Varsity Pest Control is absolutely awesome!!! We've had issues with scorpions and they went above and beyond to search out and help solve the problem. We may still see them but when we do they're on their last leg. Jessica Coia, who is our tech, is amazing and puts the extra effort in to make sure your pest problems are solved! I highly recommend Varsity. read more

Blake showed up on time and went through everything. Very through inspection. Very nice person. Crew showed up the following Friday and went right to work. A very hard working crew and it was a very hot day, but that didn't stop them. Cleaned things up before they left. I would definitely recommend Varsity for any of your bug problems. Varsity Termite & Pest Control did a termite treatment on a home that I was selling, per the Buyer's, specifically required by the buyer. I hadn't used them before, even though I had heard good things...but I was happy with the result. Scheduling was easy, they called ahead that day even, came on time, and did great work. The price was very fair too. read more

I contacted Varsity after reading so many positive reviews. I can continue their list of 5-star reviews after a great experience. Tony came out to inspect my house. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He prepared a detailed diagram with a recommended treatment option. His estimate, including a 5-year inspection warranty, seemed very reasonable. The crew came out as scheduled. They were informative and professional. They were very efficient. I had no reservations about having them inside my home. The service I received from Tony and the team at Varsity was excellent. In a market where products can be so similar, customer service stands out. I highly recommend Varsity Pest Control for their value & great service! read more

Contacted Varsity for a quote--along with several other companies. Varsity hit the mark. They're salesman was thorough, answered every question I had without hesitation. Gave me a price quote, worked with me when it was time to have the job done. Came on time (a little early actually!) Their workers bees work quickly and quietly despite having to drill into cement patios. They scrubbed and cleaned all traces of termite dust (and even a little more!) Washed down and swept out their work areas. I was concerned when I was told that I might see some activity after they left but it would be gone in a day or two---but I haven't seen a thing...anywhere. They were polite, clean. The materials used did not smell or cause me to have to leave my home (I work from home). Five year warranty purchased for the entire home. It's been over six months, still have not seen any additional termite activity. read more

This has to be one of the greatest pest control companies I have Dealt with. Tony came out to our house and was very professional. He explained everything they do. He did a complete inspection on our house inside and out. He quoted us a very reasonable price And even told us about a five year warranty option that would saves us hundreds of dollars. When their tech came out he was just as professional. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after so that you couldn't tell he was even there. I highly recommend them They have a customer for life read more

Tons of pest and termite control companies out there to choose from but customer service wins the battle with this company. From the initial consultation to the follow-up and service, this team WINS! Full termite control with 5-year warranty purchased for my home in North Scottsdale. Company delivered what they promised, was a pleasure to work with and they let me have input on how to attack the very sensitive drilling that is required for termite construction.....Must be careful where you drill not to hit underground plumbing and electrical lines and the tech worked with me to review the property schematics. The owner and his son really treated me with respect and that goes a long way with me. GREAT COMPANY.....Look no further for termite treatment than Varsity! read more

One of the best termite and pest control companies out there with reasonable prices and friendly employees.

I used this company all last yr and the product they used worked really well. I did have an issue with their new receptionist by the name of Lauren but the owner of the company called me personally to apologize for the issue. He was extremely professional and a very nice person and I truly appreciated the time he took out of his day to speak with me personally about the issue. It showed me he truly cares about his clients and the service he gives to them. Thank you so much Tony for your professionalism and kindness. I also have to say Larry was the technician that was sent out to my home and he was extremely professional and a really nice guy. The company stands behind the service they give to their customers and it's greatly appreciated! read more

If you would have asked me a month ago, even 2 weeks ago, I would have given Varsity 10 stars. The Varsity team up to this point has been nothing but wonderful. They took care of our termite problem and and had an excellent response time when we had recurring infestations. Because of this, we chose to call them when we noticed we had a kangaroo rat problem in our front yard. They responded quickly and efficiently as usual but flash forward to a week later and they still have not put traps down after informing us that they would 24 hrs after the initial inspection. Since last week, we've been calling Everyday, and everyday they tell us tomorrow. I understand that scheduling issues happen and people call on sick, but I expected them to atleast communicate delays with us as opposed to us constantly calling them. Just very dissapointed, especially since they have treated this property since my mother owned it. read more

I live in San Tan Valley. The termite coverage on my home warranty was almost up, so I reviewed companies and invited Varsity out for their free inspection even though I didn't see any signs for termites and spray regularly. Don called ahead of the scheduled time and asked to come early. I agreed and he arrived on time. He was told he was there to do a basic prevention, but handled the free inspection with no up selling. He was professional during the whole inspection, took time to discuss and advise on AZ termites and then hung around briefly to make small talk on our common Midwest roots even though there was no money in it for him during that visit. I was very impressed with Varsity and Don overall. He did explain their treatment plans at the end of my appointment (which seemed very reasonably priced) should I have needs beyond the spraying I already do. Should that need arise, I would definitely call on Varsity. read more

We called several companies to give us estimates for termite extermination and we found Tony and Varsity to be the best. He came out and was very professional, informative, and more knowledgable than the other two. His price was fare and we chose his company over the others because he was so thorough during the inspection/estimate. The workers came out today and I was impressed by their work and professionalism as well. They worked for 4 hours straight in 103 degree heat without a break. They cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell they had been there!!! When they were finished they walked us through and told us everything they did and gave us detailed invoice as to what they did as well. I was very impressed and now I hope I don't have anymore termites. I chose their 5 year warranty plan which was a little bit less than the other companies. Thanks Varsity, I will recommend you to all my friends and neighbors. read more

We have had Varsity Termite and Pest Control treat our house and yard for about a year and a half now and couldn't be happier with the service we receive. Sean, especially, is always on time and does a great thorough job. He is always willing to come back if we should have any problems between treatments. We called Varsity Termite and Pest Control because the previous companies could not get rid of the scorpions we had. But, now we are scorpion free thanks to this great company. read more

Based on a recommendation, I called Varsity Termite and Pest Control to help me with my scorpion issues. I am thoroughly impressed with Varsity and their employee they sent out to my home. Bobby came out today and not only is he professional, he is very knowledgeable in his field! I only scheduled a consultation but I appreciated that he came prepared to start fixing my issues right away and I didn't have to schedule another appointment for him to come back later in the week. More than anything, I appreciated that he and his company were honest with me and did not try to sell me something I don't need based on my terrifying fear of scorpions. Thank you Bobby and Varsity Pest Control!! I highly recommend this company! read more

We were having our master bath remodeled and on the first dat of the project our contractor found that we had termites. Because our remodel was a multi week project with several different crews coming in to do different parts of the work everything was on a timeline and any major delay would create quite a problem. The first pest control company we contacted was a national company which couldn't come our for an inspection for three days. We searched Yelp and found Varsity and contacted them explaining our problem. The owner was able to be at our house the next day and worked with our contractor to treat for termites quickly which prevented any delay in the project. Everyone from Varsity was very professional and the price was very fair. High marks to Varsity for their quick response and understanding our needs... read more
