Used them twice for pest issues. They are were able to resolve everything after a few sprays/visit the first time. The second time was a different pest issue. I found T2 Pest Services on Thumbtack (which I have now learned is not great for local businesses as they charge way too much to the business owners!). Chad called right away to address my Wasp/Hornet nest. He came out the same day and took care of my issue! I felt very comfortable! No sales pitch to sign a contract, but offered a plan (if I want, that I could cancel anytime). Still considering the plan but happy the Wasps are gone! read more

Today was our first time working with T2 and WOW are we impressed! I've worked with several other pest control companies in the past and they were ok but Justin from T2, who came to spray today, was very knowledgeable in both explaining the process and detailing the chemicals he'd use on this visit and future visits, as well as giving insightful tips that made us feel better about the pest issue we're having. Yesterday I called a National Pest Control company and spent over 20 minutes on hold before talking with someone, just to be told I'd get a call back from their 'local office'. I'm still waiting for the call. A few hours after that call, I called T2 and the call was immediately answered and they scheduled me within five minutes. Amazing! Great customer service! I was so freaked out when I found termite tracks in one of the bedrooms. We reached out via their website on a Sunday night and received a text less than an hour later! They were out Monday morning and termites were eliminated! They have a great warranty and the fee was reasonable for the work they had to put in. Like others in the past I had a bad taste in my mouth for worst control companies but I knew I needed a service. What I liked the most is that they do not hold you to a yearly contract agreement. Everything is based on the service that is provided at the time of the service!! They are super responsive when I text, email, or call and they have no problem coming out if services need to be done twice. They really stand by their work. Horrible infestation of springtails in my bathtub (literally a hundred every day) and Spencer from T2 came back THREE times until they were gone at no extra charge. In total it was only $42 to completely eradicate the bug problem, and all 5 other companies I looked up wanted over $200 and they had at least a year long contract. No contract with T2! After over 17 years in my home, I have had my first experience with ants. These little buggers have invaded my kitchen through my Arizona room. I have not been able to find their mound outside my home, so I finally reached out to experts in an effort to have my kitchen back. I am impressed with the service received by Jacob R. at T2 Pest Control. Not only was he on time for our appointment, but he also took time to examine my specific situation in looking for the ant trails both inside and out of my property. He courteously listened to my concerns about the safety of my son and used a product to eradicate ants that was safe to use around my son and pets. Jacob also educated me on ant behavior and gave me an idea of what to expect. I recognize that ants are difficult to treat and don't expect them to immediately disappear. Thankfully, the ant sightings have drastically diminished. He has given additional comfort that I am not alone in the fight against these ants with the assurance that he will come and treat my property again if needed. Hopefully, there won't be a need! We bought a house that was vacant for more than a year. It had some evidence of a roof rat problem. We had a few weeks after we closed until we moved in, so we started pest control immediately. T2 caught or trapped all of the rats within a month or so. We kept T3 for monthly service and haven't seen any signs of rats since. We also use them for regular spraying for bugs. It's pretty affordable - especially in an open desert setting. read more

I have had mediocre pest service in the past and have gone years without. I called T2 on a personal recommendation from another pest control service that does not do my area but whom I trust. The initial phone consultation went very well and I was very optimistic. Terrell called to say he could come early and if that was alright. I had a tick problem and scheduled every two weeks and then three and now we are doing maintenance. Every time T2 is prompt and on time. He knows my schedule and is very respectful of that. We've been using T2 for about 21/2 years now. They started out great but the service has been lousy lately. They are good about rescheduling but then they don't show up. I occasionally get a call from the tech asking if he can come earlier or later but I can't always check my phone right away and so I assume (incorrectly) that the tech will be at my house at the original time and then he doesn't show. T2 Pest Services was recommended to me by a coworker and they did not disappoint. I had a large beehive in my lemon tree that I needed removed and a technician was able to come out the very next morning to take care of it. He was polite and answered all my bee questions. He sprayed and removed the hive all in about 30 minutes, and all for about a third of what other pest control companies quoted me. He also told me that if the bees come back, they'd come out and take care of it no charge. Definitely top-notch service. read more
