He told me about a special perimeter service that was $29. They spray from the street to the back fence, and dust the fence line. He was knowledgeable and friendly. read more

Bulwark may not be the cheapest pest control service in the Casa Grande area, but I'm very happy we chose them to handle the bugs that try to get into our home. Axl was great -- professional, and thorough. They use a variety of sprays to get rid of some of the bugs, granular bait to get rid of others, and tried-and-true brushes to get rid of the spider webs. We've been with Bulwark for years, and don't have any plans to find a different pest control service. read more

I asked at least ten plus times to be taken of their list and they would laugh and hang up! Then call me an hour later !! I just wonder if the owner is aware ?? When I called to set up service as a new customer, everything seemed to go smoothly. I spoke to someone named Greg F. and provided my address AND payment information. I even received an email with confirmation of my service request and a form that required permission to service my property. Once I esigned the form, my service date was confirmed. I had to reschedule my service date and spoke to a woman (I didn't write her name down) who confirmed my reschedule request. On the day of my scheduled service, the technician was a no show. I tried accessing my account on the bulwark website but apparently they were experiencing "an outage" (according to the person I spoke to). I called Bulwark and asked about the status of my service request and the THIRD person I spoke to finally decided to tell me that my address was not even in their service area. I was obviously upset. It took THREE customer service reps before someone told me that Bulwark does not even service my area. Not to mention Greg F., the first guy I spoke to, took my address AND my card information. Super sketchy and totally unprofessional. I called Terminix instead and they had someone out to my property same day, no communication issues (and the service tech was awesome). I would NOT recommend Bulwark due to their complete lack of clear communication and customer service. read more

i was a customer for about 10 years trying to solve my termite problem the issue never got resolved they kept telling me that i need to drill inside the house i finally gave them the ok to drill inside the house they came back and cancelled my account and said that they are not able to get rid of my termites and that they cancelling my account obviously they are not good at what they say they are able to do... they lied to me saying they will eliminate the termites i still have termites and they cancelled the account i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone BEWARE OF BULWORK EXTERMINATING THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THIER WORD read more

We are the exact opposite of all the great reviews, no one wants to hear the bad ones. We gave up our regular pest control service with them several years ago due to horrible service and kept them for termite service due to the warranty and expense. We were billed in May and called for inspection, which was scheduled for July 14th, and like in times past, no record of it. We did get a visit but only after I complained and even tried to say I did it with a chat bot when I talked to a human. I was offered a $50.00 credit for next year. read more

So when I have to stop service because of budget reasons, I've had service with them for years. So when they come to do last service they say they do not have all bug spray so have to call to reschedule. So when I call to reschedule they say we have to start service to get the rest of the last service done because our contract is over, and that means starting a new contract so there is the start up fee to finish service that they choose not to finish on last treatment. The reason I had to stop is retiring and new budget, they intentionally did not finish full service on last treatment to force me into new contract startup which is out of my reach in budget. And then they trying to do me a favor if last of Oct was last treatments they still want to charge me $80 to restart service, you just treated me and I'm asking, because of COLA that I can restart back up In Jan 2024, nope no company loyalty to customer. I still stand by Noah C provided great customer service, ashamed that the company that stands behind him stabbed me in the back. Follow-Up - QA has reached out and is trying to clear the air and help me re-establish service at my second location. The end of service needs to be handled better and could save customers. A yelp review should not motivate to save but a end of service liason with customer service in mind instead of a cut and no a dry "peace out" would have been helpful. I still use bulwark at another home in the valley and will always turn to them for service. Follow-up- QA reached and extend a opportunity to help work with my retirement budget and work with us. Jaren is one of the most thorough pest people we have had. I felt like he didn't miss a thing. We have used bull work for more than 25 years. They do our bugs, weeds, and termite. We rarely have issue with bugs or termites, but recently found the biggest scorpion we have ever seen living under our rv. We showed it to Jaren so he knew what he was looking for.
