Also on the contract its a "bimonthly" service and charge of $69 however they try and charge you every month $69 and come out once every 2-3 months and seems like I'm not the only one who noticed this early at least and tried to cancel. I have only received service twice and I am not asking for a refund. (They charged me 3 times though for 2 services. Then they charged me another $69 for some reason and told me to pay however I did not receive that service so why would I have to pay? Office staff and customer service lines are terrible. Sales person is also 100% deceiving. I'm pretty sure if all these people they talk too were told about a year contract and how you can't cancel whenever and you have to pay them $250 I know for a FACT they will not be signing up. This is ridiculous business tactic and when people are told to sign they should CLEARLY outline and communicate all terms. Beware people of this company as they will deceive you by being all friendly and get you stuck in this contract with a ridiculous $250 fee for a service that you never receive or them basically tying you back into their contract every-time you try and contact them.

I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. For several years after moving here I tried everything (all the DIY techniques to no avail) but we still had to put on ceadercide repellent, etc. everyday to avoid getting bit. That is a pain in the butt and always on mind if need to put on more after a few hours for prime time in early evening, etc. Ever since Skyler started treating our home I nor anyone in my family no longer get bit and before we were getting bit constantly. It's like these biters no long exist in and around our entire property, front and back. We never ever have to put any type of repellent on and do not have to bother with all the gimmicks. I wish I found Bills Pest Termite Control and Skyler several years ago when first moved here. One thing about that is though, I now have proof to compare just how effective their treatment is. Total game changer, and there has been no harm to all the wildlife that visit our yard everyday.
