we ordered new kitchen cabinets through the Gilbert location. Cabinets were order in November 2025 and scheduled for installation the week of January 19 - 23, 2026. We were told it would only take these five days to install the cabinets. Countertop measurements took place at end of January and countertop installation took place on February 18th. As of today, March 16th, the installation is still not complete and finished. DKB was last out on March 2nd and only completed most of the cabinetry related items and has yet to install some under countertop lighting, and install surfacing on the bottom side of some upper cabinets. Our project would only be this far if not for our constant follow up and phone calls. We were promised our concerns would be addressed back in February by a upper manager of DKB when they didn't schedule sufficient time for our installation the first time around. It is now two months this week since the one week when all work was supposed to be complete. Still over $1,000.00 in paid for work to be complete and no phone call or follow up by DKB to complete our improvements to our satisfaction. This whole process has been a bit frustrating and disappointing. We were not informed that the countertop installer and plumber are two different subcontractors. Our Designer was not experienced with cabinet lighting and electrical rough in needs and requirements. Unable to assist with any type of coordination efforts when requested to make sure power sources were prepared and ready. it wasn't until after the cabinets were installed and countertop measured that we learned our selected countertop as it turned out is not available in the size needed without additional joints in the slab. This caused more delays to our schedule. Had the limitations of the countertop material been discussed at time of design back in November, the design could have been changed. Again, just another example of inexperience we had to learn the hard way. Still no telling if or when our new cabinetry will be complete. read more

Our neighbors referred us to Diamond Kitchen and Bath. We started our kitchen remodel design end of January 2024 and Brian Alagna was our sales/designer. I can not say enough good things about Brian. He was so patient with us and walked us through the entire process. He came up with all kinds of ideas to help us use all of our space to get more cabinet use and functionality. We changed colors, hardware options, countertop choices etc during the 2 months we were designing and this never seemed to bother him. It was all about what made us happy!! He was up front about costs gave us great advice and was honest. He truly was amazing to work with and highly recommend him to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen. We never felt Brian try to upsell us on anything in fact he was always looking out for our best interest on how we could save some $. Thank you Brian for everything! April 2024 our cabinets were finally installed. We were so nervous about the delivery and install; not sure why but when you invest $ you want everything to be perfect. The two gentlemen that delivered were kind and worked with us on unloading them into our backyard as our contractors were still painting our kitchen when they arrived. Colton the cabinet installer was so professional, kind, hardworking and knowledgeable. He came up with some great ideas to get us the most space out of the cabinet in the corner where our sink would be. We never thought we could get so much space underneath!!! He was on time and always cleaned up after himself. The install team was very professional and took extreme care of protecting the cabinets during delivery and installation. Our experience in the showroom and throughout the sales process went very smooth, but that's where it ended. There is NO customer service. Once they have your money (payment in full when you place your order), you are on your own. We had delay after delay, and then even an incomplete delivery causing more waiting. When we contacted the Manager, he offered no assistance other than to tell me that's just the way it is. Although we love our custom cabinets, I would think twice before ever ordering from Diamond. We would, hands-down, recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath in Mesa. My husband and researched A LOT of companies and we decided to see what DKB had to offer. Right off the bat, we were impressed by Tony, the Store Manager and Brian Alagna our salesperson. Everything from ordering, scheduling demolition, and installation -ran like clockwork. DBK had a great team of contractors who treated us with respect and worked hard to make sure everything was installed correctly. Our first call to Diamond was with Brian Alagna. at the Mesa store. After getting off the phone with Brian, we knew that we found someone very special. Never once throughout the process did Brian put any pressure on us. Our new kitchen and bar was a huge investment for us and Brian understood that. I don't know how many revisions we had to our plan, but Brian never showed any frustration. Every in-person meeting or phone call was like meeting with an old friend. We asked a lot of Brian and he just rolled with our requests with a smile and a positive attitude. So after many months of searching Home Depot, Lowes, a few other smaller companies, I chose Diamond. Cody, the designer was great. He helped me through the design process. I did the whole process over the phone. We never went down to the showroom. Bill and Mark, the demolition guys were awesome. Bill even offered to change my dishwasher from being hardwired to installing a plug. Robert the cabinet installer was amazing, really nice guy, great attention to detail. Recently made a purchase from them for cabinets and regret choosing them. The cabinet fronts came a different color than the rest of the cabinets and though yes they got me new fronts from the manufacture, they will not replace them. This is clearly a company who does not back up the workmanship of their supplier. They have now made their manufactures problem my problem. I would avoid buying your cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath unless you want the same headaches I'm going through with them. read more

