Zach did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was professional, kind, and very confident in his work. He cleaned everything up, installed the netting, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I also chose the upgrade he offered, and he told me that if I had any problems with the pigeons coming back, just call and he would take care of it. The difference was immediate. A few pigeons came back around the house for the first day or two, but they couldn't get back onto the roof where they had been nesting. After that, they were completely gone. I actually waited a few months before leaving this review because I wanted to make sure the pigeons were really gone and stayed gone. It's now been three or four months, and I haven't had a problem since. I had tried dealing with the pigeon problem myself before calling Pigeon Problem Solvers, and nothing I tried worked. I wish I had called them sooner. I would definitely recommend Zach and Pigeon Problem Solvers to anyone dealing with a pigeon problem. read more

Amazing service! We had fences installed on our roof and the pigeons haven't come back since!

I found Zach with Pigeon Problem Solvers online after seeing his 5-star reviews, and he absolutely lived up to them. He responded quickly when I reached out, came out promptly, and provided a very reasonable quote to keep pigeons from nesting under my solar panels. The installation was fast, professional, and done right. On top of that, Zach was super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him if you're dealing with pigeon issues. read more

Same day service. Zach and his team came to my house and found the entry point of where pigeons breached my attic and began to nest. They did a thorough search of the inside, and roof, to eliminate any other entry point possibilities. They removed a nest, cleaned up left over bird matter, and sealed the entry points. The job was also reasonable in price. Super appreciate their help as this is not an easy problem to deal with. Higly recommend their services. read more

Zach was so professional and polite, it was a pleasure meeting him. I don't know the name of the man with him, sorry.. Both were there on time, even helped me fix the cctv camera that was about to fall off ! The pigeons were constantly on the bedroom eaves so he closed off all the entry points, and secured any space the birds could get into. They were on the roof for a couple hours, fixed all the problems, and left everything tidy and neat. The cost was $750 but we only contacted Zach after reading some reviews: I can't compare to others but I definitely recommend Zach ! I'll post a pic when I leave via the front door next time ! read more

Did a great job and found the main source of issue to focus on, which solved the main problem

We had solar panels installed recently and they are a magnet for pigeons. Reached to Pigeon Problem Solvers in anticipation of having a haven of pigeons on our roof, and Zach responded promptly with a visit and a quote and the pricing was very fair. Very impressed with Zach, his professionalism and attention to detail. The installation started with washing down the panels and the roof area, the installation and even cleaning up the area on the ground after the installation. Strongly recommend Zach and Pigeon Problem Solvers. read more

Fantastic experience with Pigeon Problem Solvers. Professional and polite from start to finish. Wish I had called much sooner!

Amazing overall experience from Pigeon Problem Solvers! Performed work sooner than expected and had outstanding communication throughout the entire process. Would not hesitate to recommend! read more

I got a few quotes to fix the bird problem at my house. Zach was very responsive and reasonably priced. They not only took care of the pigeon problem, but they also blocked off the roof tiles small birds were getting under. Another company came out and said they would only block off the pigeon stoop area and not touch the roof tile area and I would have to call a roofing company to install bird block. Zach was able to take care of both problems! I'm very satisfied and would use them again in the future, but hopefully I won't need to. read more

Zach and his partner arrived right on time. He toured the house with me and clearly explained the work to be done. He located additional areas where pigeons have been nesting, that I was unaware of. Not only did the work that we initially agreed to, but he also did additional work to keep the pigeons from coming back. His price was more than fair and the work was exceptional. Everything was done very neatly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Zack and his company. read more

I'm so impressed with this company. I had them come out about three or four months ago to get rid of the pigeons that were nesting on two of my front eaves. They were very knowledgeable about pigeon behavior and knew what to do to get them to leave. They installed two grates to block off where the pigeons were roosting, then cleaned the whole area and got all the poop off my roof and front porch, they left my house looking great. This got rid of the pigeon problem but just last week I noticed they are back, not nesting but just hanging out and pooping everywhere, I called them to come back out and assess it. They came today right on time and assessed the problem, decided to add spikes to the area and clean up all the poop again for free!! Talk about customer service! I was so impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and service that I had to come write a review for them. I hope that if you have a pigeon problem you will call these guys. read more

Zach and his team were truly great. This is the third company we've had come out, and I feel bad that they were mostly undoing the damage caused by the other companies. But they were able to finally address our pigeon problem and we've been seeing great results. They redid and installed all new spikes on our sills, cleaned the gutters, and fixed the netting. Would definitely recommend them for the job. read more

I was worried because I've had a few guys out to help with the pigeon issues and they didn't show up for the appointment but Zach was on time and even messaged me prior to coming to let me know he was 90 min out. No pigeons today for the first time in months and Zach even cleaned up the poop! Super awesome business read more

