When possible I like to support small independent local businesses and made the call for an estimate . Dan the owner spent a lot of time at our in home visit to review the scope , made great suggestions on 2 new pots and pan drawers and assured us we would not know they were refaced but would look like new cabinets . We chose a beautiful Maple wood with new drawers on amazing soft close silent hardware . The work crew was professional , skilled craftsmen that figured out every little corner and angle to perfection . I am amazed at the quality of work . The transformation is stunning . My adult daughter just saw the new kitchen today for the first time and was so impressed she thought it was all new boxes from the ground up ! We recommend better than new Kitchens 100 % for refacing .They are an honest local company that delivers on their project promise.

Then Dan came to our house and spent a significant amount of time with us explaining our options, showing us samples of cabinets, and answering all of our questions. We opted for several additional options on top of our initial estimate, but we never felt pressured to add or upgrade anything. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid. We really couldn't be any happier with Better Than New Kitchens, and we LOVE our new kitchen. I'd highly recommend working with this company!

Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. We would, hands-down, recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath in Mesa. My husband and researched A LOT of companies and we decided to see what DKB had to offer. Right off the bat, we were impressed by Tony, the Store Manager and Brian Alagna our salesperson. Everything from ordering, scheduling demolition, and installation -ran like clockwork. DBK had a great team of contractors who treated us with respect and worked hard to make sure everything was installed correctly. Our first call to Diamond was with Brian Alagna. at the Mesa store. After getting off the phone with Brian, we knew that we found someone very special. Never once throughout the process did Brian put any pressure on us. Our new kitchen and bar was a huge investment for us and Brian understood that. I don't know how many revisions we had to our plan, but Brian never showed any frustration. Every in-person meeting or phone call was like meeting with an old friend. We asked a lot of Brian and he just rolled with our requests with a smile and a positive attitude. We appreciated the extra thought he put into our kitchen to came up with some creative design ideas that made our kitchen extra special. Brian is a true asset to Diamond Kitchen and Bath. I wanted to also mention our installer, Regis, who was incredible and also very nice. Regis is a perfectionist who really takes pride in his work and it shows. Finally, I have to compliment the countertop installation team. Our countertops are beautiful! The crew did a great job laying out the tops to show a consistent pattern and making it very difficult to see any seams. I hope this review helps you make your buying decision. At the Mesa location, the way to go for design is Willie Price. He is knowledgeable, easy going, and a GREAT designer. He helped me maximize a very small space with all the things I need to have an ideal laundry room. He was able to match my existing kitchen/bathroom cabinetry, crown moulding, and hardware. His design was spot on and beautiful! The delivery team - Anthony and Ben - were excellent as well. They respected my house, lined up the cabinets as they would be installed, and did it FAST! It was ideal timing for me to step away from my busty workday to receive the delivery. Anthony and Ben petted my dog and we're really nice. Couldn't ask for a better team! The install was wonderful as well. Colton did a wonderful job. He was meticulous and even moved some cabinets higher at my request after he installed them (my error). He did not stop moving all day, and I did not even see him take a break. He was friendly and respectful of my home, even sweeping out the garage when he was finished. Scheduling everything happened very quickly once the cabinets came in. The counter top measure was scheduled the day the cabinets were delivered. They come in a few days, so I'm excited to see the finished product. My experience at Diamond was wonderful. I have a small warranty issue and a few doors that are backordered, but I'm hoping my experience so far dictates what I can expect for completion. PLEASE READ! THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS LIARS AND CRIMINALS. Their employees committed fraud/forgery and the owner has done nothing to make it right. Their employee committed forgery by signing forms which caused a huge issue with our kitchen order. Erin forged multiple signatures to cover up her mistake and lied to cover in attempt to cover it up. (WHO FIRED BECAUSE OF OUR SITUATION) We did not want her to get fired, we simply wanted compensation for our troubles and time lost without a functional kitchen. The managers response "oh, I'll check into that, I believe my employee.. she wouldn't lie to me". Clearly, Marty does not belong in management. We asked him numerous times to give us order/update information and he refused to give us answers. We ordered a 12k kitchen and was told it would take 4-5 weeks. B.S.!! NINE (9) weeks later the cabinets were delivered at which time we discovered one of the doors had a huge crack. We were told the counter tops would take 2 weeks after the cabinets were installed. THREE (3) weeks later they show up to install them and they were cut wrong! What else could go wrong you ask? How about taking another month and half to replace the broken cabinet door! (Because of a "quality issue". This is a true story. Some sort of compensation is in order but hasn't been offered by the owner. These people are criminal, liars and the owner has extremely poor business practices. This has been 4 months of hell. Believe me, I will continue to spread the word. read more

