the best - I have them service my home for 4 years and never had a problem. The guy is kind and professional

I've used Li'l Criitters for almost 20 years now over 3 different homes and referred them countless times to people. The owner, Artie Mann, is hard working, trustworthy, dependable, communicative and always solves any pest problems - big or small. Lil' Critters is the best! read more

Very nice owner. Handled my issue right away. Reasonably priced. Great communication!

Have been using Li'l Critters since before Artie owned the business, and hasn't skipped a beat. Always responsive when we had bees invade our wall as well as build up on another spot on our house. Great to work with and reasonably priced. read more

We are in our 10th year of using Artie's Lil Critters Pest Control at our Scottsdale home. When we first moved in, in 2011, we "accepted" the fact that we live in a desert and scorpions would be the norm in our house. Then we hired Artie's company and reduced a constant volume to maybe 1-3 a year. Artie owns his own business and his son has joined with the same diligence and professionalism as his Dad. They will do a great job at reducing and most often eliminating pests/insects that you face. His monthly fee is very reasonable. If you are considering changing companies, call Artie, discuss your concerns and give them a chance. read more

Very professional, courteous, and informative. Answered all of my many questions with patience. Great price and great service. Great clean up too. read more

We started seeing a few bugs a few months ago, so I gave Lil Critters a try based on reading a review on another site. The owner, Artie, is super responsive and helpful... even answering stupid questions, and yes I had them... fast forward 3 months and a HUGE ROOF RAT made himself at home in our house. My wife was terrified and disgusted, and I was embarrassed and worried about what damage was being done to my home. After a phone call, Artie stopped by and set out a couple traps and made short work of catching him. The service is outstanding, the prices are very reasonable and the friendliness is unbelievable. read more

I've been working with Artie and his team for years and wouldn't ever think about changing companies because of the quality of service his company provides. The guys are always professional, makes you feel comfortable, explains everything they've done and treat you like family. Thank you Artie and team for your hard work, follow up and prompt responses when I have any issues. Here's to many more years of doing business with you but more Importantly the friendship that we formed. read more

Artie is the best! Great work, answered inquiries promptly, always kept me in the know, answered a million of my questions patiently and with a smile. I felt safe with Artie in my home, the second you meet him you can just tell he is an honest, genuinely good person. I was surprised also at how reasonable my quote was and how soon they could schedule the work to be done after the initial free consultation. I will never use another company for pest control as long as Artie is around. :) read more

We moved in to a new house to discover adorable red squirrels were living in the attic of our single-storey addition. I decided to find a local small operator and settled on this one based on the positive feedback they had here and elsewhere. Scott came promptly, and to my surprise did the lockout / one-way door on the spot. He warned me that if there were young in the house, mine would go from a simple to more complicated problem - with no change in price. He also explained that it would be very obvious if that were the case, as I would have a very recalcitrant and obstreperous mother squirrel loudly informing me of the situation. Fortunately, that was not the case and the poor squirrels were outmatched from the start. I did not hear another scratch in my ceiling from the minute Scott left my house. Scott returned the following week to remove his door and replace it with more chicken wire. I was having the roof done a few weeks later and I got the roofers to flash over the area giving it an elegant finish. There is no problem without a solution and this one, after aggravating me as I viewed it as a bit disingenuous of the vendors, as they surely knew about the tenants before we took possession, turned out to be a simple one. The squirrels are still around, and still adorable, but they are bedding down somewhere else, who knows maybe in someone else's roof. Remember, when you are hiking in the woods with a friend and you encounter a bear, you don't have to outrun the bear. You just have to outrun your friend. read more

Artie was great answered all my questions. He was professional and personable. I never needed pest control but as a homeowner now needed to have preventive termite control. I will be using Lil Critters in the future. read more

We've tried various services to get rid of our recurring roof rats over the years, generally with dismal results. I wish we had tried Li'l Critters a long time ago. Artie is organized, knowledgeable, responsive, uses actual professional-style traps and schedules times to come back and check them. Clearly knows what he's doing. We are very grateful for the help! read more

Recently had Lil Critters out to our home to investigate some scratching in one of our walls. Mark I believe was his name, his father owns the company, came out and went right to work. He was knowledgeable in the workings of rodents and was able to answer any questions we had. His customer service was great. He ended up laying some bait traps to see if we had an infestation. He came back a week later to check to traps and also to fill in some gaps in the roof where pest may have been able to get in. So far we haven't had any takers on the bait but I'm not mad about that. Hopefully it was a localized event and the pest has found its way out. I know with the work mark did they won't be getting back in. If your looking for a knowledgeable family owned pest control company I can't recommend Mark and Lil Critters enough. Thanks again guys. read more
