This is our second time working with Chivino Surfaces. They're contracted through Home Depot in the area which we've utilized for our kitchen remodels. Our first experience was great. They provided expectations and timeline well, were professional, measured throughly and our quart counters turned out perfect. We had a few hiccups with our cabinets and they were really great and on top of it from a timeline standpoint and got the second measure taken care of promptly. This was about four or five years ago. We are currently in the midst of our second time working with them and are in the early stages. .Josie got me taken care of in the phone and was so kind and gave me the whole rundown and got our measure scheduled. I can recall the gentlemen of who did our measure but he was super thorough, friendly and helped me select a few variation or options while measuring. It has been a great experience so far. We are now waiting for our countertops to be fabricated, so I will definitely make an update once they are installed. read more

03/05/2026: We contracted with Home Depot to have our countertops replaced. After waiting weeks we were contacted by Chivono Surfaces, LLC who then scheduled us a few weeks out. Two guys came and installed the countertops. Then they said "bad news we put the wrong backsplash on the truck." I said "well just go to your place in Mesa and get the right backsplash." Reply, "we can't we have other jobs to go to." So they scheduled us a week away to install the backsplash. I called Chivino Surfaces and asked to speak with a manager; I was sent to voicemail. No manager ever called me back. When it came time for Chivino to come back out they texted that their truck broke down and they re-scheduled for 4 days later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY - Civino! read more

The Chivino Team was on time and went right to work. The were very professional and completed the installation in a few hours.

They installed couter tops and as professionals they should have known to place the new sink on top and not under mount! We reached out to a plumber to install the sink and garbage disposal and was charged $ 1,000.00 just for for the sink installation not being hooked! The underground was / going to require $3,500. for plumbing and and $1,800.00 for dry walling ! Just to have the sink they placed underground. Againn as professional they should have known it was working when they arrived and and all should have been placed to accommodate the current plumbing needs! I will use this company again and I don't recommend them them to anyone! It taken them five weeks to come start the project to begin with after having the cabinets for that long and unable to use our kitchen. They have refused to send someone out to remount the sink. This is costing another $ 6,300. Total additional cost because of their negligence.! I am truly disappointed and angry with Chivino. Be cautious in choosing them as your counter tops professional because professional they are not! They really need to stand behind their service! They just didn't care that our plumbing wasn't going work with the sink installed as it was! Run fast, away from this company they don't care about you after they get your money!
