My garage cabinets experience was perfect. The sales person called me 1 day after I called the company & made the appointment to see my garage 2 days later. He arrived on time & sold me the 10' wide special with my choice of colors & did not suggest any upsell. The installation was done 1 week later as promised & the crew completed it on time. No extra charges at the end either. Great value, quality, looks & functions great. Wish all companies would work this way. read more

Cabinets look great! Awesome price and quick install. Highly recommend. Estimate and scheduling was easy.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. They rescheduled the installation 3 times and have still not showed up or returned my calls or texts. My e-mail came back saying the message was undeliverable because their inbox is out of storage space. Their webpage is also not working. It says their account is Suspended. I would understand if they are having some type of problem, but they are ghosting me and that makes me think we've been scammed. read more

I purchased garage overhead storage racks. My experience with Quick Response Garage services was professional from the first call to schedule the estimate, through the final installation. The scheduler was friendly, and arranged for an estimate the next day. My estimator, Jim, was helpful and professional, and provided us with the information we needed to make a decision. Our installer, Ronnie, did a great job with installation, and answered some additional questions I had about the storage racks. I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs related to everything in the garage. read more

What went well? Everything. The first contact to measure, design and price the project went smoothly. The price was unexpected. Great, in other words. The installation was even better. We could not be happier. Highly recommend this company. read more

Very professional team highly recommend them. Job was quickly scheduled. It only took a day and no issues.

They did an outstanding job installing cabinets and applying a floor coating in my garage. The team was amazing from start to finish, sticking to the schedule we agreed upon. Chris, the salesman, was top-notch with his communication, always checking in to ensure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive compared to other vendors. I highly recommend them for their excellent workmanship, customer service, and fair pricing! read more

My garage door stopped working, I was quoted $69 for a service call that goes towards repair/replacement. I got other quotes to replace the whole thing for $400. When the tech arrived in 30 seconds he said it needed to be replaced and the cheapest one was $800. When I told him about a $400 quote he said go with them and charged me the $69 for the 30 seconds. I called all that and more and they did it for $400 with a three year warranty. This feels like bait and switch, like they know they're overpriced and reel you in with the $69 cost. I'm tempted to go to the BBB but I just hope this review helps others. read more

Great experience from beginning to end! Jim came by a few times to discuss our questions. He was always helpful and patient with us. He worked with us until we were able to get the design perfect for our space. We were able to get scheduled on a day that fit our schedule, which is always helpful. We received quotes for similar jobs and this was by far the best value for our dollar. On installation day, Justin came right on time. He walked us through the plan for the day and worked several hours non-stop; honestly, it was impressive. He delivered a beautiful job well done. His attention to detail was exactly what we hoped for. Would recommend to anyone! read more

I used Quick Response back in late 2021 for garage racks and epoxy flooring. They did a phenomenal job on both. Just used them again to add more garage storage to my home and for my daughter's home too. Quick Response's team is easy to work with, honest, and reliable. Our installer, Justin, was the same installer from 2021 who installed our storage. I was very happy to see him again. I think he can probably install these racks in his sleep! All kidding aside, Quick Response has not only earned my business for the past two projects, they will be my choice for services on my garage doors when that time comes too. read more

Overall I'm happy but bummed out on 2 things: - the edges around the doors were chipped to begin with / the material on the front of the door doesn't go to the edge..end result is it looks chipped/unfinished and it's getting worse quick. - I didn't know that the way these are designed you have to open the right side door first before you open the left side. This makes it annoying if you want to get in the left side of the cabinet you always have to open the right first then close the left first every time when you're done. The pro of this is you have a little more space for wider things because there's no center bracket so that will benefit some. I wish there was a center bracket as some of the shelves are already starting to warp in the middle. Overall I'm fairly happy but would probably go a different route next time and get metal. read more

We are extremely happy with our new garage cabinets. I did a lot of research and shopping around before deciding to go with Quick Response. The name is accurate as within the week Alan come out to provide a competitive quote and Ruben R was out to remove the old damaged cabinets. They could have been installed that day but Alan did a great job working around our schedule to install the new cabinets as we needed a week to paint the garage. We made a few adjustments on color combinations via email and Alan was quick to respond with updated plans. Ruben R came back and did a fantastic job on the install. Everything went smoothly. We are planning on doing our garage floor next and won't hesitate to contact these guys. If you are looking for new garage cabinets I'd recommend using Quick Response. They also offer a discount for Veterans, so be sure to ask if you are a Veteran! read more

Prompt arrival time, Justin was precise and skilled. Very happy with the end result. Definitely recommend their services.

