I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. And fled. These folks came back out. And we now have hundreds in the traps. I thought after 10 weeks we were headed in right direction. My Airbnb is still closed. Today they flaked in their appt. I went to condo. Dozens of live roaches. And at least 50+ in traps. I called them to question the missed appt. Angela told me today that they were done. Their contract guarantees removal and so do Angela text. She recommended I litigate to resolve. I called another company. Will post their reports later. Along with the weekly updates from green homes. Going from a few to 100 weeks later hundreds. Everytime noting in their report the cleanliness of my condo. Careful. If you're not there. Door lock data shows they stay 6-9 minutes.
