Over the next day or so I sent him photos of my windows he gave me a quote which was very reasonable for being on a second floor condo. He scheduled me for this past Monday but I forgot to confirm and inform him until Sunday that the time would not work and I suggested he give me another day. He simply had his employee, Scott, come an hour earlier which was fantastic. Scott texted me when he was on his way. When he arrived he got right to work. I don't think I've ever had anyone work faster and do a better job on these windows, two sliding doors and screens. He was done within one hour and I am extremely happy. I recommend Guardian Window Cleaning for their attentive service, excellent quality work, fantastic communication and their flexibility when my schedule conflicted with the appointment. Request Scott and I'm certain you'll be as pleased as I am. Thanks, guys!

In the end, we decided Thermo's solution sounded more logical. In the end we went with Thermo S because of Caden's expertise with duct work. He recommended duct sealing and adding an extra vent in addition to insulation. Day of, the team showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up their mess. The difference was instant. The air felt cooler coming out of the ducts, the A/C comes on less, the hot bedroom is cooler, and the house is quieter. I do have bad allergies/chemical sensitivities and the duct sealing was rough but after 3-4 days the smell faded and it's been fine. I would say communication with the office could have been better but they always returned calls the same day. All and all a very positive experience--I would highly recommend Thermo-S.

They arrived within 20 minutes and immediately began diagnosing my problems. After only about 10 minutes, they traced the problem back to a wall switch that had improperly been repaired by another electricity service provider. Within another 15 minutes, they had that switch replaced, and I had power again. While they were looking around in the main breaker box, the tech noticed that my drip system electricity had been improperly, connected to an existing circuit by the people who had installed it originally. He hived off that connection And added a separate breaker for it in the box while he was there. This is the kind of service I love going above and beyond. I paid a flat service call fee, and an extra $100 for the drip system breaker work. In total, the cost was less than what the previous electrician had charged me to screw up the switch. This is the second time I've used Colin and Scheid Electric and I'll always call him now when I have electric needs. Fast friendly and knowledgeable. This is what you want in a home service provider. Highly recommended if you are in East Valley.
