The drawback to the ladderless system is there could be some windows that are hard to reach and missed. I would have expected the technician to recognize that and clean the windows from the inside. However, they were missed. In addition, interior cleaning was subpar. I scheduled them to come back out for recleaning, but the technician never showed up at the scheduled time. Grady Strock confirmed a second appointment, but the technician did not show up again. Grady Strock's window wizard cleaning services are both in Pennsylvania and Arizona. The window washing is average, but the communication is terrible and Grady cannot be trusted. I will go back to washing my windows myself, by hand, with superior and more cost effective results.
