Along with this, we found a dead black widow, so we decided it was time and had Urban Desert Pest Control come out. The great news was no evidence of roof rats! The even better news was that instead of charging us for placing traps anyway, Urban Desert Pest Control realized that our "pet" squirrels that live in our backyard were probably getting up there to play and placed some filters over vents to prevent the squirrels from getting into the vents. Guess what? Noises went away. Nice to work with a company that focuses on the individual customer instead of implementing a general approach for every single situation.

Our most recent visit was with Brendan T, and he was wonderful. He rang the doorbell when he arrived, answered all of my questions, and rang again before leaving to give a full recap. The communication and customer service were excellent. One thing I really appreciate about Bulwark is that the technicians genuinely seem happy to work there. The company clearly hires trustworthy people, which gives me peace of mind and makes me feel safe as a customer.
