Anyway, Mike is an ok guy but his services were just so-so. I told him a couple of times that we still had bugs coming into my son's bathroom after treatments and he'd come out and spray again but the bugs continued. I also recently noticed that we had a ton of bugs in the dirt next to our garage - and that was just two weeks after his last treatment. Another thing I didn't like was that he would actually charge me for my bi-monthly treatment BEFORE he even called me to schedule it. That was pretty much the last straw. One of the first things I did when I left the company was call and cancel our service with Pest Experts. Our new service is just 2 dollars more per treatment but we're seeing a lot fewer bugs!

He detailed his process, showed me the product he used, and eliminated our wasp problem quickly. He even made recommendations on how we can handle them on our own in the future. Yesterday, I messaged Bug Science and got a reply from Adam in minutes. Within the hour of messaging through Yelp I was put on the schedule for a free inspection and today (2/13/24) Jess came in with a flashlight and all the knowledge. I am grateful for the inspection and solid customer service. I was told the poop looks old. Although birds are able to access the roof so rodents could potentially too, that's a whole different ball game considering I hear them in the walls. Anyway, I highly recommend Bug Science. Wow! These Bugeyes are over the top! We had recently…read moreswitched to using them for our routine maintenance service and even after their 1st visit we noticed such an improvement over our previous pest control svc provider! Not only in the little things, like going around and knocking down cobwebs, checking in trees and hidden areas for signs of pest nests or presence, and taking specific care to note where my dogs were located during the spray of the inside and outside! BUT they must be using a much better spray recipe too because we sure noticed a significant increase in the quantity and variation of the different critters that were "caught" by even just the 1st spray treatment! We never saw that amount previously. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they even immediately noticed that we may have a roof rat problem! I hadn't even noticed anything at this point and I spend a lot of time out in my yard! The Guys were so knowledgeable. They explained several things to us and told us what to watch for... This hands-on-approach is not something we were used to receiving. Sometime later....Sure enough! We did have a roof rat problem!! The Bugeyes came back out, in between our scheduled services, and set up a plan of action to make them go away! I spend a ton of time in my garden with my hands in the dirt, I couldn't have that kind of a fright lurking around; my neighbors wouldn't be able to handle the constant girly frightful screams! So after the multiple different tools/methods were set and ready to start working.....we waited...and believe me....all I did was watch...from safely indoors, of course! Just 2 or 3 days later, the Mouse-Removing Man-of-the-House happened to be out of town when the first (surprisingly HUGE) guy was "caught"! I called Ryan at Bugeyes to tell him about the success! He actually even came by my house to remove the "catch" for me since my man was out of town. That is a crazy level of service!! In 3 weeks time the significant issue we had was resolved. The rats were gone! I am now back in the yard and haven't seen any further sign of them! That was soo fast!