We placed an order for our cabinets in nov'21. Our kitchen remodel started in march'22. We were missing a few pieces that were delivered in may'22. We are still ( july '22) missing a piece that is required for our microwave installation. In may we were told that we would get it in 2-3 weeks. I have contacted diamond bath and kitchen multiple times and they have been unable to provide an ETA for the missing piece. read more

Right now I am giving 1star. We lost our home to a fire several months ago and needed to get new cabinets. Unfortunately our contractor was/is sub par, but that will be another review. I was initially very optimistic and pleased with how everything was going with the cabinets. I do love love the product that was installed back in the beginning of October. Things started unraveling after that. Doors were not measured correctly and we are missing drawers and doors from early October and we STILL do not have them and now we are in December. Communication is if initiated by me it then sure, but don't expect for them to reach out and let you know the status. It's not like we paid only a few thousand. We are taking over 12k and I still don't have a full kitchen. Again the cabinets that I do have I love, but it's missing Pantry doors and my main silverware drawer. I just would not suggest at this time this company. Maybe if/when we get our full set that we paid for then I will comeback and give an update. read more

We had a new kitchen installed right before covid hit. A top of a cabinet face started to bubble. JR came out, on time, and he is a master. He repaired the spot and it looks brand new, but more so does not look like it was repaired. We had excellent service from ordering to rip out to installation and would highly recommend them. read more

They have our money, but the kitchen isn't done. I paid with a smile. And it was a lot! They told us up front it would be a long lead time, and it was. 16 weeks until install. But then the problems started. We signed the contract January 22nd, it's now August 24th and there's still work to be done. We've heard from them by email. They claim they're going to contact us to schedule the additional work, but no calls have come. We have missing cabinet doors. Cabinet doors that bump into each other. Cabinet door with big gaps between them. They mismeasured and had to change configuration on installation day. I used to have space on both sides of my fridge. Now it barely fits in the opening. I'll never be able to buy a larger fridge than the one I have now, because there's no space. There used to be, but not anymore. And there's molding that's mismatched, light against dark stained wood. Some of the slides don't slide smoothly. It's really abysmal, and they're not interested at all in fixing it. Update: They called two days after I wrote the above review. They said there are 41 jobs ahead of ours and it will be about another five weeks. I guess they can handle about 8 jobs per week. Try to not be one of them. Install was April 25/27. Fixes now won't be until the end of September, FIVE MONTHS later. read more

Our experience here was not good. The salesman said as a precaution due to Covid we could come in after hours. After spending 3 hours with the salesman we were ready to place a huge order. Unfortunately when we texted the employee the next day, he responded that he had a positive Covid test so would be out for a week. His boss told us that this salesman called him @ 11pm to report being very sick, just an hour after we left the store. Oddly, the salesman later texted that he was asymptomatic, he had only tested because a relative was coming in. These discrepancies were among the reasons we decided to go elsewhere. Oh and then of course we received a positive Covid result following our "after hours" visit! So sad, Is it really worth risking your customer's health to make a sale? This experience made us uneasy with their business practices in general. read more

Update: the vanity arrived and was installed broken I reiterate that it's not really wood. I was told they would reinforce it with adding a layer of wood to the inside the cabinet. I was told that this is normal. Once the cabinet was installed I was told that I would also need to pay additional money to have the plumbing connected. Which was not disclosed to me. Shortly after installation, I noticed that there was damage to the front panel. This vanity is in the least used bathroom in the house. I had to have them come fix that as well. Since that time, the vanity paint has just peeled off in a few places. Now 28 months later I completely regret this vanity. It's low quality and is not meant to last.
