Updated review with time so no it doesn't say an hour estimated time says "1230" Not angry more amazed how yall handle situations and how easily you're willing to drop clients usually company's try to make customers happy and willing to work with them. Don't waste your time ! Not a professional company at all does not handle customer complaints well ! Been getting treatments for awhile always needed them to come for resprays but never want to come because they don't come out to my area but once a month why service my area if it's "too far "! Extremely upset as I really liked them in the beginning but of course as time goes on I guess they showed there true colors or are too busy to take care of customers experiences . read more

Blazin Pest Control & Termite Services - Pest Control Near Me

Matt and Randy and Blazin are fantastic and highly recommended. They put a lot into the community and always provide amazing service!

Since I cannot directly respond to Matt's rebuttal of my original review, I am writing a follow-up to clarify the facts. First, the claim that I received my treatment for "Free"is not correct. The charge was reversed only after I disputed it with my credit card company and provided clear proof--photos and a full text thread. You submitted your own evidence, yet the credit card company still ruled in my favor because of your negligence, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism. No consumer would knowingly hire a termite company without some form of guarantee that retreatment would be provided if termites returned. In my case, they did return. The company refused to come back, therefore I requested a refund for the five-year warranty I had already paid for. I am now forced to hire a different company to do the job correctly. Additionally, Matt claimed I was present during the entire treatment, which is untrue. I was not shadowing him throughout my home; I left the room and did not follow him around. It is also important to note that my experience is not isolated. There are other negative reviews due to your rudeness and unpfrofessionallism. This is not a professional, established company--it is a small husband-and-wife operation. During my treatment, his wife who was his helper appeared unwilling and unhappy to even be present. To anyone considering this company: think carefully before trusting them with your home. Read my original review and Matt's condecending rebuttle. Anyone wanting screenshots of my text thread with them, I'll be happy to provide. Ping this review and I'll get notification to respond. read more

We used Matt Lane and Blazin Pest Control a number of times at our properties. He was friendly, courteous, and above all professional. He understood our needs and took care of the issues the first time. Blazin Pest Control is the service we use, and will continue to use in the future. I highly recommend him. read more

Im sure this is a great company, as I heard a lot of great things about it. Especially it being veteran owned and I am a veteran myself. I had an appointment, and they did come to the house. They knocked on the door, but I was upstairs in my office at work and didn't hear them. My vehicle was in the driveway, and I was wondering why they didnt ring the doorbell, text or simply call. Either way it was missed. I immediately called the office once I received a text that they knocked and left; and the customer Service lady there was extremely rude and pretty much was like it's your fault that you missed and no he can't come back today and just had a piss poor attitude. So, as great as everyone tells me this company is i will never use them, and I wouldn't recommend them either. In Response to the owner. This was awhile ago. I still have the messages. I'm not sure who the woman was in the front office, but she was extremely rude, and it is no dig to you. Ive heard amazing things about your company hence why I contacted you guys in the first place. Your welcomed to message me for any other information. I never got a call back or anything. In response to the owner. I did admit to seeing a text that was sent after the technician left. They never called. They just knocked. So once they left they said hey we knocked and no answer. Again a phone call and or the door bell. I don't always hear a knock if im upstairs, and that wasn't what I was upset about. It was the bad attitude the secretary had in regards to it. Like i said im sure you have a great company but to knock once and then leave and then send a message after the fact is not cool in my books. read more

Matt and his team are incredible. Years of outstanding work. Reliable and very reasonable. They can charge way more for how amazing they truly are. I haven't seen any scorpions or bugs since I started with this company. In the past I had bugs come back with others not so honest people. BLAZIN is really worth it. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. read more

NOT a company anyone should use. Rude - not skilled in customer service. Way getter options

I love that Matt is a veteran, and I can't wait to see their work. They are driving all the way to my office in Mesa and my home in Gilbert az for pest control. We hate scorpions. If you have bugs call the best pest control company in Az. read more

Blazin Pest Control came highly recommended, and I see why. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was professional, prompt, and friendly. They scheduled me quickly, showed up on time, and explained everything they were doing in a way that made me feel informed and confident in their process. We were dealing with ants and a few creepy crawlers in the garage and backyard. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend Blazin Pest Control if you're looking for reliable, professional pest control done right. This is the kind of company you stick with! read more

Absolutely top notch service. So friendly, prompt and professional. Veteran Owned and operated- Matt is terrific, we use his company year round and NO MORE BUGS. Call him you'll be happy you did read more

Matt was great and super friendly. This is a local, vet owned company. And ran by his kind family. He listened to my concerns of my home, gave me the plan, and took care of everything as if it's his own home. Others were forcing me to sign contracts with crazy fees. There is no scam here. I'm so glad I found this company and will be recommending to my friends and family. read more

May was very responsive to my needs: as both a business & home owner. He went over and above what I was expecting: especially in spreading our brick fence and gates surrounding our home's back yard. Upon completion of my home's needs, he immediately went right over and took care of my business' post control needs. The price was right for this 2 for 1 deal, and working with another veteran as myself: really was a cherry on top!! read more

I wanna thank Mathew for coming out and helping me with my roach problem. I hate to say it, but I have had a never-ending battle trying to get rid of these German Roaches. He came in with a good attitude and was ready to take care of business. He put out some bait, placed some traps around the place, and sprayed with a new chemical he said he's been using. He said it was organic and the best thing out there. I don't know what is in that organic chemical, but it is like night and day now since he provided his services no more than a couple of weeks ago. I have seen a 90% decrease in roach activity. Thank you again. read more

Matthew and his team are AMAZING! Not only was he on time, polite, and personable, he was also knowledgeable. From inquiring to booking, the process was smooth and efficient. I reached out and his team responded within the hour! Not only that, they managed to squeeze me in last minute. After the service he took the time to explained to me what he did and showed me potential areas of concern. This is huge for me because I am a woman and typically my husband would handle these things. Thank you Matthew for your service and the service! Dominique read more

I had Green Mango at 2 properties(since 2019) One had some roaches appear, this happened last year as well. She called Green Mango to come out and re service, since they were recently there, and didn't have availability until Friday(this was a Monday). Matt from Blazin Pest Control quickly responded to my social media post, and said he wouldn't be in Mesa until Wednesday. He and I kept in communication and when the roaches had doubled I let him know, and he came out that next morning. He wasn't even schedule to be in Mesa, but he MADE the time. He sprayed and put bait down and created a scheduled treatment plan to eradicate them. The next day going in the house to check, I expected to see more or the same amount, but there was only 1 on trap. I canceled Green Mango, at my house as well as the other property, and explained why and told them another experienced technician made the time to come and service before their availability and he knew exactly what to do instead of just spray like GM was doing and because of that, I decided to give Matt my business. Highly recommend if looking for pest control. Having ONE EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN vs random techs just there to spray is a no brainer. Too bad it took 4 years. read more
