For several years after moving here I tried everything (all the DIY techniques to no avail) but we still had to put on ceadercide repellent, etc. everyday to avoid getting bit. That is a pain in the butt and always on mind if need to put on more after a few hours for prime time in early evening, etc. Ever since Skyler started treating our home I nor anyone in my family no longer get bit and before we were getting bit constantly. It's like these biters no long exist in and around our entire property, front and back. We never ever have to put any type of repellent on and do not have to bother with all the gimmicks. I wish I found Bills Pest Termite Control and Skyler several years ago when first moved here. One thing about that is though, I now have proof to compare just how effective their treatment is. Total game changer, and there has been no harm to all the wildlife that visit our yard everyday. I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. She experienced multiple problems with Action…read moreTermite & Pest Control and in turn, we will probably be taking our business elsewhere next year. Monday: Mom calls to set up her yearly termite inspection appointment. She is forced to deal with AI only. She gets through it and has an appointment for Wednesday between 8am - 11am. Tuesday: Mom calls again to confirm the appointment, as she is not sure if AI got everything correct. Mom speaks to a person, and they confirm the Wednesday appointment for between 8am - 11am. This same day, they are already emailing her an invoice - once at 3:09pm and again at 5:03pm (even though her service isn't until tomorrow). Wednesday: Around 10am, she discovers that THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED HER CREDIT CARD AN HOUR EARLIER, AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN TO HER HOUSE YET! She immediately calls regarding this UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE, is forced to deal with AI again, and must leave a message. Around 10:45am, the tech calls and states she is on his schedule for the end of the day! She said that is not when her appointment was scheduled for, and she also tells him that her credit card has already been charged for the service. He apologizes and proceeds to get to her house within 30 minutes. Tech (Anthony) is super-nice and performs a thorough inspection. Right after the inspection, they proceed to email her another invoice with an amount due - even though her card has ALREADY BEEN CHARGED. Mom did receive a phone call from the office after the tech left, apologizing for the problems. Both the tech and the office kept blaming AI for all the problems. Maybe rethink using AI, instead of employing a person who could use a job. Because instead, you will be losing the money when you lose the customers.
