Bucksworth has been performing insect spray for 5 years. They do an outstanding job managing insects and pests around my house. They spray any ant hills they locate by my house Grant was the technician who performed the services today. He did an outstanding job and answered the few questions I had. My service was cancelled longer than 6 mos ago. Due to a poor accounting system. and a poor communication system. Mostly. Mr Moore, could Bucksworth not send out a service tech due to being scheduled without my permission, who should have been discontinued and have the accounting system definately not bill me for this non-service. Absolutely horrendous customer service from owner. When they failed to bring sticky traps for my garage, I had the service tech get the office/owner on the phone...I told him we're paying for an incomplete service. He rudely said they simply ran out. I told him why are you sending the tech our without the traps knowing we require them. I wasn't happy. He immediately raised his voice and told me to F... off and that I was a loser and that he was canceling my service immediately. He was totally unhinged and unprofessional!!! You cannot directly call their office. It only goes to voice mail. When I spoke to him he was at his home. I can hear dishes clanging in the background. These guys are amateurs. DO NOT engage with this company. Use another pest control company!!! read more

Do not sign up for this company. I have been using them for over a year and a half and they were great. They recently changed their scheduling and I believe it's a 3rd party now. They do not answer the phones when you call. When you text the phone number listed it's an automated response and takes a long time for them to reply. They had been good, so I was willing to give it a shot to work through it, but they struck out today when I scheduled an appointment for a spray a month in advance, which they confirmed via email and text the day before. Today comes around and then t they tell me they won't be out until tomorrow after I arranged my whole schedule to meet with them. I will be looking for another pest control company and I recommend you do the same. I never write yelp reviews, but the scheduling system was so bad that I thought it may help someone avoid the same issues I had. read more

We have used their weed and pest service for years, and unfortunately, it has become a nightmare. Just this month, they overcharged myself and numerous neighbors. (including neighbors that had canceled service with them in 2022.) They don't erase your payment information after you've canceled, and they didn't notify anyone about the situation. Another issue is that there is no way to contact Bucksworth. Trying to contact someone in the company has been horrendous as they have hired a third-party company overseas to schedule tech visits. They have rescheduled my visit three times this month because the technician never arrived. I went with this company because I love to support a local family business, but their customer service and business ethnics have changed. Bucksworth is trash, and we will be canceling after being a loyal customer. read more

Avoid this company. They came out three months in a row and then just stopped but continuing billing. Called to cancel and they said they have a signed contract for a year and will not cancel without charging us full price. Claim they only come out quarterly now which comes out to over $100 a visit for just the outside perimeter. We're overrun with spiders so not only are they overpriced, their service is not even effective. read more

I met this company through a home show I attended about two years ago , service first year was great , this year not so much , I've had an ongoing weed problem which was being spot treated instead of spraying the whole yard , they have been out 3 times this year for that and then right after they supposedly sprayed for bugs I saw a bug in my house , I'm usually at work when they spray, but cameras show them and the amount of time they spent at my house , I like many others reviewing here haven't once spoke to an actual human because they don't answer the phone and then you get a text response , last week a guy called stating he was the owner and instead of providing conflict resolution he thought he would be condescending and talk down to me telling me "I'm a rude person and that I shouldn't take out my bad day in him" he then went on to rave about his 5 star business and his 5 star employees that work for him instead of addressing the real problem , he agreed to send someone out to "respray" my entire yard like he was doing me a favor , only for my cameras to catch his employee spending a total of 10 minutes at my house to "respray" my entire yard today I called to cancel service and again was met with a answering machine with no call back to confirm they actually got the message , I have contacted my bank about this and if I'm billed their outrageous monthly fee after canceling service I will be following suit as some of these other past customers, my advice is never sign up with a company who wants to take automatic payments because I may have to shut down my entire debit card to avoid further charges for a service NOT being provided 900 dollars a year is alot of money to pay when your out in your own yard pulling weeds they were supposed to take care of ... total ripoff and the guy that called me the other day could use a lesson in customer service , I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone especially when you can't even get ahold of an actual person.... Caveat Emptor! We signed a pest control agreement in 2022 after hearing the door-to-door sales pitch emphasizing Bucksworth was "family owned" and "veteran friendly". Reality was much different. The last time Bucksworth did pest control service at our home was 1 November 2023. The 23 January 2024 service was cancelled by Bucksworth due to technician illness. Bucksworth was a "no show" for the 9 February 2024 service. No effort to contact us all day as we waited nine (9) hours. After the no-show, Bucksworth agreed to cancel our "membership" in a text message on 9 February 2024. Bucksworth still charged us $41.40 in March, or $124.20 for January-March and never provided any pest service. Bucksworth ignored our multiple messages concerning the $41.40 March 2024 charged and ignored a complaint filed with the Arizona Better Business Bureau (BBB). A complaint filed with the Arizona Attorney General is pending. Who operates a business where you ignore your customers? Buyer Beware! read more

Cancelled my service be caused I moved to an apartment they still billing me for serviced not preformed. I moved out in June. Wanted me to pay for June a $50 bill which'd I was willing to pay they took out $150 instead of the $50 called the office and was told that it costed them $90 to send a service guy out. I am sure that when they send people out, they have more than my house to service in the area. Which would be the best way to use their people. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY read more

DO NOT HIRE!! Customer service is horrible! Customer service rep is extremely combative and argumentive. Takes no responsibility for their mistakes. We hired them after moving into our new house. We ran into an issue where it rained on the service date, so the service tech would not spray the outside of our home. After a week of no rain and no word from them about coming out to finish the job I called to figure out when they would be coming. Again got greeted with attitude and a "Not my problem approach" from customer service. They scheduled me as a Re-spray for two weeks later. so going 3 weeks past the service date. At this point I decided to start reaching out to other companies. I found a company I was satisficed with that offered same price and additional preventive measures for pests. I brought up my contract and called Bucksworth to cancel. Knowing I would be charged a cancelation fee. I was again greeted with attitude and an argument of my new service isn't any better then them, and an up charge of over $100 of my cancelation fee. When i mentioned to the rep that was not what was in my contract he again went on the defense and said he also had my contract and that was the cancelation fee in the contract. (It was not what was in the contract i had signed) Again just making my decision to cancel even stronger. I will never consider this company again. read more
