Freaking love this company. I love that they text as well as use the phone. Texting is so much easier for me. I love that they are timely and respectful of my homes needs. We do a lot of gardening and have to be careful with where we use chemicals and they are always real with me on the efficacy of spraying specific areas vs the whole area. Crickets and black widows were taking over my back yard before we called Vintage Pest Management. I'd had enough when they were starting to creep into my workshop so we called and set an appointment with Stacey. She was polite, professional and gave us instructions on how to keep our pets safe while everything dried. It was like asking a friend to come over and handle our bug issues! My wife has a bonafide phobia of bugs and Stacey was patient while gathering the information she needed to eradicate the invaders. A short time later Stacey came back into the house, explained what she did and the results of her inspection around the back yard. Later that day, I walked outside and noticed many, many, many dead crickets and spiders on the ground. I'd say it was a huge success. We asked her to follow up a few weeks later with an additional spray and I haven't seen a rogue bug yet! They use high quality chemicals, spray thoroughly, carefully and diligently and they couldn't be better to work with. They are our pest control gurus and with their help, we have a back yard free from annoying insects, critters and the scorpions have moved on, with a reduced food supply (and some night time, population reducing hunting of our own).