Reached out to a few places for quotes, and pricing was not too far off from anywhere else. The pricing for Quick Response was just slightly better, but we decided to go with this one as the tech (Scott) that got our measurements seemed more knowledgeable. They were quick and friendly in their communication, and got us on the books the same week. Evan S came out to install our cabinets, and he arrived a bit early, which we had no issues with. They send you a text with a picture of the rep so you know they are on the way. Evan was very helpful and flexible as we made a last minute adjustment. It required more trim to satisfy our needs, and Evan was able to do it for us. Love our cabinets, will definitely use them again and 100% recommend! read more

Epoxy chipping after one year and a full replacement isn't covered under the warranty. They are claiming there are issues with our concrete, but we were never informed of that when we got the epoxy installed. No testing was done and we were told it was just an option for an additional $300. We didn't think we'd need it, so we skipped it. Now I'm being told we'll need to either pay full price again to get it fixed or they'll come grind it off for free. They are at least patching it each time I call, so they stand by their work. The downside is our garage floor looks like complete trash. They are great though, very friendly and helpful, which is why they get five stars! Get the moisture barrier even if they say you don't need it when you buy. read more

Amazing service we had with Fernando, he was efficient, polite and went above and beyond the normal service call. Our garage door springs broke in half and my wife was trapped. She called them as their prior company sticker was on our garage door and they were ready to roll, gave us a time frame and they were on time. Fernando was very insightful and made sure to provide the service we needed and not anything inflated he educated us on the repairs and the things we will need to repairs in the future. Thank you Fernando you are the true "Customer Service" success story. read more

Terrible workmanship, unprofessional/immature staff. I purchased both epoxy flooring and cabinets with them and they were scheduled weeks out. Epoxy first then the cabinet is supposed to be a week after the epoxy. I Paid $1600 for epoxy flooring and it's a C product at best. Very rough with sharp pieces of the chips sticking up everywhere. Uneven la y of the chips, bubbles, areas that have a very thick clear coating where it pooled then areas where it looks like no clear coating at all, uneven coloring and missing chips in several spots. I was flexible with them and accommodated their schedule to return to fix it. They came out and only sanded some areas, leaving others sharp to step on. Didn't fix anything else and it left the floor with powder texture everywhere. Still uneven and missing, still no topcoat. It's been 7 days and it smells still so bad that you can't be inside the garage and that's after leaving the door propped for four days. On the day of the cabinet install, I get a call an hour beforehand canceling because the tech had a migraine. I asked if they could pull techs off of other jobs for mine instead because it's my only day off until next week, they refused. So I started an online chat with the company to tell them about the dissatisfaction with the flooring and canceling at the last minute the cabinets. The "office manager" got on and began yelling at me. "Epoxy is not a perfect science, we cannot control illnesses. If your floor was so bad why would you have us do cabinets? " Then told me she's canceling my order for cabinets because I was dissatisfied with the flooring. I told her to stop messaging me but she continued with "I am still baffled that if your floor was so bad why would you want us to do cabinets? That is puzzling". Just extremely immature, unstable staff here. My original review was deleted, probably by the company. It did have a response from her on here that said she's glad they didn't do my cabinets. Just terrible. If you're going to spend $3000 on a floor and cabinets, go somewhere else because this company is nuts. read more

I requested a estimate for my garage cave project. The representative showed up on time discussed the processes they use with me. After listening to me about what my desires were he directed me to the process which would meet my expectation and last quite a while. He then gave me a reasonable quote verbally and followed it in a couple of days with an itemized quote via email. I was quite pleased with this representative and will choose this business to do this small project as I believe he is a clear indication of a quality business and the job will be done right. read more
