We have been using their services quarterly since September 2011 for preventive pest control. No contract necessary, which we like. We just call when we want them to come out. Recently we discovered some new trails inside a closet and when we looked at the original report, we realized the garage wasn't treated so now the activity is on the other side of indoor the garage wall. Looks like we now have to start all over with a complete treatment. The front of the house did not have the holes drilled into the cement (just into the soft joints) like they did the back patio. Since this is near where the activity is, I'm wondering if that's what caused the issue to return. The people were definitely pleasant to work with; I just didn't realize we would need to start over with such an expensive process so soon after the first treatment.

As a realtor, I truly appreciate his communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. But from a daughter's perspective, what stood out most was how respectfully he communicated with my parents. He took the time to answer their questions openly and thoroughly, never once making them feel as though they were asking too many questions or that their questions were dumb. That level of patience and respect means so much. When it came time for the scheduled treatment, Cody arrived promptly, right on time, and was courteous, friendly, and professional throughout the process. The scheduling was easy, and communication with the company was excellent from start to finish. I greatly appreciate Cody and the company he represents. It's refreshing to work with someone who combines professionalism with genuine kindness and care. I will absolutely be using this company again and would highly recommend them to others!

One a week in the house for the first six weeks and over a 100 killed during that time on the property black-lighting at night. I was not happy. But once Aaron started the monthly service I noticed a considerable decline month over month with none making it in the house. I've been using them for almost 2 years. None have been in the house in a year and a half. Rarely do I even see one while actively black-lighting for them at night. Aaron is very friendly and with his experience and knowledge he knows how to focus the treatment based on your needs. I've seen the company upgrade their equipment and chemicals so it's nice to see the owner putting back into the business. Overall I'm very happy and have recommended them to others.

I had been a customer of Arizona Best pest control company before it was acquired by Green Mango…read more Since the transition, the service experience declined significantly. I often had to call to find out when my service was scheduled, there was no clear arrival window, and my service frequency changed from monthly to every other month during peak scorpion season without clear notice. When I decided to cancel, I emailed my cancellation request. Green Mango responded asking why I wanted to cancel, but before the cancellation issue was resolved, I discovered I had been billed under a monthly subscription model for a period in which no technician came to my home and no service was performed. Customer service was unwilling to remove the charge or transfer me to someone who could address my concerns, and I was told to wait for an email review. This experience reflected poorly on the company. The lack of communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to promptly address a billing dispute demonstrated a disregard for customers' time and trust. I cannot recommend Green Mango based on how this situation was handled. I will also be following up by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General regarding this matter.
