I've been through a couple pest companies and Insektec is the best. Kevin is always on time and works really hard for the 30 min he is there. I live in a desert area known for scorpions and used to find them inside alive once every two or three months. For the nearly two years I've had Insectek I've only seen two scorpions, and both of them were outside and dead, so you know whatever they are doing is working! I have not seen any inside and feel safe enough to walk around at night barefoot. Thank you Kevin and Insektek! read more

This is a long overdue review for all things Insectek! I have been using Insectek for pest and the dreaded scorpion control for 4 glorious years, at 2 different properties. I've had the absolute pleasure of having Enrique as my technician from day 1! He is such an asset to this company, as he is both English and Spanish speaking, and the most caring and professional tech. (I am honestly surprised that he hasn't been promoted to management yet!) He has always addressed and tackled our scorpion issues, always listens to my concerns and it doesn't hurt that he has a great sense of humor too! I'll never go with another pest company! The girls in the office are professional and pleasant as well. Scheduling is always easy and they are eager to work with any time constraints you may have. Thanks Insectek-keep up the good work! read more

Love the service! The only thing I think could be changed would be to give more than 24 hr notice about your service.

I've been been Insectek for over a year, and it's the best in town. Everyone on the team is so knowledgeable, especially Nick and Sean. They're respectful of your space and time, and the staff are always understanding if you need to reschedule. I'm on the monthly plan, and it's so worth it. read more

Great reliable service. Always communicate when they are 20-30 minutes away. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous technicians.

We were concerned that we had termites and we called Insectek. They responded in less than an hour. Eventhough it wasnt an emergency, they set up a time to come take a look at the problem the same day. It turns out that it wasnt termites or any type of wood eating insect. They did a free inspection. They also recommended a product (Cyzmic-CS) which kills insects which is kid and pet safe. We did not know about the product but it gets very good reviews. They also gave us information about the differences in treating a basement home vs a non-basement home. We will definitely call them back if we have other issues in the future. I see why these guys have all the positive reviews. read more

great job. been using them for years. they are thorough. recommend highly. they are efficient and effective.

Insectek has been servicing our home for about 5 years now. I cannot rave enough about this company, not only are they great with customer service, their techs always give me (a very busy mom) a good 20-30 minutes window as to when they are arriving and it is always right on time or close to the estimated time that is given. The techs have always been so kind, asking questions, they are professional and wear booties inside the house. They always finish with a courteous "anything else we can do for you today". It is really hard to find a company that really does a great job, is on time, and professional. I find that they are few and far between and we have never had a better company servicing our home. Also, no major pests have visited this home in years, which is a plus!! read more

Great experience. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! I will definitely be keeping my subscription to your services.

Living in an older, established neighborhood, I never worry about pests. But, never say never. Last week, I was taking my garbage bins out to the street when I noticed that my driveway was infested with large black ants! Not a few, but several hundred! I had never heard of harvester ants before, but they are ugly! I saw that they were making nests in a corner of my neighbor's yard that abuts my lot (he's got a lot of junk), and coming over to my yard to pick up nesting material! I fought valiantly with Raid, but these things were voracious! I called Insectek based on previous Yelp reviews. I wanted somebody who would get to me quick and solve the problem. They did! Bryce worked me into the schedule and had a technician out quickly. The tech was very thorough and it looks like the problem is gone. I wasn't thrilled with being told that I needed to sign up for their 365 Pest Prevention Program, or with having to give them a credit card for a $40 per month fee, BUT in hindsight, I saved $50 on my initial service, and get 4-6 visits for the year. If the ants come back, so will Insectek. If you don't have a big bug problem, I suggest cost comparing them with a few other companies, and see what you think. However, peace of mind is important, and knowing that these guys solved my problem quickly and that they have my back for a year is the kind of peace of mind I'm willing to pay for. Give Insectek a call. They are professional, courteous, and fast! read more

Great customer service! I feel safer from these crazy pests in Arizona knowing I have Insectek by my side. The few times I called the service they are always quick and friendly. They are always on time for their appointments and they work with our schedule. I like that I have the same guy come and spray my home every time and they are polite and respectful of my property. My husband and I were recently concerned of bees building a hive in the wall outside. We came to find out Insectek doesn't handle bees but they referred someone who was able to give us information over the phone and save us money. I definitely recommend this company. read more