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a delivery from Rudy and Anthony with Diamond Kitchen and Bath, and I must say that their service was nothing short of exceptional. They arrived exactly at the scheduled time, which is always appreciated in today's busy world. Their friendly and professional demeanor instantly put me at ease. They greeted me with a smile and confirmed the details of my order to ensure accuracy. I informed them they were missing one of the ordered parts and Anthony immediately called Renee in the warehouse to get to the bottom of the missing package. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and customer service. While Anthony was on the phone with Renee, Rudy was busy unpacking and inspecting the delivery to make sure everything else was accounted for and not damaged. After a few months my back ordered cabinet doors finally came in and the kitchen is finally finished. I'm more than happy with the finished product and couldn't thank the team enough Cornell handled the uninstall and hookup of our sink and dishwasher. he had great communication and made sure everything was in working order. When we discovered a small leak he was quick to respond and rectify the drip and even checked in to make sure it wasn't happening Our initial installer Greg was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He noticed somethings missed in the design phase but came up with a solution that worked for us. Great communication skills and an overall nice guy to chat with. Would highly recommend. After the granite was installed we noticed a screw that had damaged the cabinet. Junior came out as service to fix this which looked fantastic. He also put up the base boards we needed and it was just waiting on some back ordered items. The last thing finally came in and Joey was the guy to finish the job. Our kitchen remodel was the first for our 44- year old house plus our first kitchen remodel experience. (1) Mr. Willie Price was exceptional in helping me out with the different choices that I had. This was a big deal since I was a novice. He even was very patient when I changed things later on. He was knowledgeable and professional in all the interactions. (2) Anthony and his partner delivered the cabinets. They were polite and efficient and worked efficiently. (3) Cornell and Phil removed our old cabinets and placed our kitchen appliances out of the work area. They even suggested we put on different water knobs which they replaced for us. Remodeling one of our bathrooms was easier than I thought it would be with Diamond Kitchen and Bath providing all the various resources needed to complete the installation. Kenny worked with me on scheduling and the teams that completed the installation were all professional, courteous and communicated schedules, arrivals and confirmed next steps as each part of the process was completed. Two of the standouts on our project were Cornell and Cameron, both were friendly and efficient, provided excellent customer service and minimized the disruption while I was working from home. Jeff (countertop) was a pleasure to work with, efficient and communicated well on the timing and installation....again with minimal disruption. Kenny Burch was effective in following up, confirming schedules, and making sure the project stayed on track. My husband and I have ordered cabinets from Diamond on two occasions. Once for our laundry room and the other for our kitchen remodel. Diamond provided the installation. We worked with Tony Owens on both occasions. There was never any pressure to purchase. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and offered suggestions to help us with our remodel. We had looked at several places and were able to get high quality cabinets at a good price. We did have two issues with the cabinets. Our salesperson, Tony, was extremely helpful and patient. He walked us through the process without pressuring us but offered insight and ideas to help everything go smoothly. He told us what to expect and when our cabinets would arrive and things went just as he said. Even though there were a couple of warranty items that needed replaced, Tony, and the installer Jed helped us through the process from start to finish and our final product is exceptional. Originally went into Diamond Kitchens for kitchen cabinets and found beautiful cabinets throughout the entire showroom. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with remodeling so I had no idea what I was doing. I ordered the cabinets and when Tony called with a price, decided to do my two bathrooms. When removing our old ones, found that when our pantry area which divided the kitchen and dining area was gone it really opened up the room. I contacted Tony and asked if there was a way to change the original design and went in again, feeling like a fool. My order had been placed and no changes could be made, but he redesigned the area and we were able to use the cabinets originally ordered. A resident of our park sent us to Tony Owens of Diamond Kitchen & Bath. He was very skilled with computer design & details to think about, with our complete kitchen remodel in late 2019. Helped us pick the best cabinets for our price range, & dealt with changing details as the project progressed. Very patient & key listener. He's a busy guy as a result but we never felt rushed. Just Nov. 2020, he took care of re-ordering a cabinet & all that entailed, for this same sink due to water damage, got us the quotes we needed for the insurance adjuster & has arrange the future tear out. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Amazing integrity and support. I bought a set of kitchen/bathroom cabinets. After the manufacturer's warranty had expired (3 yrs out) Diamond Kitchen & Bath stepped in anyway and replaced the faulty cabinet and as a goodwill measure covered both the material and all the labor -- including re-doing the whole vanity top and all the sink plumbing!! I have never found such above-and-beyond customer service. I was shocked. They were NOT obligated to do ANYTHING for me. Yet they did, just because they stand behind their work and a customer's satisfaction. Master Bath Remodel : Cabinets are installed and look beautiful. Our sales person, Kenny Burch, was top notch and very knowledgeable. Kenny was easy to work with and helped us make decisions without high pressure. He provided suggestions for keeping cost down without sacrificing quality or the look we wanted. When Kenny came out to measure, he gave some super helpful suggestions for tear out (my husband did this) and working around our existing tile floor. He kept in touch and provided status of our install date and time. The installers (Nahim and David) were skilled, efficient and arrived at the time scheduled. We are very pleased with the product and the service of the employees. We worked with Tony and everything ran smoothly and within the time frames he gave us. Once the cabinets were made, the rest of the team swung into action. Cornell was in charge of the tear out of the old cabinets and did and efficient and professional job. He was back again to reinstall the sink and new appliances after the cabinets were installed by David and the granite countertops were installed by Malam Industries. There was a 3 week wait between cabinets being installed and countertops made and installed. The finished product was well worth the wait. Everyone who worked on the job did quality work. We opted for several additional options on top of our initial estimate, but we never felt pressured to add or upgrade anything. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional.
