I was referred to two window companies after the first company I chose was no longer available…read more(they were moving further South in Scottsdale and were not servicing my area any longer). Of the two recommended companies, I chose Twenty20 because they had a much earlier appointment available than the other company and I had an upcoming event scheduled. The scheduling was seamless and Jake showed up on time to clean the outside of our windows. When he was leaving I noticed a patio screen frame was bent so I asked him about it but he said he didn't think he did it. Fortunately, we had our landscape builders out a month before to work on our patio travertine so I had a photo of the screen, which was not bent. I ended up looking at the rest of the windows before calling Vincent and noticed some smears on the washed windows and dusty screens that looked as if they had been rubbed with a cloth but not actually washed. Vincent quickly set a time to come out and look at our windows. He agreed (and later texted me) that the screens "were definitely not done correctly" and apologized for the inconvenience. He had touched up the windows and re-washed the screens before offering to take the bent screen and fix it. I felt great when he left. Two weeks later was a different feeling, however. Vincent returned with the screen and the frame had a dent in it. I pointed this out and Vincent seemed unhappy with my response but said he could "replace it if you want". Well of course that's what I wanted, but he seemed annoyed. I was caught off guard by his change in attitude from the last time we spoke so I didn't bother following up with him again; nor did he reach out to me.

I reached to many companies who wanted a couple hundred dollars or more. They were courteous & respectful of our home, while answering our questions. I got my sectional sofa and x4 barstools steam cleaned. They look great and I highly appreciate the…read moreservice! It was all done within about an hour and 15 minutes which was great. Couple small complaints, one being that we had scheduled for a Sunday afternoon, it ended up getting pushed to Monday at 11am because of their Sunday job lasting longer than expected, which was okay considering Sunday was a day of request anyways. However, I got a call Monday morning at 9:50am saying they would be there in 20 minutes. 50 minutes earlier than scheduled wasn't something I could accommodate for, but they thankfully pushed it out to 10:30am. However then arrived at 10:45am. So the timing overall wasn't a great start. Lastly, the pricing seemed agreed upon and clear in the beginning, but I was told I wouldn't receive the 15% off because that was only for additional services, not the entire service. On yelp it does state it's 15% off for new customers and I didn't see any fine print stating otherwise. I also confirmed I would be getting the 15% off through messages, but I guess they have an AI bot and that's who I got my response from, which then made my 15% off invalid. Nonetheless, the guys were understanding and accommodating which I appreciate and did apply a discount. Overall, I am happy with the service and pricing provided, I just wish it was a smidge more seamless throughout.

I agreed to wait since I liked the reviews I read on Yelp. The morning of the job I get a call from him saying that there is an issue with the grout company getting my grout. He said he'd get it straightened out and could come two days later to complete the job. I agreed. Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.