I rarely write reviews but I'm so happy with Insectek that I have to share. I'm absolutely paralyzed when I see a scorpion and I had used another company for years but was still seeing them inside. I switched to Insectek and seriously have not seen one! They are so thorough when they spray, right down to the yard walls and driveway. They have been a summer life saver for me. My pest control treatment and termite inspection was on Friday, 3 Jun 2023. The technician, Matt Calabro arrived on time, wore protective floor coverings and explained the process for indoor/outdoor spraying and the termite inspection. Matt was professional, courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. He thoroughly explained the procedure for the termite spraying, provided a diagram, and I will contact him for my termite spraying appointment. I would recommend Insectek Pest Solutions, as their rate is extremely reasonable, and this includes pest control spraying every other month. Thanks again, Matt. read more

So far, I am only on my first month with Insectek but I'm very impressed. They came out same day and only one week after service I've found dead black widows and scorpions around the exterior of my property. I am always thankful for a responsive and attentive business! read more

They don't put any sales pressure. The service is always thorough and trusty. I always have enough chance to talk to the service person.

I have been a customer of Insectek for almost two years. They did a very thorough job on their fist visit and they come every month, and in-between! They are responsive when you call, email or text. I had issues with ants in my backyard and Insectek was able to get rid of them! Their technicians are very kind, knowledgeable, and concerned which I appreciate very much. And the cost for their service is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Insectek! read more

Ethan provided a solution for a problem area near my front door that had been an issue. He quickly identified what the problem was and how to correct it. He carefully inspected the entire perimeter of the home and generously applied product. Being from Chicago, I am probably more freaked out by the bugs in AZ than most customers and I appreciate how thorough and knowledgeable he is. Thanks for the great service! read more

They could not help me with my termite issue. I had to ci that other companies to do the job

I have been a customer for five years, so can see there is a problem. We have not had termites in the 5 years since our treatment, but now they are trying to sell us bait stations. I had to request a quote twice and when the quote came, it was seriously lacking, showing 5 bait stations for our home's exterior. They said there was only a 2 year warranty and for that we had to pay a yearly fee. Spoke to a manager about quote, but he never requoted with proper number of stations, like he promised. Sometimes they don't even answer their phone. Beware. read more

Nicholas came by today and was awesome! He really seemed to love what he does which provided a comfort I needed after finding scorpions and cockroaches in our new yard! Look forward to their regular visits. read more

We have only had this service for a couple of months, but so far they have been very responsive when we have problems. I will see if the ant problem goes away. We have had some "live ones" inside and outside, so we will see over time if it is worth the money. No extra charge if we have had issues and they need to come back out. In their defense, we prefer not to have anyone inside our house so we have they dose the exterior very good. Lots of dead grasshoppers AND just as many live ones, which is bad. Keep them away please. read more

Termites! After interviewing 4 companies, insectek provides the most extensive and safest termite treatment. Pricing is also comparable two other companies. James came out to do the inspection and when I decided on insectek James also did the treatment. The treatment was a combination of trenching where are the active termites were outside at the entry point, dusting in the ceiling where the current activity was inside, and putting bait stations around the perimeter of my home. James also put bait stations around the wooden shed. Insectek is the only company that included my shed. There was one company that gave me a quote on the phone without looking at my property. They used basic information from the County website. The County website does not give correct detail that is needed to do a proper termite treatment. Never trust a company that gives you a price over the phone without looking at your property. This company, the 4th, was the most expensive and gave a 10 year warranty. Termite chemical doesn't last 10 years. I'm not going to play Russian Roulette with my home or anything else! Bait stations are effective and safest for mother earth! read more

Excellent service from Eric and Insectek both for the no pressure estimate and the actual termite treatment. I chose Insectek because Eric was so knowledgeable and friendly. He puts forward a good impression of the company. Their prices were reasonable. I have no complaints and would use Insectek again in the future. read more

After doing research on Yelp, I learned that Insectek Pest Solutions would be the best company for me. My rep, Bryce, was outstanding! He walked me through the entire startup process and two days later, there was my technician at my door at the stated ETA. They sprayed my property and the next day, I had the use a leaf blower to remove all of the dead insects. Truly impressed!!! Thank you read more
