I had a really positive experience working with Ryan and Chris who came out to my house to do a termite treatment. They showed up on time and were friendly, helpful and professional and answered all my questions. Would absolutely work with them again in the future. read more

Logan serviced our home today.. he was professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything and my little dog and I didn't even have to leave the house! They are the best pest control company in the area by far! read more

The technicians are nice and punctual. Very flexible schedule. I use them for termite treatment and quarterly sprays and I haven't seen a bug since I signed up. read more

Great service, Max was on time and very professional ! Orange Pest Control is highly recommended !

Did a great job to eliminate termites. Thorough. Very reasonable price with warranty and transferable. Could not be happier with them. We got a couple quotes and they were the best for us. read more

Reliable quick and responsive. Have used them for over 3 years now and will continue until I see any issues.

Always a good experience with Orange Pest Control. Day one of covid quarantine I found a scorpion in my bedroom. We lived in that house 11 years and never saw one there before then. When the world shut down, they came out the same day! How awesome was that? Peace of mind since I was working from home. We were in the process of selling our home a few months later and the buyer made us jump through so many hoops. They demanded a termite inspection and warranty a week before closing and Orange agreed to rush and get us in before closing. We continued regular service at our new house since we had a bunch of crickets and lizards. Haven't seen a cricket since. They got rid of the ants in my fake grass too. We noticed a termite tube on a wall, and because the previous owners had a month left on a transferrable termite warranty with a bargain exterminator, we gave them a call. The guy they sent was sloppy, foul-mouthed and unprofessional. They tried to pressure me into renewing a termite service contract, and wouldn't provide a copy of the contract! We let that contract expire. A month later, more termite tubes popped up all over the house. I called and Tyler came out the same day. He thoroughly inspected the house, inside and out, and gave me a quote in writing! We're scheduled for treatment in a few days. I appreciate Orange Pest Control's prompt attention to my issues. They always look professional, they're always polite, and are clear and upfront about their prices. Highly recommend. read more

All their techs are courteous and very professional! Great service and warranty. Highly recommend them.

Scorpion service was 6/22, today is 7/15. Not even a month of service and there's scorpion again. Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the technicians were actually friendly. Got a call from Tyler to fix the issue Friday 7/17. Updating my review 3 stars to 5 stars. Thank you for taking care of my issue and taking care of all your customers. Highly recommend this great company! read more

This is our go-to pest control company now! Shaun solved our big ant problem and was so kind and answered all our questions before starting the job. You could tell he was very thorough and knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for anything more. If we have another pest issue, I am definitely calling these guys again! read more

You know how people say things like "I miss the good old days when companies had personal service and really cared about people"? Orange Pest Control is one of those companies that makes you realize good businesses and good service are still alive and well. Tyler and his crew are very nice, courteous, and informative guys, all class, all professional. They show up in a nice van, in nice clothes, and you can tell right away they know what to look for, how to diagnose, and what would be best to use. These guys are old school efficient, like something out of the 50's you know? The local helpful service that comes by and takes care of you and you don't have any BS or headaches to deal with. I dig that a lot. In my experience, the previous homeowners used a very cheap and sub-standard termite treatment and the nasty creeps started showing up early, so it was time to kill em all and do the job right this time! I called a few places for info, but Orange Pest had the best service, the fastest responses, and the best attitude I've seen. They were quick to respond to my emails, quick to schedule an inspection, and quick to come back and treat everything. I never once got a slimy shady sales routine, it was all service and treating my issue, bang, boom, done. They also charge fair, good rates, I was pleased with their pricing, I have seen some pretty shady companies ask a lot more for substandard work. You can trust their work. Overall solid company, when I'm on the phone with customer support for some big tech company or standing in line with some rude 16 year old cashier at a grocery store, I get feelings that customer service and respect are dead, but then I encounter good companies like Orange Pest and I think otherwise! Hire them for your bug needs, you won't regret it. read more

So.... the only reason I'm giving four stars is because they do not remove bees and transplant them, they just kill them. Heads up to those looking for bee removal. It's my fault because when I called I didn't think it ask. I typed bee removal into yelp and they came up so I just assumed... and now I feel absolutely terrible. Totally my own fault. Otherwise, they were wonderful to work with and very timely. They were able to fit me in same day everyone I spoke with was happy and friendly. I would definitely use them again for insect control but I would not use them for bees. Poor bees. read more

Got a few quotes for termite treatment recently. Orange offered the best value and weed the most professional. No signs of termites, and they are now doing our regular pest control periodically. Recommended. read more

True to other reviews I've read, Tyler was easy to talk to and explained things well. I'm guessing this is a company focus because Chandler, the guy who was sent to spray, was no different. He spent time explaining what he was doing, what to look for, and what to expect. And he happily answered all my questions in detail during the whole process and was really easy to talk to. Who knows if the product is better or worse than anything else used by other companies; I assume we'll get the expected result. But when it comes to customer service, I think these guys are doing it right. read more

We've been using Orange Pest Control for 3 years now and I can say I've always been happy with their level of service. When we moved in there was a lot of scorpion activity and they knocked that out pretty quickly, and it's stayed that way. With the recent resurgence of mosquito activity due to the monsoons, they took extra steps to spray bushes where mosquitoes hide to help alleviate that activity, and Ron took the time to discuss other options we could employ (bug zappers, etc.). It's nice to find a provider (of any sort) that you can stick with and stay happy with, since there are a lot of companies that start out strong with good customer service but then forget about you as time goes by. We'd highly recommend them if you're looking for pest control. read more

Alec was great! He arrived on time and took his time to answer all my questions and he was very knowledgeable. Awesome job!

