After receiving an appointment reminder, I confirmed and requested that the technician bring shoe covers for the indoor service. My message was ignored for hours. When I followed up multiple times, the owner finally replied but offered nothing but excuses when I pointed out the lack of communication. This is a recurring issue. The exact same thing happened last month: my messages were ignored, and the technician showed up without shoe covers. When I presented screenshot proof of this pattern, the owner continued to make excuses instead of taking accountability. I immediately canceled my appointment. I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. I have only received service twice and I am not asking for a refund. (They charged me 3 times though for 2 services. Then they charged me another $69 for some reason and told me to pay however I did not receive that service so why would I have to pay? Office staff and customer service lines are terrible. Sales person is also 100% deceiving. I'm pretty sure if all these people they talk too were told about a year contract and how you can't cancel whenever and you have to pay them $250 I know for a FACT they will not be signing up. This is ridiculous business tactic and when people are told to sign they should CLEARLY outline and communicate all terms. Beware people of this company as they will deceive you by being all friendly and get you stuck in this contract with a ridiculous $250 fee for a service that you never receive or them basically tying you back into their contract every-time you try and contact them.

Had a pre-emergent weed service today and the tech was at my house for 5 minutes tops if anything less than that. I have a huge front yard and backyard. So it should be taking them a lot longer to spray my yards. Having weeds that show no treatment on them nor anywhere around my yard could I see sprayed.
