The technicians they sent were inexperienced and unable to identify or explain the pest problem I was dealing with. When I called for guidance, the first technician had no idea what he was looking at. They rescheduled and sent a second technician on a different day, and he was equally unable to diagnose the issue. On top of the lack of expertise, they consistently pushed add-on services and treatments I did not need or ask for, with no real explanation of why they were necessary. Customer service was dismissive throughout the process. I live in the Phoenix area and needed a company I could trust to properly identify and treat a pest issue. Instead I got two wasted appointments, no resolution, and constant upselling. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and at this point I would rather deal with the pest problem myself than schedule another visit with them.
