Great five star service. Always on time. Any issue that I had in the past has always been resolved. From crickets to scorpions and other little bugs. Jeremy is an awesome human being, he is honest. We used Doc's Exterminating for over 5 years in Buckeye, and were always happy with the pest spray. There were no scorpions in our area for the first 5 years that we lived there, so were totally freaked out when they started to arrive. We had him spray once a month, and my husband would let Doc know where he saw them. My husband would also use a black light at night, and spray any scorpions that he saw, which helped lessen the number that could breed. I have allergies, so only had them spray inside occasionally. I found this business through Yelp as I was wanting a locally owned business in the area rather than a huge corporate extermination company that charges out the wazoo. I have been using these guys for the last several months due to a very invasive spider problem and after several treatments and monthly visits our issues have subsided! Jeremy is quite polite and gets right to work. Their prices are much more affordable than the other companies that I quoted before deciding to go with Doc's. The no monthly contract is also an awesome feature simply to give you that option of not being locked into something. I also really like the pet-safe chemicals they use which leave 10x less of an odor than other pesticides I've experienced. Highly recommended! read more

Reliable. Honest. They stick behind their work and guarantee it for 30 days. I definitely feel comfortable having Jeremy come in my home and know he is an honest guy. I also completely disagree with Beth... if you're having problems like Jeremy says you still have food source so your house probably needs to be exterminated more than the average. Not everyone has to have their house dusted to prevent scorpions continuouslu but after only living in our house for a few months we quickly discovered we HAVE consistent scorpions so our house will need to be treated for them month to month. Found these guys on Craigslist. Talked to the lady in the office about the product they use and it's not a cheap pesticide like some guys offer. I ended up getting the general pest which covered interior and exterior. I also paid a little extra for a tempo dust to kill scorpions since I noticed some around the house. They were very informative about everything and answered all my question. Pros: They showed up right on time and gave me a 15 min curiosity call that I asked for No high pressure sales at all. No contracts just very fair pricing Smaller family business that is professional and stands behind the product. Our first appointment with Doc's was made at the last minute, and they were able to come out the next day (a Sunday) which is normally not a day they work. Jeremy came out and took care of the weeds for a very reasonable cost, much cheaper than other weed control services. After one treatment, all weeds were gone within 2 or 3 weeks. Doc's is quick, easy to work with and effective! Long story; I moved into this beautiful home in Gilbert and saw a dead scorpion outside. Week later I found a live scorpion when I opened the garage. Another week as I am enjoying the morning on the patio one walks by. Oh boy...I have scorpions. I am cheap and do it yourself type. I go to exterminating store and got set up with a sprayer, concentrate spray and granules. $150 later I am home treating my house, sweeting in the heat. About a month goes by I see another scorpion so I treat again writing down my schedule so I stick to it. Another 30 days and I have a scorpion inside! Now I'm feeling unsuccessful and tired of treating myself. I reach out to a friend who had an issue and she refers Doc's. They were here next day! Thoroughly sprayed outside (more than I ever did) and would you know this morning-I see a dead scorpion outside. I am so thrilled.
