We'd jumped up on the flat roof a few times and hadn't been able to get any sightings. Along with this, we found a dead black widow, so we decided it was time and had Urban Desert Pest Control come out. The great news was no evidence of roof rats! The even better news was that instead of charging us for placing traps anyway, Urban Desert Pest Control realized that our "pet" squirrels that live in our backyard were probably getting up there to play and placed some filters over vents to prevent the squirrels from getting into the vents. Guess what? Noises went away. Nice to work with a company that focuses on the individual customer instead of implementing a general approach for every single situation.

She said not to worry, it would be ok. The price for the first service was $95. And then she stated that depending on monthly or bi-monthly would determine the price. I was informed that the young lady "Cat" that serviced our property would talk to me after the service, and I could set up monthly, or bi-monthly service. "Cat" never knocked on the door to let me know she was even here, nor did she ever communicate with me... Now I'm out $95, and for what?? I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs.
