Beth took care of all our questions and computer design to fit our space. It's all set their way, you just have to fit into their square whole. Very limited choices, one quality a very good cabinet, well built and you chose from their colors and handles and counter tops. They need to change their name to "cabinets for more" as it was the highest of three bids and we feel it was a waste of our time to go here.

Full kitchen remodel thanks to Joe and his design help!

5 Star service with an awesome staff and excellent process. Working with this team was really fun throughout the entire design and installation process. I have very picky taste and was truly impressed with the communication, quality, commitment to timelines, and a staff that was fun and a pleasure to work with. Joe did an awesome job in making this project a stunner! Very great products and a very reasonable price.

Super affordable cabinets and great quality. We are in love with the cabinets and the rep Crysty was very attentive with an amazing personality. Great customer service and affordable, can beat that!

Kids bathroom cabinet turned out great.

Cabinets 4 Less was simply amazing. We had our kids bathroom cabinet replaced and we were very happy. The construction was sturdy. All the hinges are built very well. We also ordered the top with square sinks. Love them! Finally, the prices on their handles were reasonable, so picked up basic handles. Delivered everything at once for a reasonable fee, right on time. They also provided the backsplash which looked amazing and was a good finishing touch. The helpers at their Mesa store helped us choose colors and finishes. They did great. I have absolutely no complaints and will use them again when we redo our guest bathroom. Thanks Cabinets 4 Less.

Why? 1. *They're just good people.* Professional, easy to work with, not pushy and EXTREMELY detail-oriented. 2. *One company.* They don't sub any work out to contractors. Everyone works for Retro Pro - plumbing, drywall, electrical, flooring, tiling - you make 1 call if any issues/questions come up. 3. *Detail oriented.* I am a professional project manager so it's in my nature to want specifics, measurements, plans and answers to my questions. Everyone here gladly shares the details and provides honest assessments. 4. *They're local.* They've been doing this for a long time with nearly a 5-star rating on Google and Yelp. Happy to support local businesses. 5. *Quality staff.* Projects like ours don't get done without people like Omar (project manager) and Oscar. I'm forgetting the tile-guys name! All of these guys are hard workers, friendly and did amazing work for us. We couldn't be happier with the 4 bathrooms they remodeled for us. It was definitely worth the wait!

Eric came up with creative ways to rework plumbing to give us extra space. I sent a few Pinterest photos to Angela, who then gave us a few amazing design options. They worked diligently and always communicated via text before coming or leaving. Amazing experience all around (and beautiful bathrooms)!

we ordered new kitchen cabinets through the Gilbert location. Cabinets were order in November 2025…read moreand scheduled for installation the week of January 19 - 23, 2026. We were told it would only take these five days to install the cabinets. Countertop measurements took place at end of January and countertop installation took place on February 18th. As of today, March 16th, the installation is still not complete and finished. DKB was last out on March 2nd and only completed most of the cabinetry related items and has yet to install some under countertop lighting, and install surfacing on the bottom side of some upper cabinets. Our project would only be this far if not for our constant follow up and phone calls. We were promised our concerns would be addressed back in February by a upper manager of DKB when they didn't schedule sufficient time for our installation the first time around. It is now two months this week since the one week when all work was supposed to be complete. Still over $1,000.00 in paid for work to be complete and no phone call or follow up by DKB to complete our improvements to our satisfaction. This whole process has been a bit frustrating and disappointing. We were not informed that the countertop installer and plumber are two different subcontractors. Our Designer was not experienced with cabinet lighting and electrical rough in needs and requirements. Unable to assist with any type of coordination efforts when requested to make sure power sources were prepared and ready. it wasn't until after the cabinets were installed and countertop measured that we learned our selected countertop as it turned out is not available in the size needed without additional joints in the slab. This caused more delays to our schedule. Had the limitations of the countertop material been discussed at time of design back in November, the design could have been changed. Again, just another example of inexperience we had to learn the hard way. Still no telling if or when our new cabinetry will be complete.

Such a great experience, and I keep staring at my new kitchen with wonder…read more When we bought our house 7 years ago, I did not love the kitchen. It was serviceable, but the honey oak builder-standard did not go well with the grey floors. Oh well, we made it work. After 7 years in the house, the finish was wearing, and some of the drawers wouldn't stay closed; we could finally say it was time to make the kitchen ours. I got quotes from several contractors and ended up going with Dan from Better than New Kitchens for several reasons: 1. He spent TIME with me to understand what I wanted; he also wasn't afraid to make recommendations to change what I initially thought in the interest of budget and what would actually work for my needs. 2. The quote was detailed. It included all the special features that we discussed, including separate pricing for some options I wasn't sure would fit the budget but wanted to consider. In quotes from other vendors, I couldn't tell if they had actually had listened to me and they did not include all of the features and options discussed. I work in requirements myself (software) and having all of it spelled out was very important to me so for sure I knew what I was paying for. 3. Dan's passion. This guy loves his work, and you can tell. All of that came to fruition in the build. Super efficient, professional team, and my kitchen is beautiful. No surprises! We didn't just refinish the existing kitchen; we also extended the kitchen against the back of our dining area wall. This gave me an amazing appliance garage, a mixer stand that pops up from a cabinet, and way, way more storage space. Highly recommend Dan and his team.

When possible I like to support small independent local businesses and made the call for an estimate . Dan the owner spent a lot of time at our in home visit to review the scope , made great suggestions on 2 new pots and pan drawers and assured us we would not know they were refaced but would look like new cabinets . We chose a beautiful Maple wood with new drawers on amazing soft close silent hardware . The work crew was professional , skilled craftsmen that figured out every little corner and angle to perfection . I am amazed at the quality of work . The transformation is stunning . My adult daughter just saw the new kitchen today for the first time and was so impressed she thought it was all new boxes from the ground up ! We recommend better than new Kitchens 100 % for refacing .They are an honest local company that delivers on their project promise.

She was always thorough and detailed and sent me very impressive diagrams for our kitchen reno. She helped me find contractors and recommendations for other things I needed to knock out first too. I am sure I sent her way too many emails and she was constantly kind and patient and helpful through the whole process! Isaac came out to do our final measurements and I could tell this was one detail oriented and talented human! He was super thorough and talked us through details we could change. Basically we were able to change and adjust whatever we wanted. It was amazing. Then when the install crew came out, we got Mike. YEESSSS for Mike! He was fantastic!!! He would adjust and alter things down to the exactly correct and balanced millimeter. He was so detail oriented, I never felt the need to even hover or check on anything. I trusted him completely. The scheduling contact, Steve, always texted me to let me know when someone would be coming out and was very responsive. Euro1 managed our counter install too, which was great, and Caesar was so nice! Even Sandra, the one greeting people up front, managing the phone calls, and handling payments - was so awesome, and such a bright happy attitude. They just have a very impressive team of people for you to work with from start to finish. ALSO - the impressive quality of their product was beyond what we even expected. When the cabinets showed up they were even more impressive than we thought they would be. High quality, thick, dovetail joints, soft close hinges, non chipping finishes, we were just thrilled. We are so happy with our new kitchen and plan to continue to work with them on bathrooms next! THANK YOU!!!!
