We chose a beautiful Maple wood with new drawers on amazing soft close silent hardware . Instead, I had my cabinet company replace all the doors and drawer fronts and update the island style and trim pieces. As a designer, I was very nervous about "painting" the existing cabinets and not having them meet my high standards. David was very patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain his process to me. Luis and his team showed up on time and covered every inch of my home that was in the spray area with plastic. They set up a spray tent and drying racks in my garage where they were able to do the majority of the work. In addition, they had large fans that vented outside to reduce the fumes. The end result is gorgeous! They matched my custom color to perfection. They primed, sanded, and filled areas that needed it, and the end result is a professional and durable finish. Luis and his team worked hard the entire time and were very respectful of my home and questions. I had contacted several companies prior to choosing Affordable Cabinet Refinishing. Coffee maker was put in so high it can't be used. They installed drawer fronts that when you open it up there is only an inside drawer on the left side - it looks like a kindergartener built it. When I asked, Cortny said its supposed to look like that lol. Original kitchen layout they marked off for my electrician was all wrong and I had to redo my electrical which cost over $2,000.00. They knocked a 4'x4' hole in my kitchen wall which cost drywall repair. They want a deposit before starting another 40% on delivery (which everything was not delivered only about 70%) which gets them up to 80%-90% paid and then don't show up to install. They left the cabinet doors leaning against a wall in my room for so long several were warped and had to be remade. They would show up and install one or two items and I wouldn't see them again for weeks and weeks and could not get a response from them about when they planned to return. They have delayed my project by months, they are unreliable, you can't get an estimated timeframe from them for anything. They avoid avoid avoid. Then when they say the project is done they are DESPERATE for money and threaten not to come fix "warranty" unless they are paid in full even though they are really not done and hung up a door they knew was warped just to get a check. I could go on but I think the point is made. Please note - I've known the owners for decades and this is what I've gotten -RUN!

The experience was great from the time their sales manager Chris came to the house until the time the work was actually performed. Pricing and what would take place was easily understood. The removal and install went very well. We had a flaw in a workbench top, but Neil's quickly remedied that issue. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone! We had a flood in our garage which damaged the cabinets we had. Found Neil's online and as promised, they set up[ an appointment, arrived on time, took measurements and 5 days later they new cabinets were installed. Couldn't be happier with the result - the cabinets are almost too nice for the garage. They look like good furniture. They had a cancellation the following week and got me installed quickly. The installer even noted a small scratch one of the doors so a new door was ordered and installed the following week. I'm sure you know the feeling. I've been following Triton for a while now and finally asked if they'd be able to update the laundry room to more functional space by installing a cubbie system. That way everyone in the family had a dedicated space to put their stuff. Jake came over and talked through some options, showed me colors and then quickly turned around an estimate and design plan. I had a few small tweaks and he also turned that around real quick. Scheduling was just a few weeks out which is impressive considering some of the other quotes I had received were 3-4 months out for install. The day of install, they arrived on time and had it totally done in one day. It's SO functional and my kiddos love their cubbies. I do too because it looks great and on my quest to give everything it's own place... i'm one step closer! I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call!!! Also note that the company is under new ownership since 2022. I saw some of the bad reviews and responses here (that the previous owner left) and that absolutely doesn't reflect my experience. Only lesson learned: we should've done this way earlier. Our process was very much straight forward under the guidance of an experienced team that had our best interest at heart and assisted us in discovering what we really wanted. So t to design the kitchen just the way we liked it, received CAD data for visuals and made changes to make it perfect. We placed the order and then....we wait..... You hear all these horror-stories about kitchens arriving only half, 12 months of wait time ..... all the above. But for us with Premium Cabinets, 4 weeks before original delivery date (2.5 months after order was placed), we received a phone-call and an updated delivery date was communicated. 2 weeks later, all cabinets at the warehouse, Another week later installer Robert, the most amazing installer set the kitchen up with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. By Thursday evening countertops were installed and on Friday we were already cooking. Final touches in the week after and done. We had our kitchen back before the original delivery date ever came around. Thank you premium cabinets team for such a smooth process. Watch out, bathrooms are next and this time we won't wait this long.

Once we got the screws install that we had to purchase at Ace Hardware they seem to be sturdy, heavy, and at least the shelves are good quality. Dave for you not calling me back or texting me back, I will not refer your business I thought you were more of a standup person, peoples words go along way. CRIKETS!
