Everything with this project went perfectly. I put in my requests on a Sunday night, to get it off the to-do list for Monday, and Garrett contacted me back almost immediately! Over the next day or so I sent him photos of my windows he gave me a quote which was very reasonable for being on a second floor condo. He scheduled me for this past Monday but I forgot to confirm and inform him until Sunday that the time would not work and I suggested he give me another day. He simply had his employee, Scott, come an hour earlier which was fantastic. Scott texted me when he was on his way. When he arrived he got right to work. I don't think I've ever had anyone work faster and do a better job on these windows, two sliding doors and screens. He was done within one hour and I am extremely happy. I recommend Guardian Window Cleaning for their attentive service, excellent quality work, fantastic communication and their flexibility when my schedule conflicted with the appointment. Request Scott and I'm certain you'll be as pleased as I am. Thanks, guys! read more

From start to finish amazing experience. Garrett was able to quote me a reasonable price for 17 exterior windows, deck power wash, and a small area of the house to power wash. Crew was great, professional, and did quality work. Definitely would go with this company again in the future. read more

I had requested cleaning of my windows and screens which are new and only installed about 2 months ago as well as cleaning my shutters. The windows and screens were done very nicely. But Today I'm cleaning a ceiling fan and notice the shutter frame still has a lot of dirt on it. The work was done 3 1/2 weeks ago. In speaking with Garrett, owner, today he informed me that the only the blinds are cleaned and a courtesy wipe across the frame. I did not have any idea that the request made to clean the blinds would be literally only the blinds and nothing else. If you choose to use this service I highly recommend you ensure your expectation matches the service requested. Because of this most likely I won't be using this company in the future. If you select this company make sure you know exactly was is being. Cleaned. During the conversation today with Garrett he reiterated numerous times about how much of a discount he had given me...for me...it's far more about quality than price. read more

Dakota did an excellent job cleaning the windows of my storefront. He was thorough, efficient, and they look fantastic! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience! We were getting ready to list our house and needed the windows cleaned. I called 3 different places to get a quote. Guardian was better priced the other 2 and were more accessible. The other places I called did not answer their phones right away and I had to leave messages. Guardian, however, answered right away. Once the window washing was finished, I was very happy with what a difference it made. The windows were crystal clear! If you need your windows cleaned, give Guardian a call. They are hard working, professional, kind and well priced. read more

Garrett and his team were fantastic to work with! We have lived in our house for 9 years and haven't cleaned the windows. Gross, I know. They made our windows sparkle. They cleaned interior, exterior windows, and scrubbed the screens . There's not a single speck or streak, only clean. We now have all our window treatments completely open so we can admire the windows. I will be using them for all our routine window cleaning from now on. read more

Because of the Pandemic, many organizations are still experiencing lack of qualified staff. The net effect can be devastating for businesses, mainly because this issue directly impacts customers. Yet, Guardian Window Cleaning is STILL the best window cleaning service in Arizona! Why, you may ask? Simply said, because "Garrett" who is the owner/operator, genuinely cares about his customers. Moreover, he cares about his employees. And it shows. "Scott," a valued employee, made our windows and sunscreens shine, plus, he was exceptionally friendly. Note: Scott has 23 years of experience in this field, another rarity these days. I "interviewed" several window cleaning companies before deciding to go with Guardian. It wasn't a difficult decision: Garrett's price was very reasonable, and the completed work was absolutely perfect! If you live in Arizona you'll need a great window cleaning service at least twice a year. With Guardian Window Cleaning, why look anywhere else? read more
