I was ill for four days while they were here. I wish they would've rescheduled. I gave them a good review , but felt the price was way too high $150 apiece for each shutter they spray painted them in my foyer, not even taking them outside. They had a designer come out and help me to pick colors. I wanted a definite contrast I was not happy with it. I don't like the white she suggested it looks very cheap. I'm ready to have my house put back to my original paint that was done. I asked what it would cost to change. He never did get back to me after going over all the rooms, it's just not an improvement. I thought the cost was way over the top.

Although the quote was very competiive, I had to decline the offer due to other compounding and interfering projects that needed to be addressed before painting. Although I did not contract with the company, the interaction with Ms. Long was pleasant, to the point and timely. I would certainly turn to them in the future.

To say I'm particular would be a complete understatement. He listened to my concerns and helped me choose all the correct materials. Without Mark, I would have never gotten the flooring and new bathroom of my dreams. He checked in , almost daily, and kept the projects moving in a positive direction. Leo, the tile installer is an absolute artist. I have never seen such precise , complex , creative work. Although the job took five months, it was well worth it. I can not recommend Floor Coverings International in Mesa highly enough.

Having said that, we absolutely love our new kitchen and bathroom design. Don't look anywhere else, I promise!

My husband and I researched kitchen remodeling companies and decided to hire Luxe Cabinetry +…read moreDesign for our kitchen remodel. They had an excellent rating with the BBB and many 5 star reviews. We visited their showroom to discuss our project, pick materials and to go over in detail what our expectations were. After our meeting we felt confident in hiring Luxe. During our consultation we were told Luxe doesn't sub out and on the occasions they need to, it's with subs they have a long standing relationship with. None of it was true. I believe the only person that worked directly for Luxe was a warehouse worker, who helped with demo. Our cabinet installer didn't directly work for Luxe.(I do want to say he was an excellent installer and Luxe should have been honest and said we sub out our cabinet installer but he does excellent work and primarily works for us). The fabricator for our counter tops had only been used by Luxe a few times before our project, which turned out to be a disaster. Our salesperson ended up calling in a favor from a friend, who is in the fabricating business, to refabricate them for us. As for our tile backsplash installation, I had to find my own installer. The quality we were told to expect, isn't there( During our consultation we discussed our vision for our kitchen, without discussing budget. Therefore, I assumed Luxe was recommending quality materials). Our Cabinets(Holiday Cabinets) are not good quality. We have several finish issues that are apparently "to code" according to what Holiday Cabinets told Luxe. Because they are "to code", Luxe won't honor the warranty. Luxe told us that we need to go through the ROC and see if we can get new cabinet doors and drawer fronts that way. Since the cabinets apparently are "to code" according to Holiday Cabinets and Luxe( even though their installers said the finish wasn't good and requested replacements), the ROC would side with Holiday and Luxe. Also the timeline of our project didn't even come close. We were told 3 weeks. It was 7 months and still waiting on one door that was damaged by Luxe. It's being sent directly to our home, supposedly and Luxe said we're responsible for installing it. Why should we have to pay to install a door they damaged? The entire experience was a nightmare! I Do Not recommend Luxe Cabinetry + Design. That said, Hunter, our salesperson did the best he could trying to rectify all the problems we had. I truly believe he would have honored the cabinet warranty but unfortunately he doesn't own the company. Update: Luxe Cabinetry sent me an email yesterday stating they are NOT sending the door to my home. But I can purchase one if I wish.

A few weeks ago I decided it was time to finally have my attic ladder replaced before the rungs brake any more than they already have. I reached out directly to AtoZ and Rod was professional and easy to work with. We went over the project on the phone and he sent me fairly-priced labor estimate around a day later. I picked up the replacement ladder myself from the local big box hardware store since I could, and it was cheaper for me to provide it. Rod and his assistant arrived on time with what I can only assume is an entire hardware store in tow behind the truck, and they got to work. They even cleaned up the trim so the ladder install looks cleaner than the previous install job. Will use AtoZ again in the future, for sure.

He sent a quote within 24h and never attempted to upsell or divert to another product line. The price was as quoted. He worked tiredlessly and completely to have my home done before the holidays. His work was flawless; all baseboards were removed and replaced so no quarter-round was needed and the transition of the flooring and existing tile was level so no transition pieces were needed. Damon discovered some damaged baseboard behind a bookcase and replaced it with matching woodwork to my entire home. He cleaned up each day and returned the furniture to place. He did excellent work and was unhappy that I was not pleased with my flooring choice *I am still adjusting to flooring from carpeting.