We were having pigeon problems at our house - they were nesting in some cracks along the eaves of our roof and along the tops of the window sills. There were droppings all over our front porch, and it was unsightly and unsanitary. I called Pigeon Problem Solvers, and Zach and Tyler came right over - that same day! They put up mesh to cover the openings in the roof eaves, and installed bird spikes above the windows and doors. These don't hurt the birds, just keep them from roosting and nesting in undesirable locations. Their service was timely, professional, and a great price. I 100% recommend them to anyone with a bird problem! read more

We've lived in our current home 4 years, and the pigeon problem was so bad we got a dog just to chase them away from the ground level at least. We had a ton of problems throughout our property, and Zack and crew took care of them all. I'm amazed at the difference since they did their work, probably only 5% presence of birds since they finished. Also, while doing their work they handled everything, not only installing prevention measures (screens, spikes, etc.), but cleaned and disposed of all the debris we had accumulated from years of pigeons dominating our property. I highly recommend them. read more

We had an excellent experience with Pigeon Problem Solvers. They were very responsive and communicative, answering all my questions. They came out to survey pigeons making nests on the roof and gutters, provided a good price to pressure wash and bird proof the roof, removing any nests and deterring pigeons from returning. Would highly recommend working with them for any pigeon problems. read more

This is the second bird company I've had come to my house and address my pigeon issue! When I say it was bad that was an understatement, the pigeons had taken over the roof. The over hang above my front door was covered in feces. Zach was very responsive and came in a timely manner to see what needed to be done. He cleaned the solar panels and put up wire around the panels. He blocked off parts of the house where the birds were building nest as well. He also set up wire alone the points of the house the birds were hanging out at. It has been a couple months and he's come back over to make sure everything is working as it's suppose to. Ok would highly recommend going trough pigeon problem solvers! read more

We had an issue with pidgeons nesting under our solar panels. This company was able to fix the issue by cleanining up all the pidgeon debris. They are very thorough and carefully explained the process. They seem to understand the pidgeon animal and it's nesting habits very well. They understand and showed me potential problem spots on my roof but didn't try to oversell me. They do solid work and cleaned up everything when done. Highly recommend their services if you are trying to pidgeon proof your roof and or house or solar panels !! read more

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars - Zach Pettit deserves it. I had pigeon spikes installed on my chimney. Zach not only did an excellent job but actually charged me less than originally quoted. He told me he did not use as much material as he thought and only charged me for what he actually used. Talk about honesty!!! Don't bother calling anyone else - give Zach a call. I have so glad that I reached out for help from Pigeon Problem Solvers. I was constantly hearing scratching and scurrying around on the roof from birds. I thought I could tolerate it in order to save some money, but it was getting so annoying! I got quotes from two companies and PPS was the best deal. The guys came out quickly and worked efficiently. Now, I don't hear anymore of those annoying noises, especially early in the morning.! Thank you! read more

From start to finish, everything was cleary communicated and efficient. Zachary did an amazing job on our roof. We had a huge pigeon problem, they were nesting under our solar panels and creating a huge mess both on the roof and on the ground all around our house. They not only cleaned up the roof and (hopefully!) stopped the pigeons from perching on our roof, but they sprayed off all of our sidewalks and patio. Highly recommend them! read more

Zach and Brayant are fantastic! They are very professional, patient with your job and not in a rush, follow up to inquiries and appointment requests quickly, very kind and provide excellent workmanship. They really know what they are doing in this line of service. I found their website online, filling a quote at night and next morning I received their call. Two young men came to my house at 6:00AM. They quickly checked my house and gave me a price. After I came back from work, I am so impressed with their work. Attached pictures show what a excellent work they have done, cleaning and netting around the edges of panels. They even completely cleaned all pavement around my housed, even the AC units. All trash including pigeon droppings, they took away, nothing left in the trash bin. Two or three weeks later, all pigeon problems are gone forever! BTW, months later my roof has some other problems. They are also so fast response my message and promised to find his good and honest friends who are professional in roof repair. What an excellent Pigeon Problem Solvers! read more

These gentlemen were very professional and courteous. Showed up when they said they would and were in constant communication. The pigeons we had were very very stubborn! So it took a couple trips out to take care of the problem. This isn't an exact science, so I wasn't surprised that they needed to take more extreme measures to take care of the issue. During their time working on our problem it was very evident they are dedicated to their craft and customer base. Very committed to what they do. read more

We got a bid from someone else that included everything that could possibly be done. Then we asked Pigeon Problem Solvers. They provided a bid to handle the current problems, not every possible problem. They were almost 50% less than the other guy, not because they were cheap but because they were targeting what was actually needed. They came on the appointed day, got the work done efficiently, including cleaning bird mess completely. It has now been a couple of months. No birds have come back so we didn't need all the up sell from the other company. We will call Pigeon Problem Solvers again, if the birds come up with new ways to mess with our house. read more
