The owner, Lincoln, gave a fair estimate and even cleaned my door glass panes for free while he was doing the rest of the house. It was apparent to me that he took pride in his work. I have a baby grand piano that sits in front of an 18 foot wall of windows and I was quite nervous to have the glass cleaned around the piano, but Lincoln was so careful and made sure he protected my precious instrument while he was working. That was so appreciated! Pain in the Glass is professional, affordable and thorough in their work. I will definitely be using them again and again.

We had used Desert Heat a few years ago and decided that I had procrastinated long enough! Esmeralda got us scheduled and today Marcus, Ramon and Chad arrived and got to work. Marcus cleaned 14 gallons of mud from our gutters while Ramon and Chad worked non stop on my very dirty screens and windows. This team never stopped. It was 112° and they worked so hard. My windows and screens have never been cleaner and they look brand new! Marcus was amazing getting rid of all of that mud and leaves in my gutters, especially spending a few hours on the roof in extreme heat. This is what a successful business looks like..... a trio of very hard working men ( and Esmeralda in the office), a very affordable price, great communication and windows and screens that look new. I am already putting them on my calendar for next July! I'm a happy customer and may start a fan club! Not only are they terrible at communicating with the customer, they do not set up proper dust…read morebarriers when sanding, and will damage your furniture. We are renting this house. The owner contracted to have the kitchen and master bathroom cabinets sanded and stained. 1. We were told the kitchen cabinets did not need to be emptied. 2. This will only take 4 days. 3. We tried to contact the contractor to inform them we wouldn't be available until 930am day one. No call back, and they showed up at 8am day one. End of day one I come home to find the kitchen cabinets, stove, microwave, and refrigerator masked off. Our kitchen table, and my grandmothers antique hutch are not covered. The cabinet doors are stacked against my grandmothers antique hutch. There is no dust barrier between the kitchen and the rest of the house. I contact the management company to complain specifically about the dust barrier and not covering the kitchen table and hutch. Day two the management company responds that they are contacting the contractor and will let us know what they hear back. About 1130am day two, a dust barrier goes up, the kitchen table, and hutch get covered. The contractor had already finished sanding in the kitchen and started the staining at this point in the day. The chemical smell from the stain is very strong. So strong that we opened every available door and turned on all fans to help clear the air. It is the end of December the week between Christmas and New years. current high is 57 with rain, and the low was already in the 40's. Day three the SO comes home after a doctors appointment to find the contractor working in the master bathroom. A dust barrier has been set up between the master bathroom and master bedroom. In this house there is no door between the two, only a small hallway and access to the master closet. This dust barrier does indeed block off the master bedroom, but was open to the open door'd master closet. Such great care was taken to set up dust barrier that funneled the sanding dust directly into our closet of clean cloths. I come home end of day three to a house that is so smelly with chemicals that we again opened all doors, and got out extra fans to try to clear the air before bedtime. This is when I find the pictured damage to my Grandmother antique hutch. I reached out to the management company again concerning the damage to the hutch. Day four is today as I write this review. Today the clear coat goes on, and apparently it is even smellier than the stain. We were told the contractor will have to return for a day five to finish the work being done. What you can expect: Bad communications. Poor workmanship in covering and protecting the customers possessions. Damage to your possessions. Finally, complete lack of care to a simple detail like putting up a dust barrier between an area being sanded and the rest of the living space.

Eddie was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone for our initial consultation. I explained to him that I had a lot of mess and just didn't know where to start. I was able to get an appointment the following week and they made sure their team arrived after my flight landed. Obie and Lena showed up and were incredible right from the beginning- especially since I had no idea where to start and was extremely overwhelmed with how disorganized and messy my apartment had become. They got right too work. We shared some great conversations and a few laughs. They were very diligent in getting all of my various bags unpacked and put away. I was not anticipating that they would even do and fold my laundry- which was one of the most daunting tasks. The kitchen is spotless. The clutter is gone. The bathroom is sparkling. Bags and suitcases that have been hanging around for months were finally unpacked, organized and everything was put away in its rightful home. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received and as anxious and overwhelmed as I was... we had fun! Truly great and genuine people. I will be recommending Clean Geeks to friends with similar needs. And I anticipate using them again when things start to pile up or I just need a good deep clean.
