I recently found termite trails in my garage. I did a review of vendors through Yelp and put my information out for a quote. Bee Logic was one of the first to reply. They were also the first to come out and give a quote. The owner came out himself, we had a good chat and after I had the quote in hand I mentioned that I was going to decide after a couple more quotes. He gave me some advice on what to look for in the other quotes; suck as type of chemicals used and length of guarantee. Good solid advice. The other quotes came in and Bee Logic won the bid. They came out within days as planned. They communicated often and clearly and did the work as expected. Hopefully, we'll never have to call again for termites, but if we have any other issues, they will be the first ones we call. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would... The man that we dealt with came by and I don't really know what they do here at the logic... instead of saying what they could do they told us what we could do and where we could get the supplies they suggested Ace Hardware... we argued for a good 10 minutes on are you actually a part of the logic or is this just stranger danger situation... finally after much argument he said that he could come back with traps the next day and put them up we said OK cool... he never returned. They seemed so friendly in the message but they actually don't do anything... they don't call back and they also don't come back... i'm starting to believe that maybe this company doesn't exist. read more

I contacted Queen B because I had gnats and every home remedy I tried wasn't working. Don came out the same day to take a look and returned the next day to do the job. Although the pesky critters didn't want to go down easy I called Don out again and he returned to finish them off. So glad there gone for good. A wonderful, locally owned family business with fair and honest practices and wonderfully pleasant people to interact with at reasonable, fair cost. After a negative experience with another highly rated (per yelp reviews) bee removal company, I called Bee Logic for a second opinion. I spoke with Angela and immediately felt my level of stress drop dramatically. Angela, the business owner, is knowledgable, honest and very friendly! She was able to ask me several questions and determine our issue. She was then able to quote me a price for the work. Her price was almost $1k less than the other company, literally one half the price, for the exact same job and exact same warranty. And both she and her technician who came out to treat the property were courteous and pleasant. The tech took pictures of the process all along the way which was fascinating for us to review (and also ensured that we felt comfortable with the job we paid for!). In addition, at Angela's recommendation, the tech saved a large piece of honeycomb inside a plastic bag for my kids to study. These little things of going above and beyond made a huge difference. Finally, as we were selling the house and I wanted to ensure the buyers would feel comfortable with the treatment done, I asked Angela if the buyers could contact her if they had any questions. I had bees in two of my rental houses. These guys were very prompt and courteous. They came out the same day and killed the bees. Within the next two days, they opened a roof and a wall to remove the honey and seal it back up. Their prices are quite reasonable for this type of service. I have paid much more in the past. Queen B is AMAZING!!!!! I had a NIGHTMARE experience with another company who charged an obscene amount of money and did not get rid of the bees. Nor would they take my calls or come back out and fix the problem (apparently once they have your money they are done with you). I finally got ahold of them and they agreed to send someone out but he NO SHOWED after I spent all day home from work waiting for him. Then they HUNG UP on me when I called in to complain. 9 days after they sprayed I was still infested with bees....... I ended up calling Queen B. They came SAME DAY, sprayed, REMOVED the hive for me, all for under 200. Which is ¼ the cost the other company wanted. Don who is the owner, is the one who came out. He was on time, professional, he got into my attic (in this heat!) and removed the hive without having to cut thru my house. He has excellent customer service! He explained everything to me and was patient with all of my questions. I will refer him to all my clients (I am a realtor). He has my thanks and my business indefinitely!!! read more

Just had a bee hive of over 150 lbs removed by Queen B Pest Removal. Very professional and honest. I recommend them without reservation. There was an active hive as well as an older one we had no idea had ever existed. They stuck with original estimate even though the work was much more extensive than initially thought. If I have any future pest problems, Queen B is my 1st call. Final note - we really would have preferred to have the hive relocated; however, the location inside the roof line of the second story made that not possible. Don and Matt both endured 105+ degree heat without complaint. We had melted honey running down the fireplace exterior wall. Matt was very patient, listened to our concerns and explained why relocation wasn't an option. Don was on a ladder scoping out a real sticky mess, working on the roof in the middle of the hot-hot day. Thanks to both! read more

This company has saved my home from many, many unwanted termite tenants! When I bought my house in 2010 I had an infestation of termites that went unnoticed until the Spring of 2015. I was quoted by three different pest control companies before I made the decision to go with Bee Logic and I am so happy I did. Not only was Nick able to come over and give me an estimate right away but also it was also the most affordable. I was very delighted with the service. The team came within a week and exterminated all of the termites. The problem was worse than we originally thought with the bugs throughout my entire garage that was starting to go into the front living room of the house. The techs handled my problem quickly and said it was a pretty bad infestation. Thank goodness for their honest service (and no up sale or pressure!) It has now been over a year and I am very pleased that there has been no sign of bugs or termites at all. I have since been using Bee Logic quarterly for pest control throughout my entire home. Before I am due for service, Angela gives me a courtesy call to remind me and set up scheduling. Each time a technician comes out they are friendly and speedy with service. Living in Arizona all my life, I know that controlling pests is a vital issue I would recommend this company to any one here in AZ. I moved to this house three years ago, to find out i had big problem with pigeons. During those three years i have not been able to use my backyard due to pigeons droppings everywhere, my puppy got sick twice and almost die, and so on and on. i tried a few times to get estimates from pest company, the prices were outrageous and always something happened to postpone the pest service.
