Great customer service. Explained everything and told me what they did inside ans out. Came out quickly following my new move and scorpion showing up unannounced in my garage. read more

A family of cockroaches were attempting to live in my house without paying rent, and thanks to Max, I am once again without any unwanted roommates of the insect kind. Max was very nice and very knowledgeable, now that the cockroach problem is handled, I just need to worry about my divorce, blood pressure, and gaining custody of my kids back. read more

I recently stopped using another Pest control service because they made me call them and chase them for any changes I needed and they were always late for my service causing inconvenience often. I turned to Yelp for a few quotes. Orange did everything through the app and didn't force me to call them for a quote or sales pitch. The technician has been within the time window given for service each time and has done little extras which is much appreciated. And they are a little less expensive than the old place too. read more

Very pleased with Orange Pest Control. From start to my first service, everything has been great! I called on Thursday last week and when I called I had spoken with Tyler. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and was able to get me set up with an appointment as soon as Tuesday the next week. I received an email and phone confirmation the day before. Today was my first treatment and I had Kacy come treat my house. He was very polite and friendly and explained everywhere he would be spraying and went over what the spray will treat. Kacy did a great job and covered everywhere. From the first phone call to this first service I'm very pleased! I highly recommend Orange Pest Control for all your pest problems. read more

Excellent response time when trying to receive a quote, communication details of our property and scheduling. We have issues with spiders since we moved in and more than likely scorpions when summer comes around due to our house being a new build. I wanted to get ahead of the issue. So I figured getting the treatment done now; I wouldn't have to see a single scorpion?! Our technician arrived on time and was extremely courteous and patient. read more

We've been using Orange Pest Control since we've moved into our new house 4 months ago and haven't seen a bug inside the house since. Ronald has been our tech and is great! Great service! I called the day before and quickly received a quote that day with service scheduled for the next. The receptionist was great and helped me find a time that worked with my schedule. My technician, Karsten, was awesome too- very polite and professional. He did a great job explaining everything to me and took his time listening to my concerns. He was very thorough with his service and even helped me remove a couple spider webs! I will definitely be using Orange Pest Control again for service and requesting Karsten! read more

Tyler did an amazing job he took his time and made sure he got everything thank you once again for another great job

My honest experience. By seeing the fantastic reviews I wanted to give orange pest control a try. I'm currently in a treatment plan with them and they are okay. The techs are super nice but I don't feel like they go "above and beyond" to do the spray down. I've had to double check to make sure they get into spaces that I've noticed scorpions, and they have to go and spray again because they "forgot". Don't get me wrong, the techs are super nice guys, I just hate that I have to keep asking them to either move some things around to get into spaces where it should be more paid attention to. The spray down in itself, I feel, are more concentrated on common household pests. I've told them we have bark scorpions, and they climb, but they just said it's ok this will get them. I'm like okay.... I'm not sure if I'm going to continue my service or just pay the fee and find someone else. read more

Orange Pest Control has been great. They come every other month, $70 per visit. We switched to them from KY-KO for two main reasons: 1. When we had a major box elder bug issue on a Saturday, KY-KO was not available, but Orange came right out and took care of it. 2. If needed, their spray is safe for indoors, so for example if you have a scorpion in your kitchen, let them know and they'll spray inside too. They seem very modern with their communication and payment methods too. Everything is easy. They follow up with an email that explains who was at your house and what they did that day (specifically), automatically charge my card and email me a receipt, they email me in advance of an appointment to tell me what day/time they will be by, and lastly, the technicians have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe best of all, we have had zero pests since they started. All in all, above and beyond what I've come to expect in service. read more

I had been reluctant to get an exterminator for scorpions but last summer they were getting out of hand. One week we spotted 6. That was my limit. They. Some promptly and treated the house in and out and came the following month to do a follow up. Since the. They come every two months and only spray outside. I have been with them a year. They bill automatically and come on time every 2 months. They send me a text. The system works and the service is great. Best of all, no more Scorpions. read more

This is an outstanding company! They've been providing pest control for us for three years now. Before they started, I was spraying for scorpions. Tons of scorpions before I started spraying; fewer after I started spraying; I haven't seen a single scorpion in the house or in the yard in the three years they've been spraying. Can't ask for more than that. Very reliable and service-oriented! Thanks! read more

Being a new homeowner, I was nervous about finding pests in my home. I had lived in apartments previously before purchasing and have only lived in Arizona for four years. Large nasty bugs were not common and I never saw a roach until I moved here. Needless to say, Orange Pest Control was kind, quick, and communicated easily so that I knew when they were coming. We haven't had any issues with bugs since! Thank you so much Orange Pest Control for the state of mind that I'm able to have daily. read more

The entire experience with Orange Pest Control has been very positive. Tyler K and Shaun were very professional, friendly and informative. All our questions were answered. They were here when they said they would be and did not disrupt our household one bit. I did my research regarding the product they use for termites and compared to other products from other companies. Tyler left me a brochure which contained additional information regarding the chemicals to be used on my home. I highly recommend them. read more

I called them at 12 PM and they answered the phone and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They actually have the availability and like everybody else in the East Valley that works with my schedule. They asked if I had pets and was concerned about the plant life and the pest control. Which no one ever asked about they are by far the best. I had originally scheduled with A competitor in the area and I was not happy with their service. Tyler and his partner and team are awesome! The first time I called them they came out that day to help me with my scorpions, now that is service! The techs are great addressing any concerns. Recently they came out and hunted scorpions which put my mind at ease. I've been working with orange pest control for about six months. Tyler from the office is awesome and has answered all my questions and concerns. I just moved here from California so did not know so many things about bug control but he has educated me and has been absolutely amazing. It's so hard to find great customer service now a days. The product used to treat works very good as well and is pet and kid friendly! All the techs who have helped us have been awesome! Andrew was our tech today and did a great job.
