contracted this company for a roach problem. On March 14,2023 I paid Mr.Sanabria $320.00 in fulll. The first spray took place the same day. After the second spray I notified Mr. Sanabria that the infestation was getting worse. He said it was normal because it's a process. After the third and fourth spray I informed him again I was seeing more and more roaches and that they were crawling all over my bed while we were sleeping if he could please focus more in my room and my dresser he said he hadn't sprayed by dresser because he had clothes in it but I had emptied it 2 weeks prior he said he sprayed buy it didn't notice a difference, I informed and again he said it was a process, in the meantime my room was over infested. I would message him and call him with no success he wouldn't answer or message me back, when he did finally respond he said he was waiting for a different chemical that worked better.The last time he sprayed was on May 9,2023 was the last time I had communication via message, he notified me he was done spraying, which I then responded what time it was safe to go back in and when the next scheduled treatment was he never responded. After exhausting all avenues to reach him I messaged him again on May 15,2023 notifying him the infestation was worse and I was looking for another company to come and spray since he failed to communicate with me. I also requested my money back and he never responded to my messages or phone calls. The infestation has gotten worse since then. I've had to hire another pest control company called Courtesy Pest control had the first treatment on May 23,2023 paid $89.00 was told it would take at least 5 more treatments of $45.00 a treatment to control the infestation and then monthly treatments to keep the infestation from coming back.
