I had requested cleaning of my windows and screens which are new and only installed about 2 months ago as well as cleaning my shutters. The windows and screens were done very nicely. But Today I'm cleaning a ceiling fan and notice the shutter frame still has a lot of dirt on it. The work was done 3 1/2 weeks ago. In speaking with Garrett, owner, today he informed me that the only the blinds are cleaned and a courtesy wipe across the frame. I did not have any idea that the request made to clean the blinds would be literally only the blinds and nothing else. If you choose to use this service I highly recommend you ensure your expectation matches the service requested. Because of this most likely I won't be using this company in the future. If you select this company make sure you know exactly was is being. Cleaned.
