Jose was running a little later than the installation appointment time, but he let me know well in advance of that, which was appreciated. We were very disappointed with this company. A salesman came to our home and gave us an estimate on installing the cabinets on our driveway. He explained that we would need to remove the gate that was in place and assured us that we could have the cabinets we were looking for installed. When the installer came a few weeks later, he unloaded his supplies and then changed his mind. He came to the door and said they would not be able to install the cabinets and that his boss could explain why. When his boss called, not sure who, he said that they the cabinets would not be installed. He went on to say there were multiple reasons why they would not be installing the cabinets. He also went so far to ask if the salesman even came to our house. Seeing as how we were given an estimate form with drawings, measurements, and the cost, I'm not sure why that was even a question. I understand about the boss's concerns but the way we were spoken to was unprofessional and unacceptable. It could have been a conversation where he asked questions and offered the options needed prior to install. They did great with our epoxy floors absolutely love them five stars on that cabinet we had a few issues. A few doors were broken so they said they come back on Saturday with the new doors which was fine made an appointment for 10 AM. We got a text stating that they wouldn't be there on Saturday because during the monsoon the night before a tree had fallen on his car. So they rescheduled for Sunday at noon and at that time the gentleman was he finished installing the cabinet doors that were broken previously and then he put on the hardware which was supposed to be done at the time they install the cabinets originally.
