020 and we had a good amount of scorpion activity in the garage and tiled areas, so I decided to contact Insectek. They had availability within a few days of contacting them and since July 2020, they have provided only excellent, timely and professional service. Within 2 months of them spraying both the outside and inside of our home, we've not found any active scorpions in the house or garage, so they've managed to accomplish what our previous vendor was unable to do by eradicating the scorpions in the house. Scott visited our house to spray over the weekend and he was friendly, on time and we talked a little football while he sprayed the exterior of the house. Thanks to Insectek for hiring only really professional and polite staff and for providing a service that really works well. read more

I highly recommend this company. Let them control the nasty pests of your burden, so you have time to not worry about it and do what you need or want to do. I personally have used them for 6 years, and my daughter has used them for almost 16 years now. They are responsible, reasonable, professional, kind, and friendly. All their staff are extremely respectful, they want to know every detail of your pest problem so they can best serve you! I highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs! I really like working with Insectek. We went with them because we liked their monthly cost but their service has been above and beyond what we expected. They come out every other month for prevention. Gabe (who has been our tech since we started using them) has always shown up on time, he texts before he arrives, he communicates well and has found issues that even our property management company missed. He's also just an extremely pleasant person. Every experience is always wonderful and makes it very easy for me to say no to all the other pest control companies that knock on our door. I can't recommend Insectek enough! read more

Fantastic experience! From same-day response to my inquiry, to a seamless intake call, to full-treatment only two days later, I was thrilled. Our technician was incredibly professional and efficient in determining the cause of our issue and what to do about it. Highly recommend!!! read more

I'm new to Arizona and the unique pests, that come with living here. That being said, we kept hearing a rustling in the wall of one of our bedrooms. Sounded like a rodent, making a nest or chewing a wire. It didn't help with my peace of mind that the previous owners left us an Orkin rodent box, strategically placed in the backyard. I had already, called Orkin out and they had confirmed the former owner had placed a call in the fall for rodents. But nothing was found, and the noise was still ever present. I called someone else to schedule a whole house seal. He will be sealing my house next week. We asked for a pest recommendation because he only seals and does not do pests, and he recommended Insectek. We called after I saw 421 5 star reviews. I now know why. They sent Jeremie to our home. Jeremie is amazing. He's new to the company, but not to the industry. He found cracks in the stucco, that a rodent could potentially get in, that I never noticed. He noticed in the room where we heard the sound, that someone had opened the wall in the past. We surmised because they heard the same noise. We never noticed the drywall looking different until bam, it slapped us in the face with his pointing it out. Anyhow, Jeremie went above and beyond. I don't even care that we spent the money we had spent to find rodents. Because I now have peace of mind that there are no rodents. The cause of our mystery noise? The cable box, outside. It was loose, exposed, and had loose wires and apparently when the wind blows it sounds like a rodent. Lol! If I have ANY pest problems in the future, I will only be calling Insectek. read more

I've been through a couple pest companies and Insektec is the best. Kevin is always on time and works really hard for the 30 min he is there. I live in a desert area known for scorpions and used to find them inside alive once every two or three months. For the nearly two years I've had Insectek I've only seen two scorpions, and both of them were outside and dead, so you know whatever they are doing is working! I have not seen any inside and feel safe enough to walk around at night barefoot. Thank you Kevin and Insektek! read more
