The person was argumentative and told me several times that someone had painted the grout in places which is not true. We had the tile installed 16 years ago and we live there and know the history of our tile. We had temoved most of the furniture prior to their arriva. I had one couch that I asked if the put some doem to perfect the feet from getting wet and he said no you don't need to wotry.
