Since I cannot directly respond to Matt's rebuttal of my original review, I am writing a follow-up to clarify the facts. First, the claim that I received my treatment for "Free"is not correct. The charge was reversed only after I disputed it with my credit card company and provided clear proof--photos and a full text thread. You submitted your own evidence, yet the credit card company still ruled in my favor because of your negligence, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism. No consumer would knowingly hire a termite company without some form of guarantee that retreatment would be provided if termites returned. In my case, they did return. The company refused to come back, therefore I requested a refund for the five-year warranty I had already paid for. I am now forced to hire a different company to do the job correctly. Additionally, Matt claimed I was present during the entire treatment, which is untrue. I was not shadowing him throughout my home; I left the room and did not follow him around. It is also important to note that my experience is not isolated. There are other negative reviews due to your rudeness and unpfrofessionallism. This is not a professional, established company--it is a small husband-and-wife operation. During my treatment, his wife who was his helper appeared unwilling and unhappy to even be present. Im sure this is a great company, as I heard a lot of great things about it. Especially it being veteran owned and I am a veteran myself. I had an appointment, and they did come to the house. They knocked on the door, but I was upstairs in my office at work and didn't hear them. My vehicle was in the driveway, and I was wondering why they didnt ring the doorbell, text or simply call. Either way it was missed. I immediately called the office once I received a text that they knocked and left; and the customer Service lady there was extremely rude and pretty much was like it's your fault that you missed and no he can't come back today and just had a piss poor attitude. So, as great as everyone tells me this company is i will never use them, and I wouldn't recommend them either. In Response to the owner. This was awhile ago. I still have the messages. I'm not sure who the woman was in the front office, but she was extremely rude, and it is no dig to you. Ive heard amazing things about your company hence why I contacted you guys in the first place. Your welcomed to message me for any other information. I never got a call back or anything. In response to the owner. I did admit to seeing a text that was sent after the technician left. They never called. They just knocked. So once they left they said hey we knocked and no answer. Again a phone call and or the door bell. I don't always hear a knock if im upstairs, and that wasn't what I was upset about. It was the bad attitude the secretary had in regards to it. I wanna thank Mathew for coming out and helping me with my roach problem. I hate to say it, but I have had a never-ending battle trying to get rid of these German Roaches. He came in with a good attitude and was ready to take care of business. He put out some bait, placed some traps around the place, and sprayed with a new chemical he said he's been using. He said it was organic and the best thing out there. I don't know what is in that organic chemical, but it is like night and day now since he provided his services no more than a couple of weeks ago. I had Green Mango at 2 properties(since 2019) One had some roaches appear, this happened last year as well. She called Green Mango to come out and re service, since they were recently there,and didn't have availability until Friday(this was a Monday). Matt from Blazin Pest Control quickly responded to my social media post, and said he wouldn't be in Mesa until Wednesday. He and I kept in communication and when the roaches had doubled I let him know, and he came out that next morning. He wasn't even schedule to be in Mesa, but he MADE the time. He sprayed and put bait down and created a scheduled treatment plan to eradicate them. The next day going in the house to check, I expected to see more or the same amount, but there was only 1 on trap. I canceled Green Mango, at my house as well as the other property, and explained why and told them another experienced technician made the time to come and service before their availability and he knew exactly what to do instead of just spray like GM was doing and because of that, I decided to give Matt my business. Highly recommend if looking for pest control. Having ONE EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN vs random techs just there to spray is a no brainer. Too bad it took 4 years. read more