Great customer service! I noticed a bunch of bees around my back patio on Thurday morning. Called Orange Pest Control and spoke to Customer Service Rep Courtney right away. She scheduled the service for today between 1 and 3. Tech (Max) arrived at exactly one. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Completed the service and went the extra mile to make sure job was complete and made sure I understood what happened and gave me some follow up tips. Highly recommend this company!! read more

I have used Orange Pest Control for my termite treatment and termite warranty for several years now. After leaving one of the larger name brand companies, I am beyond pleased with the service from Orange. Everything from renewing my warranty to the technicians that service my home. People make the company and this place is all about customer service. I just had a termite treatment today and my technician was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained everything before he proceeded and was tidy in his work. I've noticed that customer service has taken a slide since Covid, but NOT at Orange Pest Control. I highly recommend! read more

I contacted Orange Pest Control because I couldn't remember who I had my warranty with before and lost my docs, which was still good and when I spoke to Tyler on the phone he looked up my address and found the company that carried my warranty. I was so happy because it expires this month. Tyler could have easily booked me for an inspection, but he was honest and provided me the company I went through prior. My next service will definitely be with Orange Pest Control! I loved that you saved me money and went out if your way to help me. Thank you and God bless you! read more

As always orange pest control goes above and beyond! We noticed a couple scorpions outside and I called the same day and they were able to accommodate me with same day service! Jayme the representative on the phone is always so helpful and super friendly! Our technician Trace provided excellent service! Thank you Orange pest control for your amazing service! read more

Max was fantastic! Very professional, personable, knowledgeable and thorough! Could not ask for a better technician! So glad we switched to Orange! Thank you Max!! read more

I have to admit I was a little skeptical. Every pest control company has the same line. Our formula kills anything in it's tracks, including scorpions. I had a major issue at my house with scorpions inside and out. I had multiple other companies come out and try to spray for scorpions and we consistently saw more and more. I saw orange pest control on yelp so I thought I'd give him a shout. They came out sprayed a few times and I have not seen one scorpion after two treatments, I'm a firm believer in their product I highly recommend. read more

I messaged Orange Pest Control this morning about a bee problem, and Tyler messaged back in less than 10 minutes with a quote. They were able to send someone out to complete the job within two hours. Thank you for all your help with getting rid of the scary bees! I highly recommend Orange Pest Control due to their professionalism, prompt responses and quick turnaround time! read more

We had them come out and spray over the summer of 2020 and they did a great job. We had them complete a one time spraying and could tell the difference right away. read more

What a great experience! Stephen was thorough, on time, and friendly. He explained everything to us and handled our ant problem with ease. The Orange team also helped us with a termite situation earlier this year. Similar, professional, personal service. We will only use Orange for all of our pest control needs. read more

I got to spend some time with Tyler today. We have termites and scorpions in a new house we bought. This company has been 5 stars from the start and when the owner cares enough to be involved you know you have a company that cares. I already knew general pricing and I felt like their prices are very fair. When you pay for the cheapest expect cheap work. The price to value ratio is 5 stars!!! Call them!!! You won't be disappointed. read more

Very impressed with these guys, first off the young lady I spoke with when called was extremely helpful checked with a tech and was able to schedule me the same day. The service tech Chandler was professional proficient and did a great job of getting rid of our bee problem. Also they were really reasonably priced and thorough with explanation of removal process and future prevention measures. Many of the other vendors I called were not helpful and just extremely over priced, for now on I will be only calling and referring Orange as my pest control vendor. read more

We have high confidence in Trevor and his work is thorough and conscientious. We've been successful in controlling crickets and ants.

Orange was able to come out and treat my home in the same day I requested a quote. The prices are competitive and the technician Calvin was professional and so cool. Thank you guys! read more

Great job- easy to communicate with - quick and responsive- reasonably priced -I would definitely cuss them again

Shaun was super nice and professional. He explained everything in detail and listened to my concerns. It's been a great experience so far, and I would definitely recommend calling. read more

I was having a problem with bees swarming around my house. An internet search led me to Orange Pest Control. I called for an appointment and was surprised to actually be able to speak to a live person to set the appointment, and was actually able to make one for the following day. The technician Justin showed up right on time and explained what he was going to do to solve the problem. It didn't take him very long to diagnose what needed to be done. He explained that the material he used should take care of the bee problem but if they returned to call back and he would come back out for another treatment. That hasn't been necessary. Thanks to Justin and Orange Pest Control I am now "beeless". read more

I noticed a lot of termite activity at my parents' place. One of the owners, Tyler, came out to my parents' house to do an inspection. Tyler was thorough, informative, and provided a fair estimate. Tyler even followed up to make sure my dad (the skeptic) didn't have any additional questions. I scheduled the appointment, Shaun came on time and took care of everything. He was awesome, and really made my mom feel comfortable and addressed all her questions. Overall, everyone at orange pest control was super professional, my parents are no longer skeptics and will be recommending Orange to everyone they know! read more

The technicians are trustworthy and pleasant. I request that no spider webs are touched and they follow this directive.
