Another 5-Star review from me! While out to clean our Solar panels, Sun Ray informed me of all of the services that they provide. After being very pleased with the job they did on our solar panels, I told my wife they they also cleaned windows as well. I was barely able to finish my sentence before she told my to call them! I did again schedule through the online estimate and scheduling feature. I really, REALLY like the the instant estimate. However, there are some things that the scheduling system doesn't yet seem to take into account. One was that I was able to schedule, while the crew was on the other side of town. While they did offer to arrive at the scheduled time and date, called to see if they could come several days later. I did appreciate the call and had no problem rescheduling. Besides, their work is worth the slight delay. I was glad to help. My windows were filthy. It had been three years since they were cleaned. In addition, several of my french doors had hard water stains on them and my screens were really dirty as well. We opted to clean both the inside and outside as well as the screens. The crew went right to work. Two guys outside and one indoors, (It's hot outside, who gets that Job!) The windows they cleaned didn't even have a spot on them. What's more, is they cleaned my window tracks as well! The water stained windows were polished and looked brand new. And last, they cleaned my glass and wrought iron front door which I hadn't even asked for. This crew is the best! What makes them so good? They don't mind working hard! They are happy, have great attitudes and are thorough in their work. I'm glad that I have someone that I like so much to be my regular for work that is hard to find someone to do. Sun Ray Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters on my house. They quoted a price and stuck to it even though my gutters were in much worse shape than they expected. I'm not surprised my gutters are 20 years old and the 2nd floor gutters have probably never been cleaned before. They also pushed back some of my roof tiles that slid out of place - a value added service! Nathan and the rest of the crew were on time, professional, polite and cleaned up the job site when they were done. I will definitely use them again. That is not true. I have the contract and I can send it to you. I specifically asked you if you were going to clean the roof and remove all the crap off the ground that you were pushing down the down spouts of the roof. You replied "yes" you would. If you were just cleaning the solar panels then why was there crap on the ground of every down spout? you are being dishonest and trying to cover it up. I called you and gave you the chance to do the right thing and you declined. You were hired to put up the critter guards on the house prior to the sale. Diane the owner at the time told us that. Why would you cage in all the crap the nests when you originally Installed the critter guards. I know why. You took advantage of an older couple that trusted you and you compan. You knew they wouldn't go on the roof and inspect your work. Do the right thing and make it right. read more
