Grady Strock sold me on window washing saying it would save time and money, but it was a waste of time and money. The drawback to the ladderless system is there could be some windows that are hard to reach and missed. I would have expected the technician to recognize that and clean the windows from the inside. However, they were missed. In addition, interior cleaning was subpar. I scheduled them to come back out for recleaning, but the technician never showed up at the scheduled time. Grady Strock confirmed a second appointment, but the technician did not show up again. Grady Strock's window wizard cleaning services are both in Pennsylvania and Arizona. The window washing is average, but the communication is terrible and Grady cannot be trusted. I will go back to washing my windows myself, by hand, with superior and more cost effective results. read more

Horrible company to do business with. Had inside and outside windows done that were left spotted and streaked. Came back 2 days later to fix and said sealant had to be removed to make crystal clear. Makes no sense. Wrote a bad review and owner BEGGED me to remove it if he came personally. He never showed. Review went back up and he responded with he was only responsible for outside windows although tech came inside and did those. No tracks done either as promised. Owner said he tried to set several dates to rectify issue. Set 2 days and never showed. Business claims to be BBB accredited. Do not engage them. Poor service, not on time, windows not very clean, they couldn't remove hard water stain on glass ( so I got out the CLR and showed the guy), and didn't have a ladder to get the upper windows. They are not who you want to clean your windows! read more

They promised me a team of 3, screens, sills and all windows. They sent 1 kid who wouldn't do the inside transom windows or wash the screens. And then they want to be paid after that? Wow. Never again! My husband did half the work! read more

This will be similar to other reviews. They came to my house doing door to door solicitation. Unfortunately, I agreed to engage them and the sales person said they were in the area and would be finished with their current job in 2 hours so would come back at 3:30. At 6pm 2 people showed up and started washing the windows, as it became dark, I went outside and said it was getting too dark and they should come back tomorrow. They said they could complete the project in 45 minutes which I said they could not possibly do quality work in that amount of time. He assured me that they would provide 100% customer satisfaction and if I was not satisfied they would come back and make it right. They sent me a text with a link to pay and Grady (the owner) came to my door and asked if I received the text and said that they would wait in the car until payment was received. I was home alone so unfortunately (again) I paid them. The next day I went out to inspect the work and found all of the screens had not been replaced correctly and many of them were damaged due to them trying to jam the screens in place. I texted two numbers about my dissatisfaction and was told that a person would be at our house at 4pm to complete the project. Not only did no one show up, there was not further communication. I have texted many times again and am constantly told they will come make it right and I have replied we want our money returned because they are not a reliable business enterprise. I have texted them many times with pictures and also leave messages on their business phone. I have now given them a deadline to return our money and if they do not comply, plan to file a complaint with the BBB and file an action in small claims court. At this point it is now about the money, this is about a group of very unethical young men who believe they can scam homeowners. read more
