He jumped in and helped me moved appliances around so he can get in there and get them. He even recommended ways to keep my house roach free. I haven't had an infestation in 10 years!!! Called Scorpion King, spoke with Barb and Eric. Eric was out the next day, sprayed for flies. He told us that before his service was complete, we would see 100's of dead flies on the patio. HE WAS RIGHT!!!! His treatment provided results in 10-minutes after start of application. Of course, it's difficult to control flies when you live in the desert. His treatment allowed us too once again go outside without being dive bombed by flies. Note, they do a lot more than Scorpion and Flies, including ground animal control, bees, and a lot more. I called just to inquire on what happened and they denied any accountability even though I have video evidence . I wasn't expecting the gate to be replaced or anything. I just wanted someone to tell me that the gate was open and broken so that way my dog wasn't running around outside. They were so upset that I asked about it, which was also weird that they canceled my account themselves. I would not trust this company with your property.

But once Aaron started the monthly service I noticed a considerable decline month over month with none making it in the house. I've been using them for almost 2 years. None have been in the house in a year and a half. Rarely do I even see one while actively black-lighting for them at night. Aaron is very friendly and with his experience and knowledge he knows how to focus the treatment based on your needs. I often had to call to find out when my service was scheduled, there was no clear arrival window, and my service frequency changed from monthly to every other month during peak scorpion season without clear notice. When I decided to cancel, I emailed my cancellation request. Green Mango responded asking why I wanted to cancel, but before the cancellation issue was resolved, I discovered I had been billed under a monthly subscription model for a period in which no technician came to my home and no service was performed. Customer service was unwilling to remove the charge or transfer me to someone who could address my concerns, and I was told to wait for an email review. This experience reflected poorly on the company. The lack of communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to promptly address a billing dispute demonstrated a disregard for customers' time and trust. I cannot recommend Green Mango based on how this situation was handled. I will also be following up by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General regarding this matter.

Seville came out for the initial spray and warned me that there may be an increase in scorpions during the initial flush. Not only was there no increase, but I haven't seen a single scorpion since! The best part about Seville's service is that they send me a text message the day before they are coming with a window of time of arrival with a friendly reminder to leave gates unlocked (which is great because I always forget!). I also have a dog and the solution they use has not been harmful to him at all.
