We'd jumped up on the flat roof a few times and hadn't been able to get any sightings. Along with this, we found a dead black widow, so we decided it was time and had Urban Desert Pest Control come out. The great news was no evidence of roof rats! The even better news was that instead of charging us for placing traps anyway, Urban Desert Pest Control realized that our "pet" squirrels that live in our backyard were probably getting up there to play and placed some filters over vents to prevent the squirrels from getting into the vents. Guess what? Noises went away. Nice to work with a company that focuses on the individual customer instead of implementing a general approach for every single situation.

I told the girl that I talked to on the phone that we had just moved in and there was alot of unpacked boxes still in the house, but I would move them around so they could spray in the house and garage. She said not to worry, it would be ok. The price for the first service was $95. And then she stated that depending on monthly or bi-monthly would determine the price. I was informed that the young lady "Cat" that serviced our property would talk to me after the service, and I could set up monthly, or bi-monthly service. "Cat" never knocked on the door to let me know she was even here, nor did she ever communicate with me... Now I'm out $95, and for what?? Run as fast as you can from this company.., Now I am once again on the hunt for a reputable Pest control!!

I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. I'm terrified of scorpions!! He put me at ease. Thank you again Insectek. If you have any problems in between your regular scheduled visits" give them a call. Quote by phone to schedule an inspection. Pricing was fair. Email and phone followup on scheduling and final outcome of treatment. Will use Greenleaf Pest Control again. So far; so good with December 2025 treatment.

Horrible communication paired with entitlement is insane. they breached contract by not showing during the initially scheduled time and thought I was supposed to drop everything to go home. Then, no one showed up for their termite treatment that was supposed to happen a couple of days later. To make it worse, they lied about providing the service. Our gates and garage are not accessible due to the number of dogs we have. There is not even a possibility of them getting past the side gat to do any aspect of the service. They are essentially scamming me out of over $600.00 after not ever completing a service and have begun making threats. At this point, I'm going to let it play out legally and have ceased all contact. Seriously, beware. They are going out of their way to leach as much money off of people as possible without actually having to do any work.
